Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は、柄にニューセラミックスの研磨棒を取り付け
た家庭用の庖丁研磨具の改良に関する。
（従来の技術） 従来の斯種製品は、柄内部に空洞を設け、その中に細長
い研磨部材を前後方向に摺動自在に取付け、柄の周面長
手方向にスリットを設けて研磨部材と結合させた摘みを
このスリットから突き出させ、使用時には摘みを前方に
摺動させることによって研磨部材を引き出し、不使用時
には摘みを後方に摺動させることによって研磨部材を柄
の内部に摺動する構成であった。
（本考案が解決しようとする課題） 従来品は前述した通りのものであって、研磨部材として
使用されるニューセラミックスは衝撃に弱く、使用中に
誤って落下させると研磨棒は柄との境目の根元部分で折
れてしまい、再使用することができず製品全体を廃棄し
て新品を購入するほかはなかった。
本考案は、研磨棒が折れた場合でも新たな研磨棒を容易
に取り換えることによって柄を引き続き使用できる製品
を提供することを目的とするものである。
（課題を解決するための手段） 本考案の構成は、弾力性のある材料で一体に形成された
柄１の前面から長手方向に断面円形の挿入孔２が柄１の
途中まで穿設され、該挿入孔２内に抜差し自在に細長い
円筒形のニューセラミックス製の研磨部材３が挿入さ
れ、挿入孔２内に挿入されて使用状態にある前記研磨部
材３の挿入端部に当てがって該研磨部材３を使用状態に
ある位置からやや前方に押し出すために、その押し出す
ための押出し棒を差し込む案内孔４が柄１の外部から前
記挿入孔２の最奥部まで通じており、前記案内孔４の内
部を押出し棒が柄の長手方向に少なくとも研磨部材３を
少し押し出す分だけは移動できるように、案内孔４に連
続する余地空間も柄１に設けられていることを特徴とす
る。
次に本考案の実施例を図面に従って説明する。
第１図は第１の実施例であって、柄１はエラストマー樹
脂や合成ゴム等の弾力性のある材料で細長く形成され、
上部に鍔部５が形成されている。これは、庖丁を研ぐと
きに刃縁で手を傷つけることのないように、手を保護す
るためのものである。
柄の前面（図面では上面）から柄の中程にかけて断面円
形の挿入孔２が穿設され、細長い円筒形をしたニューセ
ラミックス製の研磨部材３の一部が挿入されている。更
に柄１の後面（図面では下面）から挿入孔２に通じる案
内孔４が穿設されている。この案内孔４の径は挿入孔２
よりも小さく形成されている。
第２図は、第２の実施例であって、案内孔４は柄１の側
面から穿設され、その深さは少なくとも挿入孔２の中心
軸付近まで達し、柄の長さ方向に挿入孔２の最奥部より
もやや奥部から前方に向かって1.5cm位の長さが好まし
い。幅は研磨部材を押し出すための押出し棒の直径より
もやや大きめとなっている。
なお、押出し棒は金属製丸棒が好ましく、その直径は研
磨部材３よりも小さくなっている。
（作用・効果） 本考案のように柄の先方に細長いニューセラミックス製
の研磨部材が取付けられた庖丁研磨具では、万一、研磨
部材３が折れたときはその根元の部分で折れるので、従
来品では柄の内部に残った折れた部分を指で引き出すこ
とができない。
本考案は挿入孔２内に挿入されて使用状態にある研磨部
材３の挿入端部に当てがって研磨部材３を使用状態にあ
る位置からやや前方に押し出すために、その押し出すた
めの押出し棒を差し込む案内孔４が柄１の外部から前記
挿入孔２の最奥部まで通じており、案内孔４の内部を押
出し棒が柄の長手方向に少なくとも研磨部材３を少し押
し出す分だけは移動できるように、案内孔４に連続する
余地空間も柄１に設けられている。したがって、研磨部
材３がその根元で折れたときは別体の押出し棒を案内孔
４に差し込んで研磨部材３を前方に少し押し出すことに
より、柄の内部に埋没していた部分が突き出るので、そ
の部分を指先で摘むことによって柄１の内部に残ってい
る折れた研磨部材３を引き出し、新品の研磨部材と交換
することができる。

  1. 【請求項１】弾力性のある材料で一体に形成された柄１
    の前面から長手方向に断面円形の挿入孔２が柄１の途中
    まで穿設され、該挿入孔２内に抜差し自在に細長い円筒
    形のニューセラミックス製の研磨部材３が挿入され、挿
    入孔２内に挿入されて使用状態にある前記研磨部材３の
    挿入端部に当てがって該研磨部材３を使用状態にある位
    置からやや前方に押し出すために、その押し出すための
    押出し棒を差し込む案内孔４が柄１の外部から前記挿入
    孔２の最奥部まで通じており、前記案内孔４の内部を押
    出し棒が柄の長手方向に少なくとも研磨部材３を少し押
    し出す分だけは移動できるように、案内孔４に連続する
    余地空間も柄１に設けられていることを特徴とする庖丁
    研磨具。
