Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a bag chiefly made of paper which is excellent in waterproof and oil-proof ability and also productivity and workability and further, can be made without use of a special proper bagging machine. CONSTITUTION:The whole face of both sides of a sheet of paper 2 are covered with a cellophane film 5 or a bobron film 6 to make a bag with a vinyl acetate adhesive. Water-proof and oil-proof abilities are brought by use of the vinyl acetate adhesive at the laminates of both sides. And also it is excellent in productivity and workability and since it can be produced by an ordinary bagging machine, it is not necessary to use a special proper machine.

2. Description of the Related Art Due to problems such as waste pollution, a bag mainly containing paper has been used for storing various products. However, the use of a single piece of paper is limited to the range of strength, cosmetics, sealing, water resistance, etc. By adhering the polypropylene film, the above-mentioned drawbacks of the paper alone are improved.

FIG. 3 shows a roll-shaped base paper, and the base paper 1 has a structure in which, for example, a polyester film 3 is attached to the surface of the paper 2 as shown in FIGS.
The polyester film 3 is not attached to one side of the paper 2, and the portion of the paper 2 exposed in the L width is left, and the portion of the L width is used as the paste margin 4. For example, a vinyl acetate adhesive is applied to this portion. I am making a bag.

B. In the case of the square bottom bag A as shown in FIG. 6, the synthetic rubber bond C is used because the adhesive strength does not appear in the bottom B portion. For this reason, the productivity is poor, and since it is necessary to perform frequent cleaning, the workability is poor and the yield is low.
