(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated film capacitor, which solves problems such as productivity and material loss. [Structure] After winding a predetermined number of turns around a cylindrical bobbin using two metallized films or a metallized film and a polymer film (a film that is not metallized), the film is wound at one point on the outer circumference of the wound film. After cutting the wound body into a flat plate shape by cutting in the width direction to form a laminated body, the laminated body is longitudinally aligned along a predetermined process,
By slitting in the width direction, a laminated type film capacitor is obtained.

Description of the Related Art In recent years, the development of electric and electronic circuits has been remarkably used widely in various fields, regardless of consumer and industrial fields. Electronic components make up these electric and electronic circuits. Electronic parts are required to have unique characteristics according to the purpose of use, but with the miniaturization and higher performance of electronic and electrical equipment, the shape of electronic parts must be downsized and high performance is required. Has become. Furthermore, there is a strong demand for product price reduction, and it is becoming difficult to meet these demands by the conventional film capacitor manufacturing method.

A method of obtaining a laminated capacitor by subjecting a thing to a metallikon electrode treatment and then cutting and dividing it in a circular shape, or a film which is wound on a rotating flat plate with a combination of a metallized film and a polymer film, and then wound on both ends of the flat plate. A method has been proposed in which the laminate is cut to obtain two laminates.

After advancing through the free rolls 5, the free rolls 6 are combined and wound on the flat plate 7. The flat plate 7 rotates in the C direction to form a wound laminated body 8. Thereafter, the wound laminated body 8 formed on the flat plate 7 is heat pressed to bond the film layers.

It is divided into 1. At this time, the corner portions 9, which are normally discarded, occur at both ends. The ratio of the laminate 11 to the corner portion 9 changes depending on the length of the flat plate 7 in the longitudinal direction, and the longer the flat plate 7 is, the better the material yield. However, the longer the flat plate 7 is, the wrinkle at the time of winding the film is increased. An appropriate length of about 200 to 500 (mm) is selected because problems such as bending and streaks occur.

It was difficult to increase the productivity by increasing the lengthwise direction or increasing the rotation speed. Further, in order to obtain the laminated body 11 of the linear portion from the wound laminated body 8, since the cutting is performed at two positions before and after, and the corner portion is discarded, the material loss of the film is large.

Even if the metallized film or the polymer film is difficult to be wrinkled or bent, and the wound body is flattened, only one cut is made in the width direction, so that the loss of material is reduced.

A width 520 on which an aluminum thin film having a predetermined margin is vapor-deposited on both surfaces unwound from the unwinding shaft 30 whose tension is controlled so that the tension is always constant.
mm, thickness 6 μm, metallized film 32 made of polyethylene terephthalate (hereinafter PET) as a dielectric material, and a polymer unwound from an unwinding shaft 31 which is similarly tension-controlled and always controlled to have a constant tension. The polymer film 33 having a width of 520 mm and a thickness of 6 μm and made of PET, which is a film, runs in the D direction and the E direction, passes through the free roll 34, and then passes through the free roll 35 to form the metallized film 3.
Two pieces of the polymer 2 and the polymer film 33 were aligned so that both ends were aligned with each other, and then they were rotated in the F direction on the outer circumference of a cylindrical core 36 having an outer diameter of 250 mm, and wound 100 times to obtain a wound body 37.

Since the winding operation is smooth to obtain the laminated body, the winding speed is high, and high winding accuracy can be obtained. Effective for improving product yield. Further, according to the present invention, there is little material loss when a capacitor element is manufactured from a flat plate-like laminated body, and the capacitor element can be mass-produced from one flat plate-like laminated body, so that the productivity is high, and accordingly, the laminated type The manufacturing cost of the capacitor element can be reduced, and an inexpensive product can be supplied. On the other hand, the manufacturing method of the laminated type film capacitor of the present invention is an effective method from the viewpoint of effective utilization of resources and reduction of industrial waste.
