Low specific resistance to reduce loss and withstand voltage to withstand high-temperature load tests are required, but in ordinary organic solvents and electrolytes with electrolytes, these are contradictory properties and are compatible with each other. There are difficulties. Therefore, conventionally, water-soluble silicone oil, polyethylene oxide and various esters thereof, polyethylene / propylene block copolymers, and the like have been proposed as additives for improving withstand voltage. In addition, in capacitors for medium to high voltage, increase of leakage current (leakage current deterioration) during storage period or high temperature no-load test may become a problem. It was necessary to include another additive for prevention.

There has been a problem that the resistivity increases as the amount increases. Moreover, in order to suppress the leakage current deterioration,
Adding another additive complicates the composition of the electrolyte,
There is a problem that not only time is required for preparation, but also the cost of the electrolytic solution is increased. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and improves the withstand voltage without increasing the specific resistance of the electrolytic solution, and further, it is possible to suppress the leakage current deterioration and the electrolytic solution It is intended to provide an electrolytic capacitor used.

例に示したものに限定されるわけではない。EXAMPLES The present invention will be described below based on examples.
Table 1 shows the compositions and characteristics of the electrolytic solutions according to the examples and comparative examples of the present invention. Comparative Example 1 is a case where ammonium benzoate was used as the main solute, and Examples 1, 2, and 3 were used.
Is an example in which IMCP was added thereto. It can be seen that by adding IMCP, the specific resistance does not change so much, but the spark voltage increases. The increase in spark voltage is I
It increases with the amount of MCP added. Further, Comparative Example 2 is a case where ammonium pentaborate is used as a main solute, and Examples 4, 5 and 6 are Examples in which IMCP is added thereto. IMC as in the first, second, and third embodiments
By adding P, the spark voltage can be increased without increasing the specific resistance so much. Next, the electrolytic solution impregnated with the electrolytic solution was housed in a case and sealed with a sealing member using an elastic sealing body, a hard insulating plate or the like to obtain the electrolytic solution of Comparative Example 1 and Examples 1, 2, and 3. In the case of 250 V, 4.7 μF, Comparative Example 2 and Example 4,
In the case of the electrolytic solutions of 5 and 6, test capacitors of 400 V and 1 μF were manufactured (not shown). Table 2 shows the aging characteristics of a prototype capacitor under constant current application and the results of a life test at 105 ° C for 2000 hours. From Table 2, it can be seen that the capacitor using the electrolytic solution according to the present invention to which IMCP is added can shorten the aging time in addition to reducing the initial leakage current and preventing the deterioration of the leakage current in the no-load test. . Regarding the amount of IMCP added, if the amount is less than 0.1 wt%, the effect is small.
If it exceeds wt%, the viscosity of the electrolytic solution increases, which is not practical. As mentioned above, although some preferred examples have been described in the examples, as long as it is an electrolytic solution containing ethylene glycol as a main solvent, a mixed solvent with another solvent may be used, and the solute may be the one shown in the examples. It is not limited.
