る。又スライド刃2は固定刃先端刃部6と対向する先端
7に刃が付けられている。又スライド刃2の基部側は固
定刃1の基部円鍔4の溝より外方に突出し、その後端8
が球状に形成され、後述するハンドル部のドライブシャ
フトの球受溝部に嵌合するようになされている。又パン
チシャフト部の基部側には、パンチシャフト部側をハン
ドル部側に接合固定させるナット9が嵌合付設されてい
る。又このナットはその前端内壁が固定刃の基部円鍔4
で停止されて、ハンドル部側に離脱しないようになって
おり、又固定刃1に植設されたストッパーピン10によ
ってパンチシャフト部より離脱しないようになってい
る。 ハンドル部Bは一方の握手11と、これに関節ネジ12
で開閉できるように取付けられた他方の握手13と、一
方の握手11の上端に取付け固定されたガイドパイプ1
4と、このガイドパイプ内に嵌合されて、他方の握手1
3の上先端頭部15で、ガイドパイプ内を前後に摺動さ
れる/ドライブシャフト16とよりなっている。このド

ば、パンチシャフト部の基部側の円鍔4とハンドル部側
のガイドパイプ14との接合固定が緩み、パンチシャフ
ト部A側をハンドル部B側に対して、自由に回転できる
ので、手術局部の位置によって、パンチシャフト部の刃
先方向を所望方向に、ハンドル部の方向はそのままで、
自由に変更できる。 又ナット9を緩めればパンチシャフト部側をハンドル部
