Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案はＰＣ版、ＡＬＣ版等の壁板の固定構造に関する
ものである。
（従来の技術） 従来において壁板は埋め込みナット等で梁等に固定され
ていたため位置ずれ、寸法誤差等が存在した場合施工が
困難なことがあった。
一方特開昭５９−１５８８６１号及び実開昭６０−４１
０９号が公知であるがこれらに示されたものは外壁材自
体に溝又は長孔を設けてボルトの位置調整を行うもので
あるため大きな力が作用した場合には外壁材が損傷する
危れがあった。
（考案が解決しようとする問題点） 本考案は以上の従来の問題を解決し施工が容易で強度の
十分な壁板の固定構造の提供を目的とする。
（問題点を解決するための手段） 本考案は以上の目的達成のためにＰＣ、ＡＬＣ等の板本
体と、該板本体の裏面にそのフランジが露出しその溝が
横方向になる様に配置されて埋め込まれたピース状のＣ
形金物と、該Ｃ形金物内に収納されたナットと、前記溝
に挿入され前記ナットにねじ込まれるボルトと、該ボル
トにより前記板本体の裏面に固定され梁に連結される取
付金具とからなる壁板の固定構造を提案するものであ
る。
（実施例） 以下本考案の壁板の固定構造を図面に示す実施例に従い
説明する。
第１図及び第２図は本考案の固定構造を示し、該固定構
造はＰＣ、ＡＬＣ等の板本体(1)を有する。
該板本体(1)の裏面にはそのフランジが露出してピース
状のＣ形金物(3)が埋め込まれる。
図示の実施例ではＣ形金物(3)はアンカー(5)により板本
体(1)との十分な結合が図られている。
該Ｃ形金物(3)はその溝(4)が横方向になる様に配置され
る。
Ｃ形金物(3)内には板ナット等のナット(7)が収納されて
いる。
次に前記溝(4)に挿入されナット(7)にねじ込まれるボル
ト(9)により取付金具(10)が板本体(1)の裏面に固定され
る。
該取付金具(10)は種々の連結手段により梁(13)に連結さ
れる。
以上の実施例に示した本考案の壁板の固定構造の作用を
施工方法と共に次に示す。
すなわちＣ形金物(3)が埋め込まれナット(7)が収納され
た状態で板本体(1)は工場から建設現場に搬入される。
次に板本体(1)を梁(13)に沿わせて立て起すことにな
る。
次にボルト(9)をナット(7)にねじ込んで取付金具(10)(1
1)を板本体(1)の裏面に固定する。
この取付金具(10)(11)は梁(13)に連結されているため板
本体(1)は梁(13)に固定されたことになる。
ここでボルト(9)は溝(4)に挿入されナット(7)と共に溝
(4)方向に移動可能であるため板本体(1)、梁(13)等に位
置ずれ、寸法誤差等が存在した場合でも板本体(1)の位
置調整が出来て施工が容易になるのである。
（考案の効果） 本考案の壁板の固定構造の実施例は以上の通りでありそ
の効果を次に列記する。
(1)本考案の固定構造は特に板本体にピース状のＣ形金
物が埋め込まれるため板本体、梁等に位置ずれ、寸法誤
差等が存在した場合でも板本体の位置調整が出来、その
結果施工が容易である。
(2)本考案の固定構造は特にＣ形金物はピース状であり
ナットが収納されるためボルトをねじ込むだけの作業で
施工が可能となる。
(3)本考案の固定構造は特にピース状のＣ形金物で溝を
構成するため大きな力が作用してもＣ形金物で支持する
ことが出来て外壁材を損傷しない。

  1. 【請求項１】ＰＣ、ＡＬＣ等の板本体と、該板本体の裏
    面にそのフランジが露出しその溝が横方向になる様に配
    置されて埋め込まれたピース状のＣ形金物と、該Ｃ形金
    物内に収納されたナットと、前記溝に挿入され前記ナッ
    トにねじ込まれるボルトと、該ボルトにより前記板本体
    の裏面に固定され梁に連結される取付金具とからなる壁
    板の固定構造
