Abstract

(57)【要約】 【構成】 Ｌ字状に合成樹脂で一体成形して胴体部と脚
部とを有し、胴体部内側を円弧状に構成し、脚部にコン
デンサの端子に接する端子金具を埋設した保持部材を設
け、この保持部材に筒状のコンデンサを載置し、コンデ
ンサの端子を脚部締め付けるようにしている。 【効果】 コンデンサの取り付けが簡単になり、収納機
器との配線がしやすくなって組立て時間が短縮する。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本案は、電気機器ユニット内に筒形コンデンサを取付けるコンデンサの取付装 置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、インバータ、サーボ等の電気機器に用いられる円筒状のコンデンサ１は 、図３に示すように金属製の締め付けバンド２をコンデンサ１の円筒体部に巻付 け、ビス３で締め付けバンド２にコンデンサ１を締め付け固定している。締め付 けバンドの脚部４を図示しない電気機器内の固定部に固定し、コンデンサの端子 ５にリード線６の一端を接続し、他端を図示しない電気機器内のプリント基板等 の収納機器に接続していた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしこの構造によるとコンデンサの締め付けバンドがゆるみ外れやすいほか 、コンデンサの端子と収納機器とをリード線で接続しなければならず、作業性が 悪いという欠点があった。 本案はこのような課題を解決するためになされたものであって、コンデンサの 取付け作業を簡単にすることを目的する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
端部に端子を有する筒状のコンデンサと、Ｌ字状に合成樹脂で一体成形して胴 体部と脚部とを有し胴体部内側を円弧状に構成し脚部にコンデンサの端子に接す る端子金具を埋設した保持部材とをもうけている。

【作用】
したがって、保持部材の胴体部にコンデンサの筒状部を載置し、保持部材の脚 部にコンデンサの端子に締め付ける。

【実施例】
本案を図１に示す実施例について説明する。 図１は本案の実施例を示す斜視図、図２は要部断面図を示す。図３と同じもの には同一符号を付して詳細な説明を省略する。７は保持部材で、合成樹脂の一体 成形により断面をＬ字状に形成して胴体部８と脚部９とより構成している。胴体 部８の内側はコンデンサの外周面に接合する円弧状に構成し、胴体部の両側には 取付け座１１が設けられ、この取付け座に取付け穴１２および位置決め穴１３が 設けられている。脚部９には端子金具１０が埋設され、コンデンサの端子５が接 する面は図２に示すように合成樹脂が取除かれている。端子金具の上端はＬ字状 に折り曲げて、プリント基板等の収納機器の１４端子１５に接続するようにして ある。

【考案の効果】
上述のように本案は、コンデンサの取付けが簡単になり、収納機器との配線が しやすくなって組立て時間が短縮できる。
