A continuous sheet-like product such as a paper towel or a paper towel is wound into a roll shape with a score line for each predetermined length, which is a unit of use, as in the case of the bag, and the sheet is rolled. It is put on the market in a container formed so that each leaf can be pulled out and cut, or packaged in the form of a roll. Therefore, the user purchases these sheet-shaped products in the package unit and takes them out from the container while cutting them one by one, or they are taken out from the roll and manually cut into individual sheets for use. is doing.

As mentioned above, the conventional sheet-like continuum of fragile notched bags or sheets, whether it is a bag or a sheet product, usually has a sheet as a whole. -Although it is produced as a roll-shaped continuous body and rolled up, it is produced in various ways depending on the product, so the roll produced is different. There is a problem in production efficiency because it is necessary to extend the continuous body again and cut it into individual sheets, and from the user's point of view, each sheet is cut like a bag. Independently packaged products, the unit price is high, and it is difficult to take out easily in terms of usability.

However, although they are bags such as the above-mentioned storage bags, garbage bags, and drainage bags, they are initially formed into a sheet-like continuous body, and wet tissues, sheets, etc.
The handling of sheets such as pacifiers and paper towels, which are formed into a sheet-like continuous body, which is cut into individual sheets at the time of use. In particular, if the packaging is unified, that is, standardized, and the cutting and taking out operations of each sheet can be performed by the same operation, the efficiency will increase at the production site and it will greatly contribute to the reduction of the manufacturing unit price. Moreover, since the user has only one handling, it is extremely easy to use and can enjoy the great advantage of being available at a low price.

The continuous body 1 of the bag B shown in FIG. 1 is usually continuously made into a bag and wound in a roll shape, but in the present invention, it is not wound in a roll shape or is rolled. If it is wound into a leel shape, it is unwound, and the continuous body 1 is converged in the width direction by using a hand, an instrument, or the like so as to form a substantially string shape. As shown in FIG. 5, it is wound into a substantially round shape and is housed in the container 3 shown in FIG.

The container 3 shown in FIG. 5 is a box body formed of a synthetic resin plate, paperboard or the like, and the continuous body 1 of the bag B wound up as shown in FIG. 3 is accommodated with its feeding side up. Container 3 here
Is provided with a hole 4 on the upper surface 3a thereof which is slightly larger than the convergent cross section of the continuum 1, and the inner peripheral side of the hole 4 has a large friction due to, for example, a relatively soft rubber-based or synthetic resin-based material. The friction cutting tool 5 is formed by attaching an annular plate.

As described above, the continuous body 1 of the bag B is formed into a converged state to form a wound body which is appropriately wound, while the container 3 for containing the continuous body 1 has the converged unwinding side of the wound body. Since the take-out hole 4 which is a loosely insertable hole 4 and in which the friction cutting tool 5 is provided is formed on the inner periphery of the hole 4, the bag B is pulled up almost directly above and the perforated line m comes out above the hole 4. ,
The bag B can be easily cut at the perforated line m in the converged state by making the drawing direction a little sideways and at the same time making the drawing force stronger or faster. The remaining next bag B does not return to the inside of the container 3 due to the friction of the cutting tool 5 in the hole 4.

The above example is an example in which the container 3 is formed in the shape of a box by a plate body, but in the housing method of the present invention, the continuous body 1 is converged and wound in the width direction, and the container is Since the bag B can be pulled out to the outside by loosely contacting the extraction hole 4 with the friction cutting tool 5 of FIG. Alternatively, by slightly increasing or increasing the speed, the pulling force and the reaction force against the pulling force due to the friction of the friction cutting tool 5 exert a tensile force on the perforations m that have come out of the container 3 from the front and back thereof. Since the perforation m can be easily cut, the material and structure of the container 3 need not be limited to the example of FIG. For example, even if the bag-shaped container is made of a flexible material, if the extraction hole 4 provided with the friction cutting tool 5 is used,
Similar to the above example, each bag B can be pulled out and cut from the continuous body 1 of the bags B one by one.

The container 31 shown in FIG. 6 accommodates the continuous body 2 of the wet tissue WP which is wound in a roll shape as shown in FIG. 4 and converges only on the payout side, and only the payout side is converged to the takeout hole. It is designed so that it can be cut out one by one at the perforation m while being pulled out from 41. The container 31 is made of synthetic resin or paperboard whose inner surface is waterproof or water-repellent, because the container 31 is the continuous body 2 of wet tissue WP containing water.

In the container 31 of FIG. 6, an annular cutting tool 51 of rubber or synthetic resin having a large friction is attached to the hole 41, and the cap 6 can be attached to the cutting tool 51. ing. The cap 6 is the continuum 2
Since it is for preventing the evaporation of the water, it is unnecessary in the case where the accommodated object is the continuous body 1 of the bag B.

Since the continuous body 2 of the tissue WP is converged only on the feeding side and the converged portion is led out to the outside from the take-out hole 41, the accommodated continuous body 2 has the feeding side on the hole 41. When it is pulled out from, it is pulled out while being converged by the inner diameter of the hole 41. Then, in order to cut the tissue WP in the pulled-out portion, by changing the pulling-out direction and the pulling-out force or the speed which has been pulled out almost directly up to that time so as to be larger than before,
It is possible to easily and surely cut the tissue WP of each sheet at the perforations m that have come out of the container 31.

In the above embodiment, the continuous body 2 of the wet tissue WP is converged in advance and the continuous body 1 of the bag B is collected.
Even if it is wound up in such a mode and housed in the container 3, the same effect as the above example can be obtained. This point is that continuation 1 of bag B
This is also the same as when the roll is rolled into a regular roll shape like the continuous body 2 of the wet tissue WP and stored in the container 41. Further, when the wound continuous body 1 or 2 is delivered, there is no difference in action and effect regardless of whether it is drawn out from the outer peripheral side or the inner peripheral side. Further, the feeding direction may be either a direction parallel to the winding shaft as shown in FIG. 5 or a direction orthogonal to the winding shaft as shown in FIG. In addition, the above continuum 1 or 2
Is converged into a substantially string-like shape over the entire length thereof and randomly accommodated in a container such as the container 3 or 31 without being wound as it is, and the payout side is provided with the takeout holes 4, 4.
Even if it is housed by being exposed to the outside from 41, it is possible to pull out each sheet individually and surely cut it, as in the case of each of the previous embodiments.

The present invention is as described above, and is a sheet-like continuous body of a sheet or sheet, which can be used by sequentially cutting each sheet. The various types of bags and sheets have various packaging modes. Therefore, the taking out modes and the cutting modes are not uniform, which is uneconomical and unfavorable in terms of production efficiency and usability. It was rational, but if this type of container is formed by the above-described method of the present invention, the package mode, take-out mode and cutting mode can be unified, so that, for example, the size of the package and Just by unifying the cutting structure, various bags and sheets can be
While the production cost and sales price of products can be kept low, the structure of the cutting container can be made common and the usability can be significantly improved, which is an extraordinary effect not available in conventional products.
