[Problems to be solved by the device]

Thus, in the case of the above-mentioned conventional fluid-sealing bag, by supplying the fluid from one fluid supply port, it is possible to fill and seal the fluid in each of the plurality of compartment-sealing bags, and Even if the compartment sealing bag is damaged and the enclosed fluid flows out, there is an advantage that the enclosed fluid in other compartment sealing bags can sufficiently maintain the function of the fluid sealing bag. However, on the other hand, since a marked valley is created between each of the compartment-sealing bags filled with fluid, for example, when the sealing bag is used as bedding such as an air mat, the usability is not good, and The sealing bag made by using two plastic films (plastic sheets) only has a one-stage compartment sealing bag, and the efficiency of forming the compartment sealing bag is higher than the number of materials used. Is bad and significantly uneconomical Tsu was a problem.

The present invention has been researched and developed with the object of solving the above problems, and has the advantages of the above-described conventional products, as well as when a fluid is filled and sealed in each compartment sealing bag. The surface morphology of one side or both sides of the sealing bag can be kept close to flat, and the value of use as a fluid sealing bag can be improved, and the use of three film (sheet) materials makes it possible to seal in two stages. It is possible to produce a fluid-tight bag equipped with a bag and a fluid-tight bag that has a three-stage compartment bag by using four film (sheet) materials. It is an object of the present invention to provide an economical fluid-sealing bag with good efficiency in forming a bag.

[Action]

In the fluid sealing bag configured as described above, the fluid supplied from the fluid supply port into the supply pipe flows into each compartment sealing bag through each check valve as shown by an arrow in FIG. Then, it flows into the additional bag for sealing through the through hole formed in the bag for sealing the compartment, and is filled and enclosed in each bag for sealing the compartment and in the additional bag which is communicated with the bag for sealing.

In this case, if a bag-increasing film (sheet) is provided on the entire one surface of the sealing bag body as shown in FIG. 1, one surface of the sealing bag body is as shown in FIG. The whole bag is expanded and expanded, and the additional bag formed by the bag-filling film (sheet) covers the valleys between the compartment-sealing bags, keeping one side almost flat. Has the function of serving as a member required to be flat.

Further, when a bag-increasing film (sheet) is provided on both sides of the sealing bag body, both sides of the sealing bag body are expanded and expanded as shown in FIG. However, it has a function to serve as a material that requires flatness on both sides, while maintaining a form that is flat on both sides.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, if a bag increasing film (sheet) is partially provided on one side of the sealing bag body, one side of the sealing bag body is Since it is partially expanded and expanded, it has the function of serving as a member that requires such a shape. Although not shown, the structure shown in FIG. 5 is appropriately combined with the structure shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. By combining them with each other, various forms can be formed, and there is an action that serves as a member utilizing each form.

Furthermore, in any case, a part of the additional bag formed by the bag increasing film (sheet) or a part of the compartment sealing bag is damaged and the enclosed fluid is lost. However, since the flow-out range is limited to a narrow range and does not spread widely, it has the effect of sufficiently maintaining the function of a fluid-sealing bag.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The fluid sealing bag according to the present invention is roughly divided into a fluid supply pipe 1 and a fluid sealing bag as shown in FIG. It is composed of a body 2, a check valve 3 and a film (sheet) 4 for increasing the bag, and is made of a flexible and non-permeable plastic film (plastic sheet).

Thus, the fluid supply pipe 1 and the fluid sealing bag body 2 are formed by stacking two long rectangular plastic films (sheets) on each other, and one end portion on the short side thereof has a narrow width. The four edges of the two films (sheets) are heat-sealed b with the adhesive portion a left, and a heat seal c is provided from the inner end of the non-adhesive portion a along the longitudinal direction over the entire length. As a result, the heat seal portion c is defined as a boundary on both sides of the heat seal portion c.

Therefore, the fluid supply pipe 1 is provided with a fluid supply port 5 composed of the non-adhesive portion a, a flat and slender fluid passage 6, and the heat seal portion at the inner end of the passage 6. It has a closing part 7 formed by b.

In addition, the fluid-sealing bag body 2 is heated at a plurality of locations by connecting the opposing heat-sealing portions b and c in a direction that intersects the longitudinal side edge of the fluid supply pipe 1 in an orthogonal manner. A plurality of independent fluid compartment sealing bags 8 ... 8 are formed by linearly adhering the compartments by a sealing means.

Further, the check valve 3 is composed of a well-known flat tubular body formed of a plastic film (sheet), and has the above-mentioned fluid supply pipe 1, fluid-sealing bag body 2 and fluid compartment. When the sealing bag 8 is formed by the heat sealing means, it is inserted into the partition sealing bag 8 for each fluid when the heat seal c is applied, and the inside of the partition sealing bag 8 for each fluid and the fluid supply pipe 1 The inside is configured to be able to communicate with each other only through the check valves 3.

Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the film (sheet) 4 for increasing the bag is made of a plastic film (plastic sheet) having the same shape and size as the bag body 2 for sealing the fluid. When the film (sheet) 4 is superposed on one side of the main body 2 and the heat seal b is applied, the entire peripheral edge of the film 4 is simultaneously adhered to the main body 2 and the partition bonding portion d of each partition sealing bag 8 is attached. The film (sheet) 4 for increasing the bag is linearly adhered to the surface of each of the compartment sealing bags 8 in parallel with the compartment adhering portion d by heat sealing means, and the adjacent compartment sealing bags 8 are attached. , A plurality of independent additional fluid sealing bags 9 are formed so as to straddle the section adhesion portions d.

Further, in this embodiment, each of the compartment sealing bags 8 is provided with a plurality of through holes 10 except for one compartment sealing bag 8a at one end. Each compartment sealing bag 8 is communicated with each additional sealing bag 9 on one side provided adjacent to the sealing bag 8 through the holes 10 to form a fluid sealing bag in this manner.

Next, based on the above-mentioned embodiment, the usage state will be described together with the action and effect. As shown in FIG. 1, when, for example, air is supplied from the fluid supply port 5 into the fluid supply pipe 1, the air flows from the flow path 6 through each check valve 3 to each compartment sealing bag as shown by an arrow. 2 and then, as shown in FIG. 2, is introduced into each sealing additional bag 9 through each through hole 10 provided in each partition sealing bag 8, and each partition sealing bag 8 and each The additional bag for sealing is filled and enclosed in the bag 9.

When air is filled in each of the bags 8 and 9 as described above, the entire one surface of the sealing bag main body 2 is expanded and the space between the bulky and expanded compartment sealing bags 8 is expanded. Since the valley formed in the above is covered with each additional bag 9 which is low in volume and inflated, and the entire one surface of the sealing bag main body 2 has a shape close to a flat surface, the fluid sealing bag of this embodiment is It is required to have a flat on one side, and is suitable for air mats, for example, and has the economic advantage of being able to form a two-stage sealing bag with three laminated films (sheets). .

Further, FIG. 3 schematically shows a state in which air is filled and sealed in an embodiment in which a bag increasing film (sheet) 4 is provided on both sides of the sealing bag body 2, and according to this embodiment, the sealing bag body 2 is sealed. Since both sides of the bag main body 2 are inflated and expanded, and both sides are almost flat, the bag for fluid sealing of this embodiment can increase the amount of fluid to be stored and, at the same time, when the bag is inflated. It is suitable for members that are required to be flat on both sides, and has the economical advantage of being able to form a three-stage sealing bag with four laminated films (sheets).

Further, FIG. 4 shows an embodiment in which a film (sheet) 4 for increasing the bag is partially provided on one surface of the bag body 2 for sealing, and when air is filled and enclosed, it is as shown in FIG. In addition, since one side of the main body 2 of the sealing bag is partially expanded and expanded, there is an advantage that it is useful as a member requiring such a shape, and although not shown, the structure shown in FIG. By appropriately combining with the structures shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, various forms can be formed, and they serve as members utilizing the respective forms.

Further, in any case, a part of the additional bag 9 formed by the film (sheet) 4 for increasing the bag or a part of the compartment sealing bag 8 is damaged and the enclosed fluid is lost. However, since the flow-out range is limited to a narrow range and is not spread widely, there is an advantage that the function as a fluid sealing bag can be sufficiently maintained.

Although the main embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments. For example, the shape of the bag for sealing the fluid may be a desired shape other than a square shape. In addition, the main body 2 of the fluid sealing bag may be formed on both side edges of the fluid supply pipe 1, and it can be applied as a sealing bag for gas and liquid other than air. In other words, various design changes are possible within the range in which the purpose of the invention can be achieved and the gist of the invention is not lost.

(1) Normally, two films (sheets) are used to form a one-stage partition bag, but according to the present invention, three films (sheets) are used. It is possible to form a two-stage fluid-sealing bag and a three-stage fluid-sealing bag by using four films (sheets). It is economical.

(2) With the additional bag for additional sealing of fluid, the entire sealing bag can be made bulky, so if the fluid used is, for example, air, cushioning, buoyancy, etc. Can be significantly improved.

(3) When the bag-increasing film (sheet) is overlaid on one side or both sides of the body of the sealing bag and adhered, the one side or both sides are in a state close to a flat surface. Alternatively, it can be effectively used when both sides are required to be flat (eg, air mat, packaging material, etc.).

(4) When a film (sheet) for increasing the bag is superposed on and bonded to a part of one side or both sides of the main body of the sealing bag, it is required that part of one side or both sides is bulged. It can be effectively used in cases where it is used (eg air mat with pillow, air boat, etc.).

(5) Similar to the conventional fluid-sealing bag of this kind described above, even if one portion of the sealing bag is damaged, it does not affect the other sealing bag. The effect can be maintained sufficiently.
