ず、洗浄効率が悪いという問題点があった。被洗浄物装
着用の治具を複数個設けて、一度に複数個の被洗浄物の
洗浄をすることも考えられるが、超音波発生装置から離
れた位置の治具に装着される被洗浄物は、到達する超音
波が減衰したり、他の被洗浄物により超音波が遮断され
たりして洗浄が十分になされなくなってしまい、実用的

ルダーの回転に連動してそれぞれの治具が自転するよう
