SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the problem that the restoring force of a bent portion cannot be reduced uniformly based on the above-mentioned prior art, the present invention has different bending means formed in the width direction of the seat. Provide a core material in a sandwich structure, which is made into a laminated structure and partially adheres each sheet to each other, thereby maximizing the expansion and reducing the restoring force at the bent portion. Therefore, the above-mentioned drawbacks are not solved.

Further, the perforation 4 which is the bending means 3 in the sheet 2 and the cutting line 5 are separated by a predetermined distance L in the width direction of the sheet 2.
The bending means 3 opposed to each other of the adjacent sheets 2 which are alternately formed by stacking the different sheets are positioned differently.

The sheet 2 may be made of aluminum, plastic, paper, etc., and may be of a single layer, or if it is plastic, it may be laminated, and if it is paper, it may be of a different type such as corrugated board. Alternatively, there is a multi-layered structure made of the same material.

Further, the cutting line 5 forms a V notch in the case of the single-layered sheet 2 or forms a slit in the sheet 2 of the multi-layered shape so that at least one layer is left. Thus, the cutting lines 5 are alternately formed on the front surface side and the back surface side of the sheet 2.

Further, the partially bonded bonding portions 6 are bonded at intervals of three spaces L between the adjacent sheets 2 and at the same time between the bonded two assembly sheets 7 as described above. Among the spaces L spaced apart from each other, the spaces L at the intermediate portions are bonded to each other.

Further, in order to make the degree of perforation of the perforations 4 strong and weak, in the rollers 8 and 8a that are vertically stretched and are rotationally controlled, the perforations 4 are formed in the axial direction of one roller 8. Square saw-teeth-shaped perforating teeth 9 for forming are provided at intervals of twice the above-mentioned interval L, and a guide groove 10 through which the perforating teeth 9 pass is formed on the other roller 8a.
By adjusting the upper and lower positions of 8a, the perforation degree of the perforations 4 to be perforated in the seat 2 is made more or less strong.

In order to form the cutting line 5, a continuous annular cutting blade (not shown) is used in place of the square saw tooth-shaped perforating tooth 9 in the same manner as the perforation 4.

Next, the operation of the core material in the sandwich structure according to the present invention will be described. First, when the core material 1 is expanded in the thickness direction of the sheet 2, the core material 1 is bent from the perforations 4 and the cutting lines 5 which are bending parts. As shown in FIGS. 3, 4, 6 and 7, the hollow cells 11 are continuously formed in the shape of a hexagonal honeycomb, and are bent and formed in a so-called honeycomb shape.

After that, the arrow A which is the width direction of the sheet 2
When the core material 1 is compressed in the direction, the perforations 4 which are the bent portions are further bent, that is, the perforations 4 serve as the bent tops, and the sheet 2 is bent into a substantially V shape, so that the sheet is originally bent into a honeycomb shape. Perforation 4 whose restoring force is not reduced by the degree
However, since it is bent to such a state, the restoring force is reduced to the same extent as the cutting line 5 which is the other bonding site 3.

In summary, according to the present invention, in a core material in which sheets are laminated and the sheets are partially adhered to each other and stretched in the thickness direction of the sheets, the perforations 4 as the bending means 3 and the cutting lines 5 are the sheets 2. Different sheets are alternately formed in the width direction of the sheet at predetermined intervals L, and the different bending means 3 of the adjoining sheets 2 are located at different positions, and the adhering portion 6 is the adjoining sheet 2 at the same time.
In the space, three spaces L are bonded together, and between the bonded assembly sheets 7 of two sheets, the spaces L in the middle part among the spaces L separated by three are bonded together.
When the core material 1 is expanded in the thickness direction of the sheet 2 to form the hollow cells 11 in a honeycomb shape by bending, and then the core material 1 is compressed in the width direction of the sheet 2, the perforation 4 which is a bent portion is further bent. Even if the perforation 4 has a restoring force that is not substantially reduced by being bent into a honeycomb shape, the restoring force is reduced to the same extent as the cutting line 5 of another bending portion, so that the honeycomb shape is reliably retained. Therefore, workability in manufacturing the sandwich structure can be improved.

Further, the bending means 3 is formed with perforations 4,
Even when the perforations 4 are alternately formed with different degrees of perforation, in the case of the present invention, all of the bending means 3 are replaced with the perforations 4. Therefore, by omitting the device and the process for forming the bending means 3, the cost can be reduced as compared with the above-mentioned invention, and the practical effect thereof is extremely great.
