When water is absorbed, a warp or undulation is generated on the panel surface to make the appearance unsightly, and the strength of the fire-resistant board part is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to bond a metal plate to the back surface side of the fireproof board to form a water impermeable layer, but it is not possible to prevent water absorption from the four peripheral end faces of the fireproof board. Also, since the fireproof board is heavy, it is also possible to adhere a honeycomb material such as an aluminum honeycomb sheet to the back surface side of the metal panel and to bond the metal plate to the back surface side of the honeycomb material (the opposite side of the metal panel bonding surface) to form a Saint-Gerache structure. It is conceivable that even in this case, invasion of water from the four peripheral end faces of the honeycomb material is unavoidable, and this water corrodes the aluminum foil constituting the honeycomb sheet, lowering the strength and deteriorating the flatness of the panel surface. There is a problem of inviting.

This prevents corrosion of the backing material and the back side of the metal panel, prevents the panel strength from decreasing, and prevents the backing material from deforming due to water absorption or corrosion, thus suppressing a decrease in the flatness of the panel surface. A good appearance is maintained.

In this embodiment, the total thickness H of the aluminum honeycomb sheet 6 is the height h of the edge plate portion 4.
In the case of a smaller size, a backing plate 11 made of a metal plate as a strength member is bonded to the back surface 6a of the aluminum honeycomb sheet 6, and the back plate 7 is bonded only to the edge plate portion 4. The back plate 7 can be made of a plastic plate or a thin metal sheet if it is not necessary for strength.

In this case, as shown in the third embodiment of FIG. 4, when the total thickness H of the refractory board 14 which is the backing material is smaller than the height h of the edge plate portion 4, the refractory board 14 is different from the aluminum honeycomb sheet 6. Unlike the backing plate 11 (see FIG. 3), the refractory board alone can provide strength and rigidity without using the backing plate 11.

I am using. That is, the edge plate portion 22 is formed by bending the upper portion of the bent piece portion 3 outward of the panel to be formed substantially parallel to the main plate portion 2. The back plate 7 is composed of the edge plate portion 22 and the backing material. It is adhered to both of certain aluminum honeycomb sheets 6. As shown in FIG. 7, the edge plates 22, 22 adjacent to each other at the four corners of the metal panel 21 may be integrated by welding a triangular plate-shaped connecting piece 23, but the connecting piece 23 may not be provided. When the cutout is left as it is, a sealing material is applied to the joint portion between the corner portion 24 and the back plate 7 at the time of adhering the back plate, and the corner portion 2
