Since the conventional air conditioner is configured as described above,
In order to conduct heat from the heat exchanger (17) and the humidifier (7) through the bottom plate (19), and to condense on the side plate (18b) of the air conditioner (18), the entire side plate including the inspection lid etc. is protected by a heat insulating material. I needed to expose it.
In addition, when the condensed water flows down or when the humidifier breaks down and water is discharged, the water travels through the bottom plate (19) and leaks out of the humidifier inspection port (18a).

In the air conditioner according to the present invention, U-shaped groove portions having a plurality of slit holes are provided on the left and right sides of the bottom plate, and the side plates are attached to the outer rising portions of the U-shaped groove portions to reduce the heat conduction area. The heat conduction from the bottom plate to the side plate is reduced,
It is possible to prevent dew condensation on the side plate. Further, water such as condensed water flows into the U-shaped groove portion lower than the bottom plate because U-shaped groove portions are provided on both left and right sides of the bottom plate. Then, the plurality of slit holes provided in the U-shaped groove portion guide the water to the drain tray for drainage.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. First
In the figure, (1) is a water supply tank for containing water, (7) is a hydrophobic porous sheet is formed in the shape of a hollow bag, water is allowed to flow into the inside, and the humidified air is brought into contact with the outer surface. Humidifier configured, (6) is a delivery pipe for supplying water to the water supply port of the humidifier (7), (18) is a blower (16), a heat exchanger (17), a humidifier
An air conditioner incorporating (7), (19) is a bottom plate on which the heat exchanger (17) and the humidifier (7) are mounted, and on both left and right sides thereof,
The bottom portion (19a) extending in the front-rear direction has the bottom plate upper surface portion (19b).
A U-shaped groove (19d) having a plurality of slit holes (19c) is formed at a lower position. Then, the left and right side plates (18b) are respectively screwed to the outer rising portions (19e) of the left and right groove portions (19d) of the bottom plate (19),
It is fixed. (20) is a rising part formed in the peripheral part
(20a) and further an L-shaped flange portion (20b) extending outward from the upper edge portion of the rising portion (20a), and the horizontal portion of the L-shaped flange portion (20b) constitutes an outer box. A drain tray screwed to the lower end of the side plate is located below the bottom plate (19) and receives condensed water and the like generated in the heat exchanger (17) and the humidifier (7).

Next, the operation will be described. During cooling, cold water is passed through the heat exchanger (17) as a heat medium, so that heat is conducted to the side plate (18b) through the bottom plate (19) supporting the heat exchanger (17). or,
During heating, when cold water such as tap water is supplied to the humidifier (7), heat is transmitted from the humidifier (7) through the bottom plate (19) to the side plates (18b), but on both sides of the bottom plate (19). Since the U-shaped groove (19c) is provided with a plurality of slit holes (19c), the heat conduction area is reduced, heat conduction to the side plate (18b) can be prevented, and the side plate (18b), etc. Can be prevented. In addition, when the condensed water condensed on the heat exchanger (17) and the humidifier (7) and the porous sheet of the humidifier (7) become abnormal and water is discharged, the water is discharged from the upper surface of the bottom plate (19) ( 19b) and U-shaped groove (19d)
Run down to. Here, since the groove portion (19d) is provided with a plurality of slit holes (19c), water is dropped into the drain tray (20) through the slit holes (19c) and drained.

As described above, according to the present invention, a U-shape having a plurality of slit holes is formed on both left and right sides of the bottom plate so as to extend in the front-rear direction so that its bottom surface is located lower than the top surface of the bottom plate. Since the left and right side plates are attached to the outer rising portions of the U-shaped groove portions and the drain tray is provided so as to cover the bottom plate from below, the side plates are inserted from the heat exchanger and the humidifier through the bottom plate. The heat conduction to the side plate can be prevented and the dew condensation on the side plate can be prevented. Condensed water that has condensed on the heat exchanger and humidifier can be smoothly drained to the drain tray through the slit hole of the U-shaped groove, and even if water is discharged due to a failure of the humidifier, it will be discharged from the humidifier inspection port. There is an effect that it can be received in the drain dish without leaking out of the machine.
