(57) [Summary] [Purpose] To provide a vibration-isolating support that can cope with a large load and efficiently perform a vibration-isolating action. [Configuration] A plurality of coil springs 1 are provided on the lower frame 12.
3 are provided with partition plates 21 that respectively surround the perimeter of each of them, and a damping material 22 is housed in each partition plate 21.
A fin member 23 suspended in the hollow hole of each of the plurality of coil springs 13 and immersed in the damping material 22, the fin member 23 is expanded and contracted to increase or decrease the immersion area of the damping material. The partition plate 21 is freely movable, and is movable so as to increase or decrease the restraint width in the horizontal direction. [Effect] Since the movement of the damping member 22 is restricted by the partition plate 21, the damping effect is significantly improved. Moreover, it is possible to adjust the damping performance in the horizontal and vertical directions and the natural vibration characteristics, respectively, and it is possible to easily cope with the fluctuation of the equipment load.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a base isolation support applied to the following technology. This technology is used to improve the working environment against vibrations generated in factories, etc., and simultaneously isolates both vertical and horizontal vibrations. A technology that is used for a vibration isolator to make it difficult to transmit vibrations of rotating machinery to other parts, and simultaneously isolates both vertical and horizontal vibrations. This technology is used in a vibration isolator to reduce the vibration input from the foundation, etc., and simultaneously isolates both vertical and horizontal vibrations.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, it has been strongly demanded to improve the working environment of workers from both aspects of health and efficiency. For example, a large crane or the like installed in a factory shakes the floor surface of the building around it due to large vibrations, which adversely affects the working environment of workers. Moreover, the importance of work improvement is increasing from the fact that the equipment in the production factory is being computerized and many precision instruments have been introduced, and it is becoming an intellectual workplace.

As a method of improving such work, it is conceivable that the floor member of the building is supported by a laminated rubber formed by laminating a plurality of steel plates and a rubber plate. Since it is soft in the horizontal direction but hard in the vertical direction, the effect of reducing vibration in the factory by a crane is small.

Although it is possible to support the floor member of the building by a coil spring which can withstand a relatively large load, there are the following problems. In order for the coil spring to handle a large load, the spring material may be thick and large. However, manufacturing a large-sized coil spring has disadvantages that the equipment is large and labor is increased as compared with a small-sized coil spring, so that the cost is considerably increased and the height is increased. Further, since the coil spring itself has a small vibration damping effect, the generated vibration does not easily stop. For this reason, a shock absorber is also provided, but the installation work for firmly fixing the shock absorber to both the foundation and the supported body is complicated. In addition, the coil spring may be immersed in a damping liquid to promote the damping effect (for example, the actual flat spring 3-3222).
No. 9), the coil spring cannot be efficiently damped simply by immersing it in the damping liquid.

Further, when the load of the equipment in the building changes, a difference occurs in the natural vibration characteristics and the damping performance of the base isolation support which is the initial design condition, and the necessary vibration suppressing effect cannot be exerted. There is. That is, in many cases, the conventional base isolation support is used as a stand for machines and the like. Therefore, if the natural vibration characteristic and the damping performance are determined under the load condition at the time of design, it is not necessary to consider the design change such as the load thereafter. Moreover, since the load of the large-scale building itself is large, the natural vibration characteristics and the damping performance can be determined under the initial load conditions without being affected by the fluctuation of the equipment inside the building. In this way, up to now, the target is the area where it is not necessary to consider the load fluctuation,
If facilities or buildings are expanded, in order to ensure performance, it will take a great deal of time and cost to replace the installed base isolation supports or partial replacement of walls and fins, and jack up the buildings. Came.

A gel-like substance such as silicone gel is desirable as the damping material in the present invention. The vibration isolation support of the present invention is mainly applied to general buildings. In other words, the load of the equipment inside the building occupies a considerable proportion of the total weight of the building itself, and therefore the difference in the load fluctuations of the entire building tends to become large simply by changing the equipment. Effective when performance changes.

The third cylindrical body 23c is the second cylindrical body 23.
A cylindrical protrusion 28 is provided at a position where the inclined groove 25 and the vertical groove 27 intersect with each other in the groove 2 which is fitted in the groove 2b.
5 and 27 are fitted. Reference numeral 30 indicates a foundation bolt for fixing the lower frame 12. In the above configuration, the nut 26 in the gap between the upper frame 11 and the plate 20 is rotated by inserting a spanner or the like from the side of the gap to rotate the first cylindrical body 23a. As a result, the cylindrical protrusion 28 located at the intersection of the inclined groove 25 and the vertical groove 27 moves along both grooves, and the third cylindrical body 23c.
Moves up and down. Therefore, the fin member 23 operates so as to expand and contract, and changes damping performance and natural vibration characteristics in the horizontal direction. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the partition plate 21 has a double structure including an outer plate 21a and an inner plate 21b. The outer plate 21a is fixed to the upper surface of the lower frame 12, and the inner plate 21b is
Is arranged slidably on the upper surface of the lower frame 12.
The inner plate 21b is moved by a screw 29 screwed to the outer plate 21a. Since the partition plate 21 has the double structure as described above, the interval between the partition plate 21 and the coil spring 13 inside the partition plate 21 is changed, and the width of the restraint in the horizontal direction with respect to the damping member 22 in the partition plate 21 is increased or decreased. be able to. Therefore, it is possible to adjust the vertical damping performance and the natural vibration characteristics.

As described above, according to the vibration isolating support of the present invention, by using a plurality of coil springs side by side, a large load such as the entire floor member of a factory building can be obtained without using a large coil spring. In addition, the damping effect is remarkably improved by providing the partition plate that covers each of the plurality of coil springs, and the vibration isolation effect is efficiently performed. Further, the fin member is configured to be expandable / contractible so as to increase / decrease the immersion area for the damping material, so that the damping performance in the horizontal direction and the natural vibration characteristic can be adjusted. Further, since each partition plate is configured to be movable so as to increase or decrease the horizontal restraint width with respect to the damping material, the damping performance in the vertical direction and the natural vibration characteristic can be adjusted. Therefore, it is possible to easily adjust the damping performance and the natural vibration characteristics of the base isolation support that have changed due to the fluctuation of the equipment load to the initial design conditions without changing the base isolation support.
