2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 18 shows an example of a conventional tube heat exchanger, which is composed of a body portion 2 accommodating a heat transfer tube 1 and a header portion 4 provided with a flow path partition plate 3. While the fluid 6a flowing from the inlet pipe 5a, for example, the low temperature heated fluid flows through the heat transfer pipe 1, the inlet pipe base 2a to the body 2
It is heated by the heated fluid 7 that has flowed in, and becomes a high temperature fluid 6b that flows out from the outlet pipe 5b. In the figure, 2b is an outlet nozzle, and 8 is a tube plate.

By the way, in the temperature control method for adjusting the flow rate of the fluid 7 shown in FIG. 19, the selection of the control valve 9 may be restricted from the viewpoint of the property of the fluid 7, for example, the corrosiveness of the fluid.
Not applicable to temperature control of all tubular heat exchanges. In addition, the vicinity of the body inlet nozzle stub 2a of the tubular heat exchanger is usually a place where other pipelines and the like are congested, and there is a drawback that the installation of the control valve 9 is likely to be restricted in terms of space space and the like. is there. Further, since the heat transfer surface of the heat transfer tube 1 is interposed between the fluid 7 and the fluid 6, there is a drawback in that the response and controllability are slightly lacking.

On the other hand, the same applies to the temperature control method for adjusting the bypass flow rate of the fluid 6a shown in FIGS.
The valve 1 is installed in the external conduit that connects to the header section 4 of the tubular heat exchanger.
3, the valve 14, the three-way valve 15, the bypass pipe 12 and the like are installed, so that a lot of work is required for the installation work of the heat exchanger, and a large piping space is required outside the header portion 4, so that the pipe heat There is a drawback that the exchange device itself becomes extremely large.

DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention has the above-mentioned problems in the conventional tube heat exchanger, that is, in the tube heat exchanger of the type in which the temperature is controlled by adjusting the bypass amount of the fluid,
The problem is that the heat exchanger itself becomes large as a whole, requires a large installation space outside the header part, and also requires a lot of labor for installation and piping of the heat exchanger, resulting in a sharp rise in equipment costs. The present invention provides a tubular heat exchanger with a temperature control device, which enables downsizing of the heat exchange device and reduction of the labor required for installation.

The function of the temperature controller 1 is based on the signal from the temperature detector 10.
The control motor 17 is actuated via 1 to drive the control valve mechanism 26 of the temperature control section 16. That is, the passage cross-sectional area of the fluid passage 22 is adjusted by driving the valve body 23, and the bypass flow rate 6c of the fluid 6a flowing into the heat transfer tube 1 with respect to the heat transfer tube 1 is changed. As a result, the temperature of the fluid 6b flowing out of the heat transfer tube 1, that is, the fluid 6b flowing out of the outlet tube 5b of the header portion 4 changes, and the passage cross-sectional area 2
By adjusting 2 as appropriate, the temperature of the fluid 6b flowing out from the outlet pipe 5b is controlled.

According to the present invention, the body portion 2 having the heat transfer tube 1 is provided.
And the header section 4 provided with the flow path partition plate 3, the temperature control section 1 provided with the control valve mechanism 26 for controlling the bypass flow rate of the fluid 6a flowing into the heat transfer tube 1 side with respect to the heat transfer tube 1 side.
6, the temperature of the fluid 6b flowing out from the outlet pipe of the header portion 4 is controlled by mixing the bypassed fluid 6c into the fluid 6b flowing out of the heat transfer pipe 1. As a result, it is possible to significantly reduce the installation space of the tube heat exchanger without requiring a large piping space as in the case where a bypass circuit for temperature adjustment is formed outside the conventional header portion 4, The number of steps required to install the tube heat exchanger is reduced, and the installation cost can be significantly reduced. Further, since the temperature control unit 16 is attachable / detachable between the header unit 4 and the body unit 2, the temperature control unit 16 can be omitted to easily form a tubular heat exchanger without a temperature control device. It is possible and practically very convenient. Further, the temperature controller 16 has a relatively simple structure and can be easily miniaturized. As a result, the external dimensions of the tubular heat exchanger with temperature controller itself are significantly smaller than the external dimensions of the conventional tubular heat exchanger in which the temperature adjustment bypass circuit is formed by external piping. The device can be made compact. As described above, the present invention has excellent practical utility.
