Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は蝶着ディスペンス蓋に関し、特に小児保護用
（child resistant ）の蝶着ディスペンス蓋に関するも
のである。
〔従来の技術〕
一般的に使用される蓋の１種類は、容器に相互係合する
第１部分と、一体的ヒンジにより第１部分に接続される
と共に第１部材に対し閉鎖してディスペンス開口部を覆
う第２部分とからなる蝶着ディスペンス蓋である。従
来、この種の小児保護用ディスペンス蓋を形成するのは
困難であった。従来示唆されている１つの型式は二重裾
部を利用するものであって、容易に汚れが詰まり或いは
製品が放出されるという欠点を有する。
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
本発明の課題は、単一のフランジ裾部を用いると共に小
児が蓋を外して持ち上げる努力に抗し、かつ容易に製作
でき、さらに外観が良好である小児保護用の蝶着ディス
ペンス蓋を提供することにある。
〔課題の解決するための手段〕
本記課題は本発明に従う下記手段により解決できた。
底壁部（１２）と容器（Ｃ）に螺着するのに適した外周
裾部（１３）とを備えた第１プラスチック部分（１１）
からなり、 前記外周裾部（１３）は容器（Ｃ）の部分に係合して容
器からの脱着に抗するようにした相互係合部分（１４）
を備えてなる小児保護用ディスペンス蓋（１０）であっ
て、 前記蓋（１０）は一体的ヒンジ（１６）により前記第１
部分（１１）に接続された第２プラスチック部分（１
５）を備え、 前記第１部分（１１）の底壁部はディスペンス開口部
（２０）を有し、前記第１部分（１１）は前記外周裾部
（１３）の半径方向外方に離隔し、上方かつ軸方向外方
に伸長して設けた変位自在な壁部（１３）を有し、該壁
部（２３）は前記第１部分（１１）の裾部（１３）にそ
の自由縁部に近接し、かつ前記裾部の円周沿いに離隔位
置する複数の軸縁に沿って、前記第１部分（１１）の裾
部（１３）と一体的に連結し、前記半径方向に変位自在
の壁部（２３）は上部自由縁を有し、前記第２部分（１
５）は、前記第１部分（１５）上の変位自在の壁部（２
３）と前記第１部分の裾部（１３）間に延びる軸方向リ
ブ（２５）を有し、前記第２部分（１５）が閉鎖状態
で、前記変位自在の壁部（２３）が半径方向内方に押圧
されると、該壁部（２３）は前記軸方向リブ（２５）と
係合して前記第２部分（１５）にカムとして作用して該
第２部分を上方に押し上げて開放し、前記第１部分（１
１）の底壁部（１２）は前記第２部分（１５）と係合し
そしてそれを心合させるための軸方向に突出したショル
ダー（２４）を含んでいる小児保護用ディスペンス蓋に
おいて、 前記第１部分（１１）の前記裾部（１３）はこの裾部
（１３）における外周の大部分にわたり周方向に延在す
る半径方向フランジ（１３ａ）を備え、 前記第２部分（１５）は底壁部（１７）と外周裾部（１
８）とを備え、 前記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）は前記フランジ
（１３ａ）の直径より小さい直径を有して従ってこのフ
ランジ（１３ａ）は閉鎖状態において、前記第２部分
（１５）の裾部（１８）の外縁を半径方向突出すると共
に、該第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）が前記第１部分
（１１）上のフランジ（１３ａ）と係合することによ
り、前記第２部分（１５）がその閉鎖位置にある時に
は、前記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）は容易には上
方に上昇できないようになっており、 前記第２部分（１５）がその閉鎖位置にある時前記変位
自在の壁部（２３）の上部自由縁の少なくとも一部が前
記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）の自由縁の下方に位
置し、前記フランジ（１３ａ）は前記半径方向に変位自
在の壁部（２３）に沿って延長し、前記軸方向リブ（２
５）は前記第２部分の裾部上に形成され、そして前記シ
ョルダー（２４）は前記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１
８）が半径方向に変位しないように支承していることを
特徴とする上記ディスペンス蓋。
本発明によれば、小児保護用ディスペンス蓋は、底壁部
と容器に螺着するのに適した蓋裾部とを備える第１部分
からなっている。外周裾部は、容器の部分に係合して容
器からの脱着を防止する相互係合部分を備える。この蓋
は、一体的ヒンジにより第１部分に接続されかつ底壁部
と外周裾部と閉鎖部分とを有する第２部分をも備え、こ
の閉鎖部は第２部分が第１部分に対し重なり関係まで移
動する際に第１部分の底壁部に存在するノズルに突入す
る。第２部分におけるスナップ突出部は第１部分におけ
るビードセグメントに係合して、第２部分を閉鎖位置に
保持する。第１部分における裾部の直径は、この裾部に
おける外周の大部分にわたり周方向に延在する半径方向
フランジを含む。このフランジは半径方向変位自在な外
側壁板に一体的に接続される。第２部分における裾部の
直径はフランジの直径よりも小さく、したがってフラン
ジは蓋裾部から半径方向に突出して、この蓋裾部が容易
には上昇しえないようにする。ショルダー部がフランジ
から上方向に突出して、蓋をセンタリングすると共に裾
部を半径方向変位しないよう支持する。変位自在な壁板
を半径方向内方に押圧することにより、壁板は蓋の裾部
における軸方向リブと係合して、蓋の裾部を上方向に移
動させると共に、これを開放させうるよう構成する。
〔実施例〕
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明を実施例につき説明す
る。
第１〜４図を参照して、本発明を具体化する小児保護用
のディスペンスプラスチック蓋１０は、底壁部１２と外
周裾部１３とを有する第１部分１１を備える。外周裾部
１３はネジ１４の形態の相互係合部分を備えて容器Ｃの
対応ネズ（第５図）に係合することにより、小児保護用
ディスペンス蓋を容器Ｃに固定する。さらに蓋１０は、
一体的ヒンジ１６により第１部分に接続された第２部分
（すなわち蓋）１５（lid ）を有する。部分１５は底壁
部１７と外周裾部１８とチューブ状閉鎖部１９とを備
え、この閉鎖部は第２部分１５が第１部分１１に対し重
なり関係まで移動する際に第１部分の底壁部に位置する
ノズル２０に突入する。
第２部分１５における円弧状スナップ突出部２１は第１
部分１１のビードセグメント２２に係合して、第２部分
１５を閉鎖位置に保つ。第１部分１１の裾部１３は、こ
の裾部１３における外周の大部分にわたり周方向に延在
する半径方向フランジ１３ａを備える。このフランジは
半径方向変位自在な壁板２３に一体的に接続される。変
位自在な壁板２３はヒンジ１６に対し直径方向の反対側
に位置し、かつ６０゜程度の鋭角を形成する円弧範囲を
有する。第２部分１５における裾部１８の直径はフラン
ジ１３ａの直径よりも小さいので、フランジ１３ａは蓋
裾部１８から突出して蓋裾部１８を容易には持ち上げる
ことができない。
裾部１３におけるフランジもしくはショルダー２４はフ
ランジ１３ａから軸方向に突出して、蓋１８をセンタリ
ングすると共に裾部を半径方向変位しないよう支持す
る。
裾部１３はさらに複数の周方向離間した非対称歯２６を
も備え、これらの歯は容器Ｃの首部２８に存在する刻設
部２７と係合して、蓋が容器に施こされた際にそこから
脱着するのを防止する。
第５図に示したように、蓋１０を容器に施こしかつ蓋１
５を部分１１に対し閉鎖位置にすると、閉鎖部分１９は
ノズル２０と係合して、このノズルを封止する。首部の
内表面に係合する環状プラグ部２９と首部の上側表面に
係合する環状ビード３０とにより、第１部分１１と仕上
部２８との間にシールが形成される。
本発明の各構成部分の作用を以下技術的に説明する。
特許請求の範囲に明記したように容器（Ｃ）に連結する
に適した第１部分（１１）はその裾部（１３）の外周の
大部分にわたり周方向に延在し、かつ変位自在の壁部
（２３）の自由縁の周りに延在する半径方向フランジ
（１３ａ）を有する。この変位自在の壁部は裾部（１
３）から半径方向外方に離隔しそして上方かつ軸方向外
方に伸びて該裾部の自由縁の近くでかつ該裾部の円周方
向に離隔した位置に沿って該裾部（１３）と一体的に連
結されている。この変位自由な壁部（２３）は上部自由
縁を有し第２部分が閉鎖位置にある時、この少なくとも
一部分が該第２部分（１５）の裾部の上部自由縁の下に
位置する。
前記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）は前記フランジ
（１３ａ）の直径より小さい直径を有して従ってこのフ
ランジ（１３ａ）は前記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１
８）を超えて半径方向に突出し従って該第２部分（１
５）の裾部（１８）が前記第１部分（１１）上のフラン
ジ（１３ａ）及び前記変位自在な壁部（２３）の自由縁
を形成するフランジ部と係合することにより、前記第２
部分（１５）がその閉鎖位置にある時には前記第２部分
（１５）の裾部（１８）は容易に上方に押上げることが
できないようになっている。
更に前記第１の部分（１１）の裾部（１３）と上記変位
自由な壁部（２３）間に、前記第２部分（１５）の裾部
（１８）に設けた軸方向リブ（２５）が伸長しており、
開放に際しては、該変位自在な壁部（２３）を半径方向
内方に押圧すると、該壁部（２３）は該リブ（２５）と
衝合して前記第２部分の裾部とカム接触して該リブ（２
５）を上昇させ、その結果蓋を構成する第２部分（１
５）が第１部分から上方に開放される。
以上の構成により、本発明のディスペンス蓋はその閉鎖
時において変位自在な壁部を単に半径方向内方に押圧す
ることにより簡単に開放できる一方、閉鎖時１３ａで示
すフランジを第１部分のフランジの延長部として形成
し、しかもこのフランジ１３ａを上記変位自在な壁部に
連続一体に形成したことにより、かかる壁部が外観から
は第１部分の裾（１３）の一部としか見えず、かかる変
位自在壁部の存在は全く察知できず小児等には到底開放
できないという効果を生じている。
第７図に示した蓋の実施例では、リブ２５が省略されて
いる。変位自在な壁板２３を半径方向内方に押圧するこ
とにより、壁板２３は蓋１５における裾部１８の軸方向
リブ２５と係合して、蓋１５の裾部１８を上方向に移動
させると共に、これを開放させうるよう構成する。
蓋は、たとえばポリプロピレンのようなプラスチックで
作成することができる。
上記から判るように、単一のフランジ裾部を用いると共
に、小児が蓋を取外しかつ持ち上げる努力に対し効果的
に抗し、さらに容易に製作でき、かつ外観が良好である
ような小児保護用の蝶着ディスペンス蓋が形成される。

Claims (2)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】底壁部（１２）と容器（Ｃ）に螺着するの
    に適した外周裾部（１３）とを備えた第１プラスチック
    部分（１１）からなり、 前記外周裾部（１３）は容器（Ｃ）の部分に係合して容
    器からの脱着に抗するようにした相互係合部分（１４）
    を備えてなる小児保護用ディスペンス蓋（１０）であっ
    て、 前記蓋（１０）は一体的ヒンジ（１６）により前記第１
    部分（１１）に接続された第２プラスチック部分（１
    ５）を備え、 前記第１部分（１１）の底壁部はディスペンス開口部
    （２０）を有し、前記第１部分（１１）は前記外周裾部
    （１３）の半径方向外方に離隔し、上方かつ軸方向外方
    に伸長して設けた変位自在な壁部（１３）を有し、該壁
    部（２３）は前記第１部分（１１）の裾部（１３）に、
    その自由縁部に近接し、かつ前記裾部の円周沿いに離隔
    位置する複数の軸縁に沿って、前記第１部分（１１）の
    裾部（１３）と一体的に連結し、前記半径方向に変位自
    在の壁部（２３）は上部自由縁を有し、前記第２部分
    （１５）は、前記第１部分（１５）上の変位自在の壁部
    （２３）と前記第１部分の裾部（１３）間に延びる軸方
    向リブ（２５）を有し、前記第２部分（１５）が閉鎖状
    態で、前記変位自在の壁部（２３）が半径方向内方に押
    圧されると、該壁部（２３）は前記軸方向リブ（２５）
    と係合して前記第２部分（１５）にカムとして作用して
    該第２部分を上方に押し上げて開放し、前記第１部分
    （１１）の底壁部（１２）は前記第２部分（１５）と係
    合しそしてそれを心合させるための軸方向に突出したシ
    ョルダー（２４）を含んでいる小児保護用ディスペンス
    蓋において、 前記第１部分（１１）の前記裾部（１３）はこの裾部
    （１３）における外周の大部分にわたり周方向に延在す
    る半径方向フランジ（１３ａ）を備え、 前記第２部分（１５）は底壁部（１７）と外周裾部（１
    ８）とを備え、 前記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）は前記フランジ
    （１３ａ）の直径より小さい直径を有して従ってこのフ
    ランジ（１３ａ）は閉鎖状態において、前記第２部分
    （１５）の裾部（１８）の外縁を半径方向突出すると共
    に、該第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）が前記第１部分
    （１１）上のフランジ（１３ａ）と係合することによ
    り、前記第２部分（１５）がその閉鎖位置にある時に
    は、前記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）は容易には上
    方に上昇できないようになっており、 前記第２部分（１５）がその閉鎖位置にある時、前記変
    位自在の壁部（２３）の上部自由縁の少なくとも一部分
    が前記第２部分（１５）の裾部（１８）の自由縁の下方
    に位置し、前記フランジ（１３ａ）は前記半径方向に変
    位自在の壁部（２３）に沿って延長し、前記軸方向リブ
    （２５）は前記第２部分の裾部上に形成され、そして前
    記ショルダー（２４）は前記第２部分（１５）の裾部
    （１８）が半径方向に変位しないように支承しているこ
    とを特徴とする上記ディスペンス蓋。
  2. 【請求項２】前記第１部分（１１）と第２部分（１５）
    間にスナップ式係止手段（２１，２２）を設けて前記第
    ２部分を閉鎖位置に保持する請求項１記載の小児保護用
    ディスペンス蓋。
