【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、パチンコ球回転式搬送装置に係り、転球面を
転々と流下してセーフ球になつた数個のパチンコ球を垂
直平面に設けた横方向の供給路に一列に並べて流下さ
せ、該球をモータにより回転する回転円板によつて1個
ずつに分離して任意の位置に搬送する装置において、前
記した供給路に並ぶ数個のパチンコ球の内の先頭の球が
後続の球により圧力を加えられて回転円板の周縁部に設
けたU形の球受口に入らない球詰まり現象が時々起こる
のを防ぎ、球が数個連続した場合でも常に1個ずつのパ
チンコ球を球受けに円滑に入れて回転円板により回転的

と下部構成片nを備える球誘導路Lを設けているもの
で、通常は球受けjを形成した回転円板hが回転してい
るから、球誘導通路Lに搬送不能な球Bが溜まることは
ないが、セーフ球Bが連続して発生し、供給口kから球
誘導通路Lに数個が流れ込むと先頭の1個が円弧球受片
iに接し、後続の数個が先頭の球を押す圧力により、図
のように一次噛み込みを生じて球受けjに入るのが僅か
に遅れるとモータ駆動により回転円板hの回転速度には
変わりがないので、第6図のように球受けjの回転方向
後側の角と上側構成片m間に第二次の噛み込みを生じ、
モータには電流が供給されているが、モータ軸9及び回
転円板hが回転停止になつて、景品球の送り出しを不能
にするトラブルを生じ、さらにモータを焼損する欠点が
ある。しかしてこの球詰まりの現象は数日に一回起きて
もパチンコ球の信頼性が無くなるから、良好な対策を講
