Abstract

PURPOSE:To open and to close a door without the occurrence of peeling and damage on the painting of a supporting section by attaching a cap having a roller to the tip of a lock rod, and bringing the lock rod into rolling contact with the upside of the supporting section of a box body. CONSTITUTION:A clamp 6 is stuck to the rear end of the handle shaft 7a of a door lock handle device 7 to connect a lock rod 8 to the handle shaft 7a. Next the tip 8a of the lock rod 8 is fittedly inserted in the inside space 1b of a resin cap 1 and fixed, and a shaft pin 2 is fittedly inserted in a shaft hole 1a, and a resin roller having diameter larger than the diameter of the cap 1 is severally attached to both the ends of the lock rod 8. Next a box body 5 is provided with a supporting section 5a with which the roller 3 comes into rolling contact. When the lock handle 7 is rotated in a locking direction, the lock rod 8 moves through the clamp plate 6 from a door 4 toward the box body 5. The roller 3 of the cap 1 stuck to the lock rod 8 therefore comes into rolling contact with the supporting section 5a of the box body 5 to fix the door 4 to the box body 5.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a door lock handle device which is used in a distribution box storage box or the like and uses a cup pickle and a rod rod together.

2. Description of the Related Art In the prior art, a lock plate is fixed to the rear end of the handle shaft of a door lock handle device mounted on a door 54, and a lock rod 51 is connected to the lock plate to lock the lock rod. [Claims] 1. A lock rod 6 is fixed to a rear end portion of a handle shaft portion 7a of a door lock handle device 7 mounted on a door 4, and a lock rod 8 is connected to the lock plate 6 to form a lock rod. The tip portion 8a of 8 is fitted and fixed in the inner space 1b of the cap 1, the shaft pin 2 is fitted in the shaft hole 1a of the cap 1, and both ends of the shaft pin 2 have a diameter equal to or larger than the diameter of the cap 1. A lock handle device for a door, in which the roller 3 is mounted and the box body 5 is provided with a receiving portion 5a on which the roller 3 rolls. 2. A roller receiver 10 is fixed to a receiving portion 5a provided on the box body 5, the roller 3 rolls on a slope 10a provided on the roller receiver 10, and a stepped portion provided on the slope 10a is provided. The door lock handle device according to claim 1, wherein the roller 3 is fixed to the flat surface portion 10c of the roller receiver 10 by 10b.
