Abstract

PURPOSE:To finely cut articles to be cut and continuously throw the wastes in order to improve the processing capability by setting a large number of rows of combinations of rotary blades with fixed blades between a hopper and a screen. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 1 is installed in the upper part of a crusher 7 and a cutter apparatus 8 composed of fixed blades 4 and rotary blades 3 is installed under the hopper 1. In the cutter apparatus 8, blade parts are formed by fixing foxed blades 4a, 4b in installation parts 9 of the crusher 7 and setting rotary blades 3a, 3b in the lower sides of the fixed blades in the way the rotary blades are combined with the fixed blades while being set with a prescribed angle difference from the view of a flat plane.
