[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention is a substitute for a sludge provided on the bottom of a wooden box that is made by storing raw noodles such as udon and soba in a ball shape of a predetermined size. It relates to corrugated paper.

However, although it is convenient in terms of repeated use, it cannot always be surely washed when the soot is washed, and strips of noodles are often attached inside the eyes of the bamboo soup. In addition, since this is reused after being washed with water and naturally dried, Escherichia coli and other miscellaneous bacteria easily attach and propagate,
It is extremely unsanitary.

Since E. coli is vulnerable to heat, even if a small amount of E. coli is attached to the sludge, it will be killed by boiling the raw noodles in boiling water when eating the raw noodles, so that food poisoning can be prevented. However, if it takes a long time from production to eating, it is likely to rot. In addition, eating raw noodles without boiling may cause food poisoning.

The present invention was made in order to achieve the above-mentioned object. The slats are formed of corrugated cardboard, and the sheet-shaped cellophane paper is attached to one or both sides of the corrugated paper to form an integral body. The gist of the present invention is to provide a large number of concave grooves formed by crushing the grooves of the corrugated paper at required intervals in the direction intersecting the grooves of the corrugated paper.

When the corrugated cardboard substitute for the present invention is used by placing the raw noodles on it, the area of direct contact between the raw noodles and the corrugated cardboard substitute for the saw is small, and the stickiness of the raw noodles makes it strong against cellophane paper. Since it does not adhere to the noodles, they are easily separated from each other, and no paper pieces are attached to the raw noodles taken out.

Further, since a large number of concave grooves are formed in the direction intersecting with the grooves of the corrugated paper, air flows through the contact surface between the raw noodles and the cellophane paper due to the concave grooves and the corrugated cross section of the kraft paper on the lower surface of the cellophane paper. Therefore, the moisture on the surface of the raw noodles does not impair the taste due to the hygroscopicity of the cellophane paper and appropriate drying.

〔実施例〕〔Example〕

In the figure, 1 is a corrugated paper formed in a corrugated shape from kraft paper having a required thickness and strength, and other thick paper permitted to be used in food hygiene. One side or both sides of the corrugated paper 1 is covered with cellophane paper 2 having a required thickness. Bond with an adhesive such as glue. The cellophane paper 2 is one on which the raw noodles are placed directly, and has strength and thickness not to be damaged by the sticking property of the raw noodles. The corrugated paper 1 is formed in the same manner as in the conventional corrugated paper production, and the sheet-shaped cellophane paper 2 is bonded to the corrugated paper 1 in the same manner.

Next, the corrugated paper 1 to which the sheet-shaped cellophane paper 2 is attached is pressed from the upper surface of the cellophane paper 2 in a direction intersecting with the groove 3 of the corrugated paper 1, and a part of the groove 3 of the corrugated paper 1 is crushed to form a groove. 4 is formed.

In this case, the groove 4 does not impair the function of the corrugated paper 1, and the contact area with the raw noodles placed on the cellophane paper 2 is made small so that proper ventilation is provided between the grooves. The pitch between the concave grooves is set appropriately, for example, in the range of 1 cm to 10 cm as performed through the grooves 4.

In addition, although the said Example demonstrated for raw noodles, this can be used also for raw Japanese sweets and other foodstuffs, and the foodstuffs used are not limited.

According to the present invention, sheet-shaped cellophane paper is attached to one side or both sides of the corrugated paper so as to be integrated, and the grooves of the corrugated paper are formed at a predetermined interval from the upper part of the cellophane paper in a direction intersecting the groove of the corrugated paper. Since a large number of recessed grooves formed by crushing are provided, there are advantages such as being hygienic, and also maintaining a proper contact area and ventilation on the contact surface with the raw noodles without deteriorating the taste.
