(Prior Art) Conventionally, in the medical field, particularly in the dentistry field, an instrument for taking out various chemicals from the tip of a nozzle in a drip state has been used. For example, a device for applying a caries detection liquid that has been conventionally used to teeth is attached to a flexible container made of plastic for containing a drug solution and an open end of the container.
It is composed of a plastic cap whose tip is reduced in diameter and a nozzle fitted to the tip of the cap.
The container and the cap may be integrally molded, or a holder may be attached to the rear end of the container. The above drip instrument is the fifth
As shown in the figure, the flexible container 1 to which the holder 3 is attached is held in the hand, and the side wall of the container is crushed by the thumb and forefinger to push out the drug solution in a drip form from the nozzle 2 attached to the tip. I am trying.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the above drip device, the side wall of the container is crushed by two fingers to push out the liquid medicine from the tip of the nozzle. Need to be adjusted. However, when the remaining amount of the drug solution in the container is large, the discharge amount can be easily adjusted, but when the remaining amount is low, the drug solution cannot be pushed out from the nozzle unless the side wall of the container is crushed with a considerable force. Further, it is difficult to adjust the discharge amount of the chemical liquid at that time. Further, if force is applied to the finger to crush the container, the tip of the nozzle may move and the drip position may shift from a predetermined site.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention provides a flexible chemical liquid having a small diameter portion at the tip and a nozzle attached to the small diameter portion in a cylindrical container holder having an opening in a side wall. One end of the pressing member that accommodates the container and presses the side wall of the container is pivotally supported on one end of the opening provided on the side wall of the container holder, and a force is applied to the other end of the pivot end of the pressing member. The side wall of the drug solution container exposed at the opening provided in the side wall of the container holder is crushed by the pressing member and the protrusion provided on the pressing member, and the drug solution in the container is drip-injected from the tip of the nozzle. It is an infusion device characterized in that it is pushed out in a circular shape.

(Operation) The drip instrument of the present invention accommodates a flexible drug solution container in a container holder having an opening in a side wall thereof, and a container is exposed to the opening by a pressing member pivotally supported at one end of the opening. The container side wall can be easily crushed by pressing the side wall. Since the pressing member utilizes the leverage of the lever, it is easy to adjust the discharge amount of the chemical liquid. Further, since the pressing member can be operated with a small force, the tip position of the nozzle does not shift when the chemical liquid is discharged.

(Example) Next, one example of the device for infusion according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a drug solution container having a holder for use in the drip instrument of the present invention, which includes a flexible container 1 having a small diameter portion at its tip, a nozzle 2 and a holder 3 attached to the small diameter portion. It is configured. The container 1 is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride or the like, and preferably has a transparency such that the liquid contained therein can be seen from the outside. Further, the side wall of the container has a thin uniform thickness so as to be easily crushed. The cross section of the container usually has a circular shape, and a small diameter portion having a screw is provided on the outer wall surface at the tip and the lower end.

Although FIG. 1 shows an example of the liquid medicine container having the holder 3, the holder does not necessarily have to be provided. In that case, a small diameter portion for screwing the holder at the lower end of the container is unnecessary.

2 and 3 are side views of the drip infusion device, and in FIG. 2, an example using a drug solution container having the holder shown in FIG.
FIG. 3 shows an example of using a liquid medicine container without a holder. The container holder 4 has a cylindrical shape in which the container 1 is housed, and an opening is provided in the side wall thereof. This opening is for exposing the side wall of the container 1 housed in the container holder 4, and an opening may be provided at least to the extent that the side wall opposite to the exposed container side wall is supported. A pressing member 6 having a protrusion 5 is pivotally supported at one end of the opening. When the pressing member 6 is pressed, the pressing member operates in the arrow direction with one end of the opening as a fulcrum. When the pressing member 6 operates in the direction of the arrow, the projecting body 5 provided on the pressing member crushes the side wall of the flexible container 1 housed in the container holder.
The container holder 4 and the pressing member 6 are usually made of metal such as stainless steel or resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene.

The above drip infusion device can be operated by the user by holding the container holder 4 with a pen or pencil as shown in FIG. When the user pushes the pressing member 6 with the forefinger, the side wall of the drug solution container is crushed by the projecting body 5, the drug solution in the container is pushed out from the tip of the nozzle 2, and is accurately injected into a predetermined portion. When the index finger is released from the pressing member 6, the crush of the liquid medicine container 1 is released and the original state is restored, the outflow of the liquid medicine stops quickly, and the liquid medicine remaining in the nozzle 2 returns to the inside of the container 1.
It is important that the chemical liquid discharged from the nozzle 2 is applied accurately and in an appropriate amount to the teeth, but since the inner diameter of the nozzle 2 is usually 1 to 2 mm, more chemical liquid than necessary may flow out from the nozzle. Further, since the outer diameter of the nozzle is 2 to 4 mm, the visual field of the user may be obstructed and it may be difficult to accurately discharge the chemical liquid to a desired site. Therefore, it is preferable to provide a small diameter portion having an inner diameter of 0.3 to 0.5 mm at the tip of the nozzle 2 as shown in FIG. The small diameter portion can be easily formed by heating and extending the tip of the nozzle. If the length of the small diameter portion is 3 to 8 mm, the visual field of the user can be secured.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, since the drip device of the present invention crushes the side wall of the flexible container housed in the container holder by the pressing member applying the lever principle, the liquid medicine can be easily applied with a small force. Can be extruded from the nozzle, and the amount of extrusion can be easily adjusted. Further, since the side wall of the chemical solution container can be crushed with a small force, the tip of the nozzle does not shift when the chemical solution is extruded, and the chemical solution can be accurately injected into a predetermined portion.
