A drawback of such a conventional rectifier for an alternator is that the number of parts for mounting the radio interference capacitor 21 increases. Furthermore, a dedicated mounting space was required to mount this capacitor 21. In addition, the capacitor 21 and the heat sink 25 on the plus side must be connected by the lead wire 32, and not only the lead wire 32 is required, but also the number of steps for that is required.

Therefore, the alternating current is rectified by the rectifier circuit that is formed by connecting the negative side diode and the positive side diode, which are mounted on the corresponding heat radiating board, to the output side of the positive side heat radiating board or the positive side diode. The rectified output is taken out from between the ground side. The minus side diode and the plus side diode forming the rectifier circuit are cooled by the heat dissipation board on which they are mounted. The electric wave interference prevention capacitor absorbs the fluctuation of the voltage that causes the interference electric wave to prevent the electric wave interference.

Furthermore, the terminal plates are respectively provided above and below this insulator 34.
37 is installed. The terminal plate 37 is adapted to be in electrical contact with the upper and lower heat sinks 25 and 24, respectively, when the insulator 34 is assembled as shown in FIG. Further, a protrusion 38 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the insulator 34 so as to protrude to one side. Inside the protrusion 38, as shown in FIG.
It has a built-in capacitor 21 to prevent radio interference. Both electrodes of this capacitor 21 are connected to the upper and lower terminal plates 37.

Therefore, according to the rectifying device of the present embodiment, the radio interference preventing capacitor 21 is built in the insulator 34 on the right side in advance, whereby the number of parts can be reduced. That is, it is not necessary to further install a capacitor for preventing radio interference after the rectifier is assembled as shown in FIG. Further, in the capacitor 21 built in the insulator 34, this insulator 34 is the third
When assembled as shown in the figure, the electrodes above and below the terminal plate
The upper and lower heat sinks 25 and 24 are electrically connected to each other via 37, so that it is not necessary to wire the capacitor 21 by using a dedicated lead wire. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a rectifying device which is particularly easy to assemble an automobile. Further, since the capacitor 21 is built in the insulator 34, it is not necessary to mount this capacitor at another position, which is advantageous in space and can provide a compact rectifier.

As described above, the present invention provides a capacitor for preventing radio interference,
The two heat dissipation boards are integrally incorporated in an insulating support body that is separated by a predetermined distance. Therefore, according to the present invention, the electromagnetic interference prevention capacitor is integrated with the insulating support, which reduces the number of parts during assembly, or the work of connecting the electromagnetic interference prevention capacitor via the lead wire. It can be omitted. Further, a space for mounting the capacitor for preventing radio wave interference is not required, which makes it possible to make the rectifying device compact.
