Tile, which is a small piece of thin plate, is used for walls, floors, and other roofs. This tile pasting work had the following problems. (A) It takes time and labor to put tiles through many steps. Moreover, in order to prevent the tile from dripping when it is stretched on the base mortar, it is necessary to perform work to prevent the displacement by supporting the lower side of the tile with nails or the like until the mortar adhesive has hardened to some extent. (B) For laying tiles, it is necessary to make a base mortar. Site of the mortar-making is inevitably dirty for sand and cement is scattered. Also, when transporting the mortar made here to the site where tiles are to be tiled, workers walk in the corridor with shoes and footwear attached to mortar and sand, so even if the corridor is cured. It is scratched and causes later complaints. For this reason, house makers tend to avoid using tiles. (C) Water is required to make mortar. For this reason, the water in the mortar freezes in places where it freezes, such as in cold seasons and cold regions, and tile construction cannot be performed. In this way, when mortar is used, the construction does not proceed smoothly as planned because the construction depends on the temperature, weather, and location, and the construction period tends to be extended. (D) Tile jointing work requires tile jointing work, but this jointing work is a laborious work such as marking out. (E) If the base mortar is cracked, the tile may be cracked or peeled off. (F) Skilling is required for the tiling work, and it can be done only by a tiling craftsman or a professional such as a plasterer. However, it is difficult to secure a craftsman today due to lack of manpower. In order to solve these problems, there is a tiled construction method in which a ridge that serves as a joint guide is provided on the tile to make the mortar base unnecessary and to prevent the tile from shifting. It is proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-150237. This tiling method is effective for the purpose.

By the way, since the joint area between the tiles is small, cement mortar, which is a general joint material, is easily peeled off. The jointed panel used in the construction method proposed in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 50-150237 has only a protrusion extending over the entire length in the joint of the substrate, and the joint groove is shallower by the protrusion. Therefore, there is a problem that the joint material is easily peeled off. Also, the ridges are provided only in the horizontal direction, and only the staggered signs are provided in the vertical direction due to printing etc. Therefore, extra work is required for the jointing in the vertical direction, such as the jointing does not work well. There are challenges that arise. On the microfilm of Japanese Utility Model No. 56-153,539,
It is disclosed that an asbestos sensation plate is provided with an arbitrary number of protruding members for showing joint division on the surface by pressing. According to this, among the problems of the invention disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 50-150237, the problem that the jointing does not work well with respect to the jointing in the vertical direction can be solved, but the problem that the jointing material peels off can be solved. Not resolved. Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-4749 discloses a projection member provided on a tiled panel provided with a hook portion for a joint material. This projection member has a structure in which an uneven step portion is provided on the upper side surface, or a structure in which the tip end side projects laterally. The larger the protruding portion of the uneven step portion is, the more the joint material can be prevented from peeling off. However, if the uneven stepped portion or the overhanging portion is enlarged, the convex portion or the overhanging portion becomes an obstacle and the joint space cannot be filled with the joint material, or it becomes difficult to fill the joint space. I will invite you. On the other hand, if the protrusions and the protrusions are small, it is difficult to prevent the joint material from peeling off, which is a trade-off. In particular, when cement mortar is used as the joint material, the cement mortar shrinks due to drying, and it is difficult to prevent peeling at small uneven steps or overhangs.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to form vertical and horizontal joints between tiles only by stretching the tiles, and it is easy to fill the joint material with the joint material, and the filled joint material is not easily peeled off. To provide a panel for tiling.

The constitution of the invention taken to achieve the above object is as follows. That is, the present invention is a panel for adhering tiles for construction, which is fixed to the panel body and the surface of the panel body at appropriate intervals, and is a member separate from the panel body. The projecting member includes an arbitrary number of projecting members, and a penetrating portion which is formed between the projecting members and the surface of the panel body or on the projecting member itself and serves as a catching portion of the joint material. The vertical and horizontal joints of tiles to be attached are shown, and the height of the protruding member is set to be lower than the thickness of the tiles to be attached. In the present invention, the material of the panel body may be a wood board, a synthetic resin board, a cement board, an asbestos board, a rubber board, a glass fiber board, a metal board such as aluminum or stainless steel, or a synthetic resin sheet. In addition, by combining these, it is possible to make a material having properties suitable for the place of use, such as indoors or outdoors, waterproofness and fireproofness. For example, if a synthetic resin plate is used for the panel body, it is excellent in waterproofness and corrosion resistance, if an asbestos plate is used, it is excellent in fire resistance or fire resistance, and if a magnetic material in a metal plate is used, tiles can be magnetically attached. it can. Also, if you use a foamed plastic plate, it has excellent heat insulation and sound insulation,
In the case of a rubber plate, it is possible to give characteristics such as excellent elasticity. The size and shape of the panel body is not limited, but 2 shaku x 8 shaku,
The one with 3 shaku x 6 shaku is common. In addition, the seam of the panel body can be made to have an "aijakuri" structure in a place where waterproofness is required. On the surface of the panel body, an arbitrary number of protruding members indicating vertical and horizontal joint divisions of tiles are provided at appropriate intervals. The shape of the protrusion member is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a rectangular shape in plan view, an oval shape, a circle shape, an L shape, and a cross shape. Typical joint dimensions are 2-5 mm wide and 3-6 mm deep. The height of the protruding member is set lower than the thickness of the tile to be attached so that it will be filled when the joint material is filled with the joint material to finish the makeup joint. The width of the protruding member is also set smaller than the width of the joint. However, it is preferably about 0.5 to 1 mm. The tile is usually stretched by applying an adhesive to the tile or the panel body, but it can be stretched via a double-sided adhesive or an adhesive sheet. The thickness of the panel body is arbitrary, and when the tile is used instead of the wallpaper, the panel body can be formed in a thin sheet shape because the base is already provided. Also,
When the base is newly put up in a new house or the like, it can be formed in a slightly thick plate shape, and is appropriately set according to the application. The tile in the present invention is broadly construed and is a concept including tiles in addition to finishing tiles such as porcelain tiles, semi-porcelain tiles, and ceramic tiles.

The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an embodiment of a tiling panel according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an enlarged sectional view taken along line AA of FIG. 1,
FIG. 3 is a front view of an essential part showing a construction state in which a tile panel is attached to a tree, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of an essential part showing a state where a tile is stretched on the tile panel. The tiling panel has a panel body (1) and a protruding member (2). The panel body (1) has a thin aluminum plate (1a) on the surface and a veneer plate (1b) attached to the back. On the surface of the thin plate (1a), a metallic "U" -shaped staple-like protruding member (2) is stamped in a square pattern with arbitrary intervals so as to be located on the four sides of a square tile to which it is attached. . The top of the protruding member (2) protruding from the surface of the panel body (1) is lower than the thickness of the tile to be attached. Panel body (1) surface and protruding member
A penetrating portion (21), which is a catching portion of the joint material, is formed between the parallel portion (2) and the parallel portion. Further, a portion surrounded by the projecting member (2) is a tension portion (3) to which the tile is attached. An example of a tiling method using the tiling panel shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. First, a timber ( 50) and the like are provided, and nails are driven into an arbitrary place to fix the panel body (1) to the corsage (50). Then, the tile (20) is attached to the attachment part (3) with an adhesive based on a certain place such as the lower left corner of the place surrounded by the projecting member (2), and then the joint filling work is performed with a joint material such as cement mortar. The tiling work will be completed. The protruding member (2) is embedded so as not to be seen from the outside by the joint material filled by the joint filling operation. Also,
The joint material enters and enters the penetration part (21) formed between the protruding member (2) and the surface of the panel body (1). The joint material that has entered is caught on the penetrating portion (21) after being solidified in a barbed state, so that reliable peeling prevention can be achieved. The size of the tile is 10cm × 10cm, 15cm × 15cm, 20
There is a standard of cm x 20 cm, but this is the size with joints added, and in fact it can be made smaller little by little. Therefore, if the area surrounded by the protruding member (2) is formed to a size that tiles within the standard can be stretched, the joints will be wider for smaller tiles and narrower for larger tiles. Can be adjusted. Therefore, it is not necessary to make a tiled panel body that fits all exactly. 5 and 6 are enlarged cross-sectional views showing another embodiment of the protruding member. In the example shown in FIG. 5, among the protruding members (2a), the panel body
The shape of the part protruding from the surface of (1) is formed in a corrugated shape,
A penetration portion (21a) is formed between the panel body (1) and the surface of the panel body (1) when the panel body (1) is driven. According to this embodiment, the two curved bottom portions (20a) serve as stoppers that set the driving depth at the time of driving. In the example shown in FIG. 6, the protruding portion of the protrusion member (2b) is formed in a plate shape, and the plate portion is provided with an arbitrary number of through portions (21b) formed in a through hole shape. . According to this embodiment, among the protruding members (2b), the panel body
(1) Since the rigidity of the part protruding from the surface is increased, the protrusion member (2b) can be prevented from being deformed during handling, and the tile
There is an advantage that the tile (20) can be supported more surely when the (20) is attached. Further, the edge portion of the protruding member (2b) on the side of the panel body (1) serves as a stopper for setting the driving depth of the protruding member (2b) at the manufacturing stage, like the protruding member (2a). The present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the claims.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration and has the following effects. (A) The tiled panel has a through portion that serves as a catching portion for the joint material. When the joint material enters the through portion during the joint filling work, the entered joint material is bar-tipped. It will be caught in the penetration part. Therefore, unlike the conventional one in which the joint material is merely caught on the protruding portion, it is possible to surely prevent the joint material from peeling off. (B) Since the panel main body surface has an arbitrary number of protruding members indicating vertical and horizontal jointing of tiles, vertical and horizontal joints are inevitably formed when the tiles are stretched around the portions surrounded by the protruding members. . Therefore, not only the jointing work is unnecessary, but also the tile is supported by the protruding member and does not drip down, and the work of supporting it with a nail or the like is unnecessary, so that even an amateur can perform the work.
