There is a configuration in which the packaged items are stacked on top of each other so that the packaged items are packaged so as to receive a vertical compressive load.

Although the shape and the like composed of the assembled partition (40) are used, none of them supports the compressive load, and the current situation is to simply limit the vertical movement of the packaged item.

If the transport or storage is continued for a long period of time, the moisture contained in the wood may impregnate the outer box of the cardboard or the pad member of the other cardboard, and the strength of the cardboard may be reduced.
In order to prevent this, a wood drying treatment step is required in advance, resulting in high cost.

Not only can not support the stacking and become unstable in stacking, but especially in the case of the shape of the hollow column (30) as shown in FIG. There was a problem that became.

It is constructed by integrally forming a frame with a plurality of posts that are horizontally arranged in parallel with each other in contact with the protruding upper part of the article, and the outer frame and the posts are formed by a plurality of corrugated cardboard members bonded together. A cushioning material is provided on the lower end surface of each outer frame and column to prevent damage to the packaged product and displacement of the packaged product during transportation.

An outer partition formed by bonding a plurality of cardboard members together with a pillar to form a middle partition plate, and the pillars are laterally integrated with the outer frame so that the pillars are in contact with and juxtaposed with the protruding upper portion of the packaged product. Therefore, it is possible to improve the compressive strength of the middle partition plate by the thickness of the outer frame and the pillars, and to increase the contact area of the upper and lower surfaces and the end surface with the mating material. Not only can it be carried out, but also the assembling work at the time of packing and the waste material disposal work after unpacking can be performed without trouble.

In a cardboard packaging structure in which the package is placed on top of the package and is subjected to a vertical compressive load, the middle partition plate is an outer frame, and the projecting upper part of each package is on the outer frame. Since it is integrally framed with a plurality of posts that are laterally arranged in parallel with each other, the outer frame and the posts are formed by a plurality of cardboard members bonded together,
The thickness of the outer frame and the columns can improve the compressive strength of the partition plate, and the contact areas of the upper and lower surfaces and the end surface with respect to the mating material can be increased, and the material cost is low,
Not only can it be easily manufactured, but the assembly work at the time of packing and the waste material disposal work after unpacking can be done easily, and by providing a cushion material on the lower end surface of each outer frame and column. In addition, it has an excellent effect that it is possible to surely prevent the damage of the packaged product and the shift of the packaged product during transportation.
