【考案の詳細な説明】 【０００１】 ［産業上の利用分野］ この考案は、指刺し入れ構造を設けたプルトップ式缶類に関するものである。 ［０００２］ ［従来の技術］ 従来のプルトップ式缶類は、図９に示すようなものであった。すなわち、 缶１の内容物取り出し口フタ４を取り外す取っ手としてプルトップリング２を 取り付けたものである。プルトップリング２は、缶１に密着している。 ［０００３］ ［考案が解決しようとする課題］ この従来のものにおいては、図１０に示すように缶１とプルトップリング２ が密着しているため、その間に隙間がほとんど無い。内容物を取り出すために 缶を開ける際、まず取っ手であるプルトップリング２を引き上げるのだが、こ の時、指先又は爪を無理に引っ掛けてから力を込めて引き上げなければならな かった。障害で指に力が入らない人や、爪に支障のある人には苦痛であり、誰 でも容易に缶を開けられる構造ではなかった。従来、プルトップリング２に極 小さなカエシを備えたもの、又はプルトップリング２の下部に極小さな窪みを 設けたものはあった。しかし、いずれも指先や爪を使う事に変わりはなく、負 担を無くす程の効果はあげられなかった。 この考案が解決しようとする課題は、プルトップリング２を引き上げる際、 指先や爪を使わなくて済み、誰でも容易に開けられるプルトップ式缶類を提供 する事である。 ［０００４］ ［課題を解決するための手段］ 缶１とプルトップリング２の構造を指先や爪を使わないものにすれば、誰で も容易に缶を開けられる。そこで本案の考案者は缶１やプルトップリング２を どのような形にすれば指先や爪を使わずに済むかと、あれこれ考察した結果、こ の考案を完成させることができた。この考案に係るプルトップ式缶類は次の ようなものである。 ［０００５］ すなわち、プルトップリング２の指先や爪を引っ掛ける箇所の下部に、指刺 し入れ溝３を設けたものである。又、プルトップリング２の形状をＬ字型にし、 浮いている一端側の下部を、指差し入れスペースとしたものでもよい。又、プ ルトップリング２の内容物取り出し口フタ４取付け部分に突起５を設け、それ を押すことにより、テコの作用で反対側のプルトップリング２の端側を浮き上が らせ、その下部を指差し入れスペースとした段階を踏むものでもよい。又は、プ ルトップリング２の下部に、押すと凹状になる機能を持ったものを設け、凹 状の部分を指差し入れスペースとしたものでもよい。もちろん、以上に示した 各例を組み合わせれば、より高い機能を発揮できる。 なお本案の主旨は、プルトップ式缶類に指差し入れ構造を設ける事であるから 、この他にも採用できるものがいろいろ考えられることは言うまでもない。 又、プルトップリングには他に、アメリカ式のプルタブや、缶詰めに使用さ れているリフトリングなどがあるが、用途は同じであるからこれらも本案に含 まれる。 ［０００６］ ［作用］ この考案に係るプルトップ式缶類のプルトップリング２を引き上げるには、 次のようにする。 まず缶１に設けた指差し入れ溝３の奥まで指を差し入れる。すると、プルト ップリング２は指先や爪ではなく指の中程に当たる状態になる。そこでプルト ップリング２を引き上げるのである。 ［０００７］ ［実施例］ 実施例１ 図１は実施例１を示す斜視図である。 プルトップリング２の下部に指差し入れ溝３を設ける。溝３の奥行きは、指 を差し込んでプルトップリング２が指の中程に当たる程度（約１ｃｍ）とする。 ［０００８］ 実施例２ 図４は実施例２を示す斜視図である。 プルトップリング２の形状をＬ字型に成型し、缶１に取り付けた状態で浮い ている一端側の下部を指差し入れスペース３としたものである。指差し入れス ペース３の高さは、指が中程まで入る程度（約１．５ｃｍ）とする。 ［０００９］ 実施例３ 図５は実施例３を示す斜視図である。 プルトップリング２の内容物取り出し口フタ４取付け部分に突起５を設ける。 突起５を押すことにより、テコの作用てプルトップリング２の反対側の端側を浮 き上がらせ、その下部に指差し入れスペース３を作り出す。以上のような段階を 踏む例。 ［００１０］ 実施例４ 図７は実施例４を示す斜視図である。 プルトップリング２の下部に、押すと凹状になる機能を持ったものを設ける。 その部分を指で押し込むことによりプルトップリング２の下部に溝を作り出し、 それを指差し入れスペース３とするような段階を踏む例。 ［００１１］ ［考案の効果］ この考案に係るプルトップ式缶類においては、指差し入れ溝３の奥まで指を 差し入れれば、指先や爪を使うことなく指の中程でプルトップリング２を引き 上げられ、力を入れ易く、指先や爪を痛めることもない。障害を持つ子供も自 分でジュースの缶やフルーツの缶詰めを開けられるのである。 又、缶１やプルトップリング２の形を少し変えて、指差し入れ構造を持たせる には、それらの成型の型に若干の変更を加えるだけでよい。すなわち、従来 の缶と同じコストでより価値のある商品が造れるのである。Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
