Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明は、ブドウ糖、アミノ酸、リンゲル、生理食塩
水、血液保存液、血液等を収納し保存する医療用バッグ
の製造方法に関する。
(従来の技術) 現在、ブドウ糖、リンゲル、生理食塩水等の輸液を収納
する医療用バッグのシートの材質としてエチレン−酢酸
ビニル共重合体(以下EVAと略記する)が使用されて
いる。
通常EVAは、ポリ塩化ビニル樹脂(以下PVCと略記
する)と比較すると可撓性が劣り操作性が悪くチューブ
として使用することは困難である。
そこで第3図に示すように、医療用バッグ21の本体2
2はEVAを使用し、他方可撓性の必要とされるチュー
ブ23、24、25、26の部分は可撓性を有するPV
Cが使用されている。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点) しかしながら、PVCとEVAの熱溶着による接続は困
難であり、本体22とチューブ23の接続部には、ゴム
等の接続部材27を使用しているのが現状である。また
EVAとPVCを特殊接着剤を使用して化学的に接続し
ようとする試みも実施されつつあるが、この場合多量の
せっちゃょくざいを必要とするので、特殊接着剤が輸液
内に溶出した際に人体に与える影響が不明であるから必
ずしも好ましい方法ではない。以上の問題点を解決する
ために検討を重ねた結果、本発明者は次の発明に到達し
た。
(問題点を解決するための手段) 本発明は、医療用バッグを構成する口部内面に異なる材
質からなる複数の接続チューブが装着され、該チューブ
の一部は口部内面に溶着され、口部内面に溶着されてい
ない一部の接続チューブに溶剤を塗布したチューブを接
続した医療用バッグを提供する。
また本発明は、次の各工程からなる医療用バッグの製造
方法を提供する。
コアピンに異なる材質からなる複数の接続チューブを
装着し、これらを口部の間に置いて高周波溶着し、交互
に異なる材質からなる複数の接続チューブの一部を口部
に溶着させる工程、 溶剤を塗布したチューブを口部に溶着していない接続
チューブに接続する工程、 (作用) 溶剤を塗布したチューブと口部に溶着していない接続チ
ューブは同じ材質を使用することができるので、溶剤に
より容易に接続することができる。
(実施例) 第1図は医療用バッグの口部13を製造するところの概
略図を示す。
図中、1、1はEVAからなる合成樹脂製シート(また
はインフレーションチューブで代替可能)、2はコアピ
ンでお互いに異なる材質からなる複数の接続チューブ
3、5(EVA製)、4(PVC製)を嵌挿している。
コアピン2は鉄、ステンレス、黄銅、ジュラルミン等の
導電性材料から構成されている。
6は上金型、7は下金型でシート押圧部8、9は、フラ
ットに形成され、それぞれには複数の接続チューブ3、
4、5を嵌挿したコアピン2を挟持するための溝部1
0、11が形成されている。
EVA製のチューブ3、PVC製のチューブ4、EVA
製のチューブ5を順次コアピン2に嵌挿した後、2枚の
EVA製の合成樹脂シートの間に介在させて、下金型7
の溝部11に、接続チューブ3、4、5を置いて、該チ
ューブ3、4、5に対向する位置に溝部10を形成した
上金型6よりクランプして高周波を印加する。
この時接続チューブ3、5と本体シート1は熱により溶
着する。接続チューブ3、5とシート1、1は同じEV
A製であるから溶着により接続できる。他方接続チュー
ブ4はPVC製でEVA製のシート1、1とは溶着でき
ないが、シート1、1の両端に溶着されたEVA製接続
チューブ3、5により圧縮されながら溶着冷却が行なわ
れるので、強固に挟持され、容易に離脱することはな
い。
そして第2図に示すようにPVCからなる可撓性を有す
るチューブ12の先端にテトラヒドロフラン等の溶剤を
塗布して、第1図に示すように形成した医療用バッグの
口部13を構成するPVC製の接続チューブ4に装着す
る。
接続チューブ4とチューブ12は、同じPVCから構成
されているので溶剤により容易に接続することができ
る。チューブ12は接続後もチューブ5によっても挟持
されるので強い接続強度を維持することができる。
(発明の効果) 以上説明したように本発明では、 接続部材として高価なゴム部品を使用することなく異
種の材質からなる接続チューブとシートを接続できるの
で、製造工程が短縮でき、医療用バッグのコストダウン
が計れる。
接続部の強度が向上し、外観的にもスマートである。
等の優れた効果を有する発明である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】医療用バッグを構成する口部内面に異なる
    材質からなる複数の接続チューブが装着され、該チュー
    ブの一部は口部内面に溶着され、口部内面に溶着されて
    いない一部の接続チューブに溶剤を塗布したチューブを
    接続したことを特徴とする医療用バッグ。
  2. 【請求項2】次の各工程からなることを特徴とする医療
    用バッグの製造方法。 コアピンに異なる材質からなる複数の接続チューブを
    装着し、これらを口部の間に置いて高周波溶着し、交互
    に異なる材質からなる複数の接続チューブの一部を口部
