この考案は、冬期用ワイパーのブレードを支える支持金具とそれを覆う ゴムとの間に断熱材を入れたものに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来は、冬期用ワイパーのブレードを支える支持金具の上にゴムを覆っ て雪及び氷の付着を防いでいました。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
これには、次のような欠点があった。 冬期用ワイパーのブレードを支える支持金具が外気に触れ冷却されるた め、たとえそれをゴムで覆ったとしても冷たさがその支持金具からゴムを 伝導して降雪時には雪が付着し、またガラスからの水分と溶け合い氷とな ってワイパーに付着しワイパーの機能を低下させてしまい、その氷を取り 除くために自動車から降りなければならなかった。 本案は、この欠点を解消するためになされたものである。

冬期用ワイパーのブレードを支える支持金具１とそれを覆うゴム２との 間に断熱材３を入れたもの。 以上の構成からなる断熱ワイパーである。

【実施例】
以下、本案の実施例について説明する。 （イ）冬期用ワイパーのブレードを支える支持金具１とそれを覆うゴム２ との間にシート状の断熱材３を入れたもの。 （ロ）冬期用ワイパーのブレードを支える支持金具１に断熱材３を吹き付 け、それをゴム２で覆ったもの。 （ハ）冬期用ワイパーのブレードを支える支持金具１に成形された断熱材 ３を入れ、それをゴム２で覆ったもの。

【考案の効果】
本案は、以上の様な構成で降雪時においても冬期用ワイパーのブレード を支える支持金具の冷却によるワイパーのブレードへの着雪着氷を防止す ることができ、ワイパーのブレードの機能を保持しまた自動車の走行時に それらの着雪着氷を取り除かなくてもすむようになる。
