When a voltage is applied to the piezoelectric ceramics 2b, a volume change occurs in the piezoelectric ceramics 2b, and this change is transmitted to the thin metal plate 2a to cause a distortion phenomenon. Due to this distortion phenomenon, a potential difference, that is, a voltage is generated between the thin metal plate 2a and the electrode 2d. By supplying this voltage to the oscillation circuit 5, the piezoelectric vibrator 2 can be oscillated.

Since the vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator 2 is reduced or stopped when a load is applied by contacting the metal thin plate 2a with powder or granules, the output voltage of the piezoelectric vibrator 2 is increased while the piezoelectric vibrator 2 is oscillating. Can be rectified by the rectifying circuit 6 and converted into a DC voltage. However, when the oscillation is significantly damped or stopped due to a load such as a granular material, the output voltage becomes substantially zero. By detecting the presence or absence of this DC voltage by the output circuit 7 and extracting it as a voltage or current signal to the output terminal 8, it is possible to detect the presence or absence of the granular material.

As a result, the oscillation of the piezoelectric vibrator weakens, or part of the vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator is transmitted from the fixed case to the mounting part.
The reflected wave from the mounting portion of the vibration is transmitted to the piezoelectric vibrator from the fixed case on the contrary, and is easily affected by the mounting surface. In addition, when the mounting portion is stopped with a screw, there is a problem that the oscillation state changes due to the pressure of tightening the screw, and the operation of the piezoelectric vibrator stops.

In the mounting portion, the piezoelectric case is attached to the fixed case, the mounting portion, and the mounting portion, and the mounting portion extends from both sides of the fixed case so as to respectively surround a space portion formed adjacent to both side portions of the fixed case. With this configuration, the piezoelectric vibrator will not be adversely affected by distortion of the mounting surface and screwing, and part of the vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator will be fixed. From the connecting part to the mounting part, it is interfered and the reflected wave from the mounting part is prevented from adversely affecting from being transmitted to the piezoelectric vibrator from the fixed case on the contrary, and stable detection of powder particles is performed. .

And a connecting portion 4 that extends from both end portions on both sides of the fixed case 1 and is integrated in the mounting portion 3 so as to surround the space portions 13 formed adjacent to both side portions thereof. That is, when a voltage is applied to the thin metal plate 2a and the electrode 2c, a volume change occurs in the piezoelectric ceramics 2b, and this change is transmitted to the thin metal plate 2a to cause a distortion phenomenon. Due to this distortion phenomenon, a voltage is generated between the metal thin plate 2a and the electrode 2d, and by supplying this voltage to the oscillation circuit 5,
The piezoelectric vibrator 2 is oscillated. Piezoelectric vibrator 2 is a thin metal plate
When powder or granules come into contact with 2a and a load is applied, oscillation stops and the oscillation output becomes substantially zero. Therefore, the presence or absence of this direct current is detected by the output circuit 7, and the voltage at the output terminal 8 is detected. Alternatively, it can be taken out as a current signal to detect the granular material.

Further, since the fixed case 1 and the mounting portion 3 are connected at two points by the connecting portion 4, a strong and stable structure can be obtained. Then, part of the vibration of the piezoelectric element 2 is fixed to the fixed case 1.
Is transmitted from the fixed case 1 to the piezoelectric vibrator 2, and the oscillation state changes, but the space 13 is surrounded from both sides of the fixed case 1. Since the connecting portion 4 extending to the mounting portion 3 is connected to the mounting portion 3, the vibration wave from the fixed case 1 interferes with the mounting portion 3 and the reflected wave from the mounting portion 3 to the piezoelectric vibrator 2 disappears.
There is no adverse effect on the original vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator 2.

である。Effect of the Invention As described above, the powdery particle sensor of the present invention includes the fixed case to which the piezoelectric vibrator is attached, the attachment portion, and the space portion formed adjacent to both sides of the fixed case. Since it is provided with connecting portions that extend from both end portions on both sides of the fixed case and are integrated in the mounting portion so as to surround each, depending on the state of the mounting surface of the particulate matter sensor and the tightening of screws or the like. Not only can adverse effects be eliminated, but the vibration wave from the fixed case interferes with the mounting part, and the reflected wave from the mounting part to the piezoelectric vibrator disappears.
It is possible to eliminate an adverse effect on the original vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator, and thus to obtain stable characteristics.
