ツジ1及びヘツドアーム2の先端1b、2bの上下対向面に
板ばねからなる上下一対のジンバルプレート6の外周部
6aを溶着等にて固着し、両ジンバルプレート6の弾性的
に支持されている中央部6bの上下対向面に上下一対の磁
気ヘツド7を接着等にて固着し、両磁気ヘツド7の外周
に上下一対のシールドリング8を接着等にて固着し、ヘ
ツドキヤリツジ1及びヘツドアーム2の先端1b、2bの両
磁気ヘツド7とは反対側にシールドカバー9を接着等に
て固着し、ヘツドキヤリツジ1及びヘツドアーム2の先
端1b、2b側に一体に成形した上下一対のピポツト10で両
ジンバルプレート6の中央部6bの両磁気ヘツド7とは反
対側の中央を支持し、ヘツドキヤリツジ1及びヘツドア
ーム2の上下対向面に沿つて配設された上下一対の配線
材であるフレキシブルプリント基板11の先端を両磁気ヘ
ツド7の複数の端子12に半田付けし、両フレキシブルプ
リント基板11の中間部をヘツドキヤリツジ1及びヘツド
アーム2に一体成形した溶着用ダボ13に溶着している。
