It is a new device that requires less work, and because there are few component insertion mistakes when it is carried out, the number of repair man-hours is extremely small and the economic effect is great.

This is a method in which a person picks up a component and inserts it at a predetermined place when the printed circuit board passes near the component to be inserted.

い。In the case of this method, the insertion position of the component is specified by the component mounting diagram. Also, if the same symbols as the component symbols displayed on the component mounting diagram and the printed circuit board are also displayed on the component box, there will be few mistakes. However, in this method, especially when the number of types of parts per worker increases, insertion errors also increase. There are many parts such as resistors and capacitors that are difficult to distinguish from the outside, and I don't know which box is the part I took from the parts box, and which box is the part I want to take next time. Therefore, if there are many types of insert parts per worker, there are many mistakes and there is often no help.

In the figure, the explanations of the numbers 1 to 4 are the same as those in FIGS. Reference numeral 5 denotes a power supply plate for supplying power to the indicator lamps 8 and 9, and two power supply plates are provided on the opposite side and the front side of the printed circuit board, and are electrically insulated from the mounting table 2 '. In this example, a part of 2'is used, but of course, two dedicated rails may be provided. Numeral 6 is a velcro tape for fixing the parts box, which can be easily attached by pressing two velcro strips and can be easily peeled off by peeling it off, and can be used repeatedly. This is affixed to a mounting table 2'or a movable mounting plate on which a plurality of component boxes can be mounted with an adhesive for a long time. If the velcro tape is also attached to the bottom of the parts box opposite to the velcro tape, the parts box can be fixed simply by pressing it in any place. It is convenient to fix the parts box at an arbitrary interval by placing a scale near the parts box. Reference numeral 7 is a sliding structure, 8 is an instruction lamp for an inserted component on the opposite side of the printed circuit board, and 9 is an instruction lamp for an inserted component on the front side. Green and red are used for clarity, but any color is acceptable.

Is an adjustment fitting to adjust the width of 12 according to the width of the printed circuit board,
15 is a thumbscrew for fixing after adjustment. Reference numerals 8 and 9 are indicator lamps for indicating the insert parts. This lamp uses green and red as an example because different colors are easier to see. 16 and 17 are switch mechanisms, the fourth
In the figure, a micro switch is used, and when 7 passes through the parts box, the lever of the micro switch is pushed by the parts box so that the lamp 8 or 9 is adjusted and attached. Although not shown in the figure, the lamp is turned on for a short time according to your preference rather than being turned on while the parts insertion device is passing through the parts box, and it is less likely to turn off after that, so it is turned off by the timer in the implemented one. I am letting you.

The numbers up to 17 are the same as those described with reference to FIGS. The current collector plates 18 and 19 are in contact with the power supply plate 5 mounted on the rail or the like so as to be insulated, and are electrically insulated from the current collector plate 7 so that the current flows. Of course, if a dry battery is installed in 7 to supply power to a lamp or the like, the power supply plate shown in 5 and the current collection plates shown in 18 and 19 are not required.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the chain conveyor is installed in front of the printed circuit board in the traveling direction and the chain conveyor starts to operate, the printed board is fixed by the push rod 4 fixed to the chain conveyor. Is pushed forward,
This device will also be pushed. Since the levers of the microswitches 16 and 17 attached to this device are adjusted so as to come into contact with the parts box and be slightly pushed, the lamp 8 or 9 is turned on when passing through the parts box. Therefore, if the installation positions of the parts box are shifted so that the microswitches 16 and 17 do not light up at the same time because the microswitches 16 and 17 operate at the same time, the parts to be inserted are lighted up and the instructions are given.

Of course. 1 in the embodiment of the device
Although a human operator inserts more than 100 kinds of parts by himself, it is possible to perform work with almost no insertion error, which is very effective in practical use. In the conventional method, the number of types of parts per person is around 10 types.
