Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、一般住宅のワンポイントレリーフ、ビルやオ
フィス等の天井や壁のパネルとして使用される不燃性装
飾板に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
上記したような不燃性装飾板としては、従来金属製パネ
ル又はタイル製、陶器製のパネルが広く使用されてい
る。
〔従来技術の問題点〕
かかる従来のパネルは、金属製のものは重くて取扱いが
困難であり、又表面の装飾加工が困難であり、従って高
価となる問題がある。一方タイル製、陶器製のパネルは
やはり重くて取扱いが困難であり、またそれらの施工が
困難であるという問題があった。
もっとも、上記問題を解消するため、例えばプラスチッ
ク成形体に金属光沢の塗装を行うことも考えられるが、
一般にプラスチック成形体は可燃性を有し、また強度も
弱いので外壁や、この表面のワンポイントレリーフ等と
して用いるには火災予防あるいは強度的な面から不適当
であるといった問題がある。
〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
本考案は上記に鑑み、従来のパネルよりも軽量であり、
しかも装飾加工や施工が容易である不燃装飾パネルを提
供することを目的としてなされたものである。
〔課題を解決するに至った技術〕 本考案は上記目的を達成するため、金属、タイル、陶器
の代わりに、より軽量で装飾加工が容易であるガラス繊
維強化フェノール樹脂発泡板をパネル基材として採用し
たものである。
即ち、本考案は、ガラス繊維強化フェノール樹脂発泡板
の表面を凹凸模様に加工し、この凹凸模様面に金属膜を
形成してなることを特徴とするものである。
〔実施例〕
本考案の実施例を示す図面に基づき説明する。
第１図及び第２図は共に本考案の一実施例を示す断面図
である。
ガラス繊維強化フェノール樹脂発泡板１として久保田鉄
工株式会社製モックビルトを使用し、このガラス繊維強
化フェノール樹脂発泡板１の表面を第１図に示すように
ルーター加工により、ゆるやかな、または第２図に示す
ようにサンドブラスト加工によりシャープな凹凸模様面
２に加工し、次いで、この凹凸模様面に溶解金属を溶射
して金属膜３を形成した。
なお、凹凸模様面の加工は、上記例示のルーター加工や
サンドブラスト加工だけでなく他の適宜な表面加工方法
を採用することが出来る。また金属溶射する金属として
は亜鉛、アルミニウム、ニッケル等の外、銅、ステンレ
ス等が用いられる。なお、金属膜形成方法は金属溶射法
が最も実用的であるが、その他の方法により金属膜を形
成することも可能である。
〔作用〕
パネルの基材はガラス繊維強化フェノール樹脂発泡板で
あるが、その表面に金属溶射を行なっているので、外観
的には金属製パネルと変わりのないパネルを製作するこ
とができる。
〔効果〕
基材がガラス繊維強化フェノール樹脂発泡板であるため
軽量であり取扱いが容易であると共に、外観は金属パネ
ルと同様な金属光沢を有し、しかも上記ガラス繊維強化
フェノール樹脂は基本的に難燃性を有するので火災に対
しても安全であり、さらにジョイントや切断等の加工が
簡単であって装飾加工も容易となり、低コストで製造で
きるなど種々の実用的効果を有する。

第１図及び第２図はそれぞれ本考案の一実施例を示す断
面図である。
