Also, if the flow of hot exhaust gas in the heat exchanger is not uniform and flows upward or downward due to the baffle plate (2), etc., the direction of connection with the exhaust pipe connected to the end is not specified. The temperature of the exhaust pipe may shift to the low temperature side or to the high temperature side in relation to the flow of air that comes into contact with the exhaust pipe, etc. There is a problem that connection of is troublesome and troublesome.

The formed heat exchanger members are opposed to each other so that the directions in which the two openings are lined up are sequentially different by 90 degrees, and the flanges are caulked to form a bowl-shaped member at the end of the heat exchanger body. This is a heat exchanger in which a ventilation pipe bent substantially at a right angle is connected and fixed, and a bowl-shaped member at the end thereof is provided with an indicator for indicating a relative fixing direction with the ventilation pipe.

An appropriate relative positional relationship with the member can be easily grasped, and the stability of the function can be easily obtained even if the heat exchanger member is increased or decreased.

Reference numeral (4) is a heat exchanger body, which has a flange portion (5) formed on the peripheral edge thereof, and has a tubular portion (6) and an opening portion (7) in the central portion.
Two heat exchanger members (9) formed at a predetermined interval and made to face each other with bowl-shaped members (8) made of an aluminized steel plate, and sequentially caulking the openings (7) by caulking. The plurality of flange portions (5) are opposed to each other and the openings (7) are caulked so that the arrangement of the openings (7) is sequentially different by 90 degrees to form a ventilation passage (10) inside, and the bowl-shaped member (8a) at the end portion is formed. ) Is provided with a concave indicator portion (11), and a heat exchanger is formed by caulking a ventilation pipe (12) bent at a substantially right angle. The indicating portion (11) displays the direction in which the openings (7) are arranged. If the ventilation pipe (12) is caulked using the indicating portion (11) as an index, the arrangement of the openings (7) is predetermined. The ventilation pipe (12) can be attached to the relative relationship of the above. That is, the bowl-shaped member (8a) at the end is formed when the even number of heat exchanger members (9) are connected and when the odd number of heat exchanger members are connected.
The arrangement of the openings (7) in will differ by 90 degrees,
The flow of exhaust gas to the ventilation pipe (12) becomes uneven, which causes inconvenience. In order to avoid this, the twist is made about the center line of the heat exchanger member (9), but the ventilation pipe (12) is L-shaped and its exhaust direction should be changed when assembled to a heater or the like. Since the ventilation pipe (12) and the bowl-shaped member (8a) at the end must be caulked with a relative displacement. An indicator (11) is a device that easily shows this relative deviation. (13) is a tube fixed to the bowl-shaped member (8) at the other end by caulking, (14) is a header fixed to this tube, and (15) is the heat exchanger (4) through this header. (16) is a combustor connected to the combustion cylinder, and (17) is an air supply pipe connected to the combustor.

Since they are provided differently, the combustion gas fluid collides with the bowl-shaped member (8) at each stage, the boundary layer is broken, and the heat of the combustion gas fluid is easily transferred to the bowl-shaped member (8). Improve exchange efficiency. In this way, the combustion gas fluid is exhausted from the ventilation pipe (12) through the ventilation passage (10) in the heat exchanger (4), and indoor air is blown to the outer periphery of the combustion cylinder (15) and the heat exchanger (4). , The heat is exchanged and the air is warmed to heat the room.

The ventilation pipe (12) is formed by sequentially forming the portions (7) different by 90 degrees.
However, since the bowl-shaped member (8) at the end to which the ventilation pipe (12) is fixed is provided with the pointing portion (11), the direction can be easily determined. The caulking of (12) and the flange (5) can be done easily.
