The present invention relates to a method for processing a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material. Specifically, it relates to a processing method in which stable photographic performance is always maintained even when rapid processing is performed. Further, the present invention relates to a rapid treatment method in which the treatment liquid has less oxidative decomposition and less tar is generated. In recent years, in the industry, a technique capable of rapid processing of silver halide color photographic light-sensitive materials, and having excellent processing stability and stable photographic characteristics is desired,
In particular, a method for developing a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material that can be processed rapidly is desired. In other words, silver halide color photographic light-sensitive materials are run by an automatic processor provided in each laboratory. Therefore, it is required to return to users, and recently it is even required to return within a few hours from the reception desk, and there is an urgent need for the development of technology capable of quick processing. Further, in recent years, it has been demanded that an automatic developing machine be installed at a store such as a photo shop or a supermarket, and that a user process the sensitized photosensitive material on the spot and returns it. Further, a copying machine for irradiating an original with light to make a copy on a photosensitive material has come into the market, and even in such an apparatus, it is required that the development time of the photosensitive material on which the original is copied is short. On the contrary, in such a copying apparatus, the user is currently demanding to obtain the copied photosensitive material immediately. For example, methods that enable rapid processing have been studied in the past, and in the color developing step, the temperature of the color developing solution is raised to a high temperature for processing, the method of increasing the pH of the color developing solution to a high pH, and the development acceleration. It is known to use a developing agent or to add a color developing agent to a silver halide color light-sensitive material. However, all of the above-mentioned methods have serious problems and are not yet in practical use. For example, when the color developing solution is processed at a high temperature, rapid processing can be performed to some extent, but the oxidative decomposition of the developing solution itself is significantly accelerated by increasing the temperature, and the composition of the developing solution is significantly changed or evaporation is Since it is violent, the concentration of the developer is remarkable, which causes a problem that the photographic performance becomes unstable. Although the above-described conventional apparatus that does not accelerate the oxidative decomposition of the developing solution itself or the evaporation of the developing solution is not completely absent,
It was occurring at a very low rate, with no significant loss of photographic performance. As a result of the high-temperature processing, these problems are extremely increased, and, for example, the gradation of the legs becomes hard and proper color reproduction cannot be performed, which causes important problems in photographic performance. Further, the method of increasing the pH of the color developing solution has the drawback that the photographic performance is likely to change and stain is likely to occur because there is no suitable buffering agent for maintaining the high pH. When the development accelerator is used, examples of the development accelerator include U.S. Patent Nos. 2,950,970, 2,515,147, and 2,496,903.

No. 51, No. 51-12422, No. 55-62453, No. 51-12422,
There are compounds described in No. 55-49728 and the like. Of these, benzyl alcohol, which exhibits an excellent effect of accelerating the reaction between the color developing agent and the image forming coupler, is most frequently used for so-called paper sensitive materials in silver halide color photographic light-sensitive materials. However, since the solubility of benzyl alcohol is poor, the amount of benzyl alcohol used is limited, and there is a problem that tar is easily generated when used for a long period of time. As another rapid technique, there is also known a method of increasing the activity by increasing the color developing agent in the color developing solution, but since the color developing agent is very expensive, it becomes an expensive processing solution and at the same time the main agent is water. Instability, which is difficult to dissolve and easily precipitate, is not practically applicable. On the other hand, there is known a method of incorporating the above-mentioned color developing agent into the light-sensitive material in advance in order to achieve speeding up of color development by improving the light-sensitive material. For example, a method of incorporating a color developing agent in the form of a metal salt is known (US Pat. No. 3,719,492). However, in this method, the raw storability of the light-sensitive material is poor, and fog occurs before use, and fog occurs during color development. It had the drawback of being easy. Furthermore, in order to inactivate the amine part of the color developing agent,
For example, a method of forming a Schiff salt and incorporating a color developing agent (US Pat. No. 3,342,559, Research Disclosure, 19
No. 15159 in 1976) is also known, but these methods have a drawback that color development cannot be started until the color developing agent is hydrolyzed with alkali, and the color development is rather delayed. Furthermore, when the color developing agent is directly incorporated, in addition to the drawback that the emulsion during storage is fogged because of the unstable color developing agent, the emulsion film quality becomes weak and various processing problems occur. there were. In this way, when trying to speed up by the above-mentioned method, although the developing speed can be increased to some extent,
The compositional change of the processing liquid and the deterioration of the processing liquid were remarkable, and as a result, the photographic performance was greatly adversely affected. Moreover, in the above-mentioned method, the color development speed cannot be increased so much. As a result of diligent studies, the inventors of the present invention have improved a light-sensitive material in order to enable a sufficiently rapid processing, and changed the silver halide emulsion contained in the light-sensitive material to a silver chlorobromide emulsion containing a large amount of silver chloride. Or, it was found that a silver chloride emulsion was used, and an attempt was made to speed it up actually. In this method, the treatment liquid does not change, so there is no significant compositional change and no significant oxidation or evaporation of the treatment liquid. In addition, it is possible to speed up without causing problems such as raw storability and deterioration of color developing efficiency as in the case where the main ingredient is incorporated in the light-sensitive material. However, in the course of research conducted by the present inventors, it was found that the high silver chloride content emulsion has good developability and is very suitable for rapid processing, but has the following problems. The first is that since the developing property is good, the leg sensitivity can be obtained, but the maximum color density is likely to change, and the density is greatly reduced. Further, the maximum color density is likely to change remarkably when continuously processed. is there. [Object of the Invention] Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a rapid processing method in which stable photographic performance can always be obtained even in the case of continuous processing. It is to provide a rapid processing method with almost no occurrence. [Construction of the Invention] The above object of the present invention is to subject a silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material having at least one silver halide layer on a support to imagewise exposure, and thereafter at least p-phenylenediamine type color development. In the method for forming a color photographic image by developing with a color developer containing a main agent, the silver halide grains contained in the silver halide emulsion layer are silver halide grains containing at least 70 mol% of silver chloride. The color developing solution contains a compound represented by the following general formula (I), and the color developing solution is 5 × 10 −4 mol or more and 2 × 10 −2 per 1 color developing solution.
It has been found that this can be achieved with a treatment solution containing sulfite in the range of not more than mol. General formula (I) (In the formula, R 1 and R 2 each represent an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, and R 1 and R 2 may be the same or different.) The above object of the present invention is further halogenated. At least 90 silver particles
More effectively achieved by being a silver halide grain containing mol% of silver chloride, and by containing substantially no hydroxylamine salt in the color developer,
Furthermore, by not containing benzyl alcohol substantially, the object of the present invention can be achieved more effectively. The present invention will be described in detail below. [Specific Structure of the Invention] In the color development processing in the case of using a light-sensitive material having a high silver chloride content emulsion as in the present invention, the color density is lowered, and the light-sensitive material is treated with the color developer. It was found that the gradation changes remarkably depending on the elapsed time and the processing amount in the case of continuous processing, but as a result of analysis by the present inventors, the hydroxylamine used without exception in the conventional color developing solution has been found. It was found that the presence of sulphate was the main cause. That is, it was found that the presence of the hydroxylamine sulfate in the color developing solution causes a greater degree of development inhibition as the proportion of silver chloride in the light-sensitive material increases. Further, it has been found that, in the continuous processing in which the processing solution is aged, physical development becomes easier and the photographic performance is changed due to ammonium ion generated by the decomposition of hydroxylamine, as the ratio of silver chloride becomes higher than before. Furthermore, it has been found that the sulphite ion concentration in the developer tends to change with time, but the photographic performance of the photographic material using the high silver chloride content emulsion is sensitively changed depending on the sulphite concentration. The present inventors have conducted extensive studies based on these analysis results, and as a result, have set the silver chloride in the silver halide grains contained in the light-sensitive material to a specific concentration or more, and process the light-sensitive material. By using a specific compound in place of conventional hydroxylamine in the color developing solution and further adjusting the sulfite ion concentration in the color developing solution to a specific concentration range, the above-mentioned drawbacks are completely solved, and It was discovered that high photographic density can always be obtained stably, and the storage stability of processing solutions is also improved.
The present invention has been accomplished. Explaining the present invention in more detail, the silver halide grains used in the present invention are silver halide grains containing at least 70 mol% of silver chloride, and specifically, silver chloride, silver chlorobromide, chloroiodide. For the present invention, silver halide is silver chloride or silver chlorobromide which is preferred for the present invention, and in the present invention silver chloride is at least 70 mol%, preferably 90 mol%, particularly preferably 93 mol%. % Or more. The crystals of the silver halide grains used in the present invention may be normal crystals, twin crystals or other crystals, and any ratio of [100] faces to [111] faces can be used. Further, the crystal structure of these silver halide grains may be uniform from the inside to the outside or may have a layered structure (core / shell type) in which the inside and the outside are different. Further, these silver halides may be of a type that forms a latent image mainly on the surface or may be of a type that is formed inside the grain. Further, tabular silver halide grains (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-113934, Japanese Patent Application No. 59-17).
No. 0070) can also be used. The silver halide grains used in the present invention may be those prepared by any of the acid method, the neutral method and the ammonia method. Further, for example, a method may be used in which seed particles are formed by an acidic method and further grown by an ammonia method having a high growth rate to grow to a predetermined size. When growing silver halide grains, the pH, pAg, etc. in the reaction vessel are controlled, and an amount of silver ions corresponding to the growth rate of silver halide grains as described in JP-A-54-48521, for example. It is preferable to simultaneously inject and mix halide ions with halide ions. In one embodiment, the grains consist of at least two regions of differing halide composition, such as one core and at least one shell, and at least one region B at least 10 mol% silver bromide, Preferably at least 25 mol% silver bromide,
However, it contains 50% or less of silver bromide. Region B can exist as a core or as a shell around the core. The particles preferably comprise a core surrounded by at least one region B. In that case, the region B can be present in the silver halide grain as a shell or on the surface of the crystal. In another embodiment, the grains have at least one zone ZBr having a high bromide content of at least 10 mol% and no bromide rich zone ZBr on the surface of the silver halide grains. The silver bromide rich zone ZBr in these grains can either be present as the core or as a layer in the silver halide grains. In the present invention, the compound represented by the general formula [I] is used in the color developer in place of the conventional hydroxylamine sulfate. Therefore, in the present invention, it is also important not to include hydroxylamine sulfate. Specific examples of the compound of the present invention include dimethylhydroxylamine, diethylhydroxylamine, dipropylhydroxylamine and methyl-ethylhydroxylamine. Particularly preferable compounds include dimethylhydroxylamine and diethylhydroxylamine, and among them, diethylhydroxylamine is particularly preferably used from the viewpoint of preservability. These compounds are used in the range of 0.2 g to 50 g per unit, and particularly preferably in the range of 1 g to 15 g. In particular, the compound of the present invention represented by the general formula [I] can maintain the stability of the solution with time sufficiently high even if the concentration of sulfite ion is lowered, and thus can reduce the change in color density of the light-sensitive material with time. It has been found that the photographic performance can be effectively remarkably stabilized. In the present invention, 5.0 parts by weight of sulfite per color developer.
It is contained in the range of × 10 -4 mol or more and 2.0 × 10 -2 mol or less. The sulfite is usually used as a preservative for a color developing agent, but if it is added in an excessively large amount in a color developing solution, it causes a marked decrease in the color density of the light-sensitive material as described above. If the sulfite can be contained in the range of 2.0 × 10 -2 mol or less per color developer, the above problem, that is, the color development of the light-sensitive material is not deteriorated.
However, the sulfite is contained as a preservative for the color developing agent, and it has been generally considered that the color developing agent cannot be preserved at such a low content. However, surprisingly, by using the dialkyl type hydroxylamine represented by the general formula [I] of the present invention, the storability of the liquid can be maintained even if the sulfite ion concentration is low to some extent, and particularly 2.0 × 10 −2 mol It was found that the photographic performance could be sufficiently maintained even under the following conditions. In the processing method of the present invention, sulfite is added to color developer 1
It is contained in the range of 5.0 × 10 −4 mol or more and 2.0 × 10 −2 mol or less per unit, but preferably 1.0 × 1 per 1 of the above color developing solution.
It is useful for containing the effect of the present invention to contain it in the range of 0 -3 mol or more and 1.5 × 10 -2 mol or less. The sulfite may be used in the form of alkali metal salt, alkali metal bisulfite salt, or ammonium salt thereof. Further, the sulfite has a compound capable of forming a stable sulfite ion adduct with sulfite ion, for example, a compound having an aldehyde group, a compound containing a cyclic hemiacetal, a compound having an α-dicarbonyl group, and a nitrile group. It may be added as a compound. The pH at which color development is carried out is generally 8 or higher, preferably 9.5 or higher. Color development is carried out in the presence of a pH buffer, a development inhibitor, an antifoggant, a complexing agent for hydrophilization, a preservative, a development accelerator, a competing coupler, a fogging agent, an auxiliary developer compound and a viscosity modifier. And 2 are given. Conventional developer materials can also be used in the present invention. A particularly useful primary aromatic amino color developing agent used in the color developing solution of the present invention is an N, N'-dialkyl-p-phenylenediamine type compound, and the alkyl group and the phenyl group are optional substituents. It may be substituted. Among them, particularly useful compounds are N, N'-diethyl-p-phenylenediamine hydrochloride, N-methyl-p-phenylenediamine hydrochloride, N, N-dimethyl-p-phenylenediamine hydrochloride, 2-amino- 5- (N-ethyl-N-dodecylamino) -toluene, N-ethyl-N-β-methanesulfonamidoethyl-3-methyl-4-aminoaniline sulfate, N-ethyl N-β-hydroxyethylaniline, 4-Amino-3-methyl-N, N'-diethylaniline, 4-amino-N- (2-methoxyethyl) -N-
Examples thereof include ethyl-3-methylaniline-p-toluenesulfonate. Other suitable color developers are, for example, the Journal of American Chemical Society (J. Amer. Chen.
Soc.) 73, 3100 (1951). White / black developer material can also be used in addition. According to one particularly preferred embodiment, the developing bath contains a developer substance A of the formula: In the present invention, the replenishing amount of the color developing solution is in the range of 300 to 10 m per 1 m 2 of the photographic material. In order to maximize the effect of the present invention, the treatment is performed within the range of 150 m to 30 m. Most preferably 100m to 80m
It is processed in the range of. That is, in the present invention, among the halides that are the inhibitory components, the elution of bromide, which has a large inhibitory effect, is extremely small, while the elution of chloride is extremely large. However, this chloride has a large development promoting action in a photographic material using a silver chlorobromide emulsion having a high ratio of silver bromide as compared with the conventional one, but in the silver halide photographic material of the present invention having a high silver chloride ratio as compared with Chloride has an extremely weak inhibitory effect, so if you add chloride above a certain concentration to the developer in advance, the development effect will be masked, and even if the replenishment amount is large or small, the finished photographic density The change in can be extremely small. In the present invention, after color development processing, processing is carried out with a processing solution having fixing ability. When the processing solution having fixing ability is a fixing solution, bleaching processing is carried out before that. As the bleaching agent used in the bleaching solution or the bleach-fixing solution used in the bleaching step, a metal complex salt of an organic acid is used, and the metal complex salt oxidizes the metal silver produced by development to convert it into silver halide. It has a function of coloring the uncolored portion of the color-developing agent, and has a structure in which a metal ion such as iron, cobalt or copper is coordinated with an organic acid such as aminopolycarboxylic acid or sulfuric acid or citric acid. The most preferable organic acid used for forming such a metal complex salt of an organic acid includes a polycarboxylic acid or an aminopolycarboxylic acid. These polycarboxylic acids or aminopolycarboxylic acids may be alkali metal salts, ammonium salts or water-soluble amine salts. The following can be mentioned as specific representative examples of these. [1] Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid [2] Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid [3] Ethylenediamine-N- (β-oxyethyl)-

desirable. As is clear from Table-2, there is little silver chloride
In some cases, changes in gamma value due to differences in preservatives are not seen
However, if the emulsion contains more than 70% silver chloride, it can be used as a preservative.
The use of DEHA, DMHA and DPHA as a color developer
It is very preferable that the gamma value does not change even when saved.

It is preferable because it does not reduce the color density of the material, but
Homeostasis falls. A combination of the above preservatives and the sulfite
When used, the color developing agent can be preserved
However, there is a problem in the color density as described above. As is clear from Table 3, hydroxylamine (HA in the table
S) is significantly more prominent than DEHA in silver halide composition and sulfite concentration.
The silver halide of the present invention, which has a high degree of influence on the temperature and contains a large amount of silver chloride.
If a light-sensitive material containing particles is processed,
The maximum density of the raw dye has dropped to an extreme level
I can't get the finish. I used DEHA for this
In this case, there is almost no effect of the silver halide composition, and
The change with the concentration of the acid salt is not often seen. However,
3.0 x 10 sulphite outside-2Bright if moles are also added
The concentration is decreasing.Example-4 The color developing solution used in Example-3 was stored at 50 ° C for 1 week to prepare a solution.
Was observed. However, the appearance of the liquid was divided into the following four stages. Generation of a large amount of tar Blackening + browning (very discolored) -Almost no discoloration Example-5 The color developer of the present invention has a problem of further generation of tar.
In order to solve the problem, poorly soluble solvents, especially benzyl alcohol
It is preferably free of call. Specifically benzyl
With or without alcohol in the color developer
The comparison with the case was performed as follows. Preparation of emulsion G 0.3N NaCl and 0.3NAgNO in 2.6% gelatin solution3PAg the solution

And then this overflow liquid again before that.
A multi-tank countercurrent system was used in which the water was flowed into the tanks of the stages. After the developer is adjusted, the stepwise exposed (wedge exposed) sample is passed through.
In addition, the above silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material
2000m over the day2Processed. After that, after the development adjustment
The same sensitive material as the illuminated sample was processed. As a result,
When processed with a bright developer, the photographic dye density is the same as immediately after adjustment.
There is almost no change after the subsequent processing, and as a matter of course,
It does not contain tar alcohol in the developing tank because it contains no alcohol.
No formation was observed. On the other hand, in the case of processing with the comparative developing solution, it is remarkable immediately after the adjustment.
A decrease in concentration was observed, and in subsequent continuous processing
However, the change in photographic dye density is remarkable. Furthermore
In the color development tank, especially on the squeeze part and the tank liquid interface,
I found some tar. Therefore, when the light-sensitive material of the present invention is processed with a color developing solution,
Color development that does not contain benzyl alcohol
It is preferable to use a liquid.
