Abstract
Description
Claims (5)
- 1.高周波の直接誘導により、極めて短い精製時間と低電力消費で、酸化混合物 を連続溶融する炉であって、取入れ口(14)と、 高周波コイル(5)により加熱される冷却壁を有する金属るっぼ(3)へ酸化物 を連続的に流し込む排出ノズル(15)とを有し、 酸化物の溶融液の高さが、2cm以上で金属るっぼの直径の20%以下であり、 炉床(4)が、誘導磁界に対して透過性を有すると共に、るつぼの底部に固い保 護膜を形成して維持できるように冷却されることを特徴とする溶融炉。
- 2.前記炉床(4)が、耐熱性物質(20)に嵌合されて独立した複数の金属イ ンサート(22)より成り、前記金属インサートのそれぞれが、冷却液を流動さ せる入口と出口(24)とを有する管状部分により構成されることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項記載の溶融炉。
- 3.前記炉床(4)は、金属インサートが一連の同心環に沿って配設されて各同 心環が耐熱性部材により互いに離隔された数個の湾曲インサートより成る、円板 状に形成されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項記載の溶融炉。
- 4.前記るつぼ炉床(4)に、迅速且つ完全に排出し得るノズル(15)を設け たことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項のいずれか1項に記載の溶融炉 。
- 5.前記炉の上方の大気を、浄化気流を調節できる囲い(16)内に閉じ込める ようにしたことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第4項のいずれか1項に記載 の溶融炉。
