Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 1.水素化処理済ナフサを処理するための方法にして、a)塊状ニッケル触媒上 で上記ナフサを処理する工程、次いで、 b)ナフサから不純物を除去して精製ナフサを得るのに有効な条件下で、金属酸 化物上でナフサを処理する工程 を含んでなる方法。
- 2.請求項1記載の方法において、前記金属酸化物が、硫化白金の生成自由エネ ルギーよりも高い硫化物生成自由エネルギーを有する金属酸化物の群から選択さ れることを特徴とする方法。
- 3.請求項2記載の方法において、前記金属酸化物が酸化マンガンであることを 特徴とする方法。
- 4.請求項3記載の方法において、前記酸化マンガン上での処理工程b)を、前 記ナフサを酸化マンガン上に水素存在下に気相で流通することによって行うこと を特徴とする方法。
- 5.請求項4記載の方法において、前記酸化マンガン上でナフサを処理する条件 が、約800〜1100°Fの範囲の濃度、約1:1〜6:1の水素/油モル比 、約2〜8のWHSV、及び約50〜300psigの圧力からなることを特徴 とする方法。
- 6.請求項1記載の方法において、前記塊状ニッケル上での処理工程a)が、ナ フサを約300〜350°Fの温度及び約5未満のWHSVで塊状ニッケル上に 液相で流通することからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 7.請求項1記載の方法において、当該方法が、さらに、実質的に精製されたナ フサを、大孔径ゼオライト及び少なくとも1種類の第VIII族金属を含んでな る改質触媒上に送入する工程をも含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 8.請求項7記載の方法において、前記改質触媒が−元機能性で非酸性であるこ とを特徴とする方法。
- 9.請求項7記載の方法において、前記大孔径ゼオライトがゼオライトしである ことを特徴とする方法。
- 10.請求項7記載の方法において、前記第VIII族金属が白金であることを 特徴とする方法。
- 11.請求項7記載の方法において、前記改質触媒が凝集体の形をしていること を特徴とする方法。
- 12.請求項11記載の方法において、前記凝集体が不活性金属酸化物結合剤を 含んでいることを特徴とする方法。
- 13.請求項1記載の方法において、当該方法が、さらに、前記ナフサをNa− Yモレキュラーシーブ上で処理する工程をも含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 14.請求項12記載の方法において、前記Na−Yモレキュラーシーブ上での ナフサの処理が、前記塊状ニッケル及び酸化マンガン上での処理の前に、ナフサ を室温及び2〜10のWHSVでNa−Yモレキュラーシーブ上に液相で流通す ることからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 15.請求項1記載の方法において、当該方法が、さらに、前記ナフサを活性ア ルミナ上で処理する工程をも含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 16.請求項11記載の方法において、前記アルミナ上でのナフサの処理が、前 記塊状ニッケル上での処理の後、前記酸化マンガン上での処理の前に、ナフサを 300〜350°Fの温度及び2〜10のWHSVで前記アルミナ上に液相で流 通することからなることを特徴とする方法。
- 17.請求項1記載の方法において、当該方法が、さらに、前記ナフサをモレキ ュラーシーブ捕水トラップ上で処理する工程をも含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 18.請求項17記載の方法において、前記モレキュラーシーブ捕水トラップ上 でのナフサの処理を、前記塊状ニッケル及び酸化マンガン上での処理の前に、室 温及び2〜10のWHSVで液相で行うことを特徴とする方法。
- 19.請求項17記載の方法において、前記モレキュラーシーブ捕水トラップが 4A型モレキュラーシーブであることを特徴とする方法。
- 20.請求項17記載の方法において、前記モレキュラーシーブ捕水トラップ上 でのナフサの処理が当該精製方法の最初の工程であることを特徴とする方法。
- 21.水素化処理済ナフサ原料を処理するための方法にして、次の順序の各工程 : a)捕水トラップ上でナフサを処理する工程、b)Na−Yモレキュラーシーブ 上でナフサを処理する工程、 c)塊状ニッケル上でナフサを処理する工程、d)アルミナ上でナフサを処理す る工程、及びe)水素存在下に金属酸化物上でナフサを処理して精製ナフサ流を 得る工程 を含んでなる方法。
- 22.請求項21記載の方法において、前記金属酸化物が酸化マンガンであるこ とを特徴とする方法。
- 23.請求項22記載の方法において、当該方法が、さらに、実質的に精製され たナフサ流を、大孔径非酸性ゼオライト及び少なくとも1種類の第VIII族金 属を含んでなる改質触媒上に改質条件下で流通する工程をも含むことを特徴とす る方法。
- 24.請求項23記載の方法において、前記大孔径ゼオライトがゼオライトしで あり、かつ少なくとも1種類の第VIII族金属が白金であることを特徴とする 方法。
- 25.請求項24記載の方法において、前記処理済ナフサを改質条件下4〜8の WHSVで前記改質触媒に流通したときに、先頭の反応器内の改質触媒が100 00時間につき第1段反応器中の白金10モル当り硫黄を約1モル未満しか吸着 しないことを特徴とする方法。
