Description
Claims (42)
- 1.キュリー温度を有するフェライト性物体を備える自己制御可能加熱装置であ って、 高周波交流電流を搬送すると共に、その外部に磁界を生成する中心導電体手段と 、 前記フェライト性物体を内部損失によってキュリー温度まで加熱するのに十分な 高周波交流電流を前記導電体手段に供給するため前記中心導電体手段へ接続され た電源と、 キュリー温度Tcを有し、前記中心導電体手段の磁界内に配置され、前記磁界内 の内部損失によって十分な熱を生成可能となるように十分に高損失性であり、こ れによって前記フェライト性物体の温度をTcにまで上昇させるフェライト性物 体と、から成り、もって、前記加熱装置は、前記電源によって前記フェライト性 物体が内部損失によってTcにまで加熱するに十分な高周波で駆動された時にT cに自己制御することを特徴とする自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 2.前記フェライト性物体は、渦電流皮層効果損失を含む内部損失によって加熱 する強磁性体物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己制御可能加熱装 置。
- 3.前記フェライト性物体は、ヒステリシス損失を含む内部損失によって加熱す る強磁性体物質を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置 。
- 4.前記装置は、前記フェライト性物体から前記装置によって加熱される対象物 または物質へ、前記フェライト性物体によって生成された熱を伝導するため、及 び、前記フェライト性物体との熱接触のために設けられた熱導電性面手段を更に 含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 5.前記面手段は、導電性であり、かつ、前記中心導電体手段へ接続され、これ によって電源に接続された回路の一部を含むことを特徴とする自己制御可能加熱 装置。
- 6.前記中心導電体手段は、前記フェライト性物体の内部を介して配置された単 一金属導電体からなることを特徴とする自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 7.前記中心導電体手段は、前記フェライト性物体の内部を2度通過することを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 8.前記中心導電体手段は、前記フェライト性物体の内部を3度通過することを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 9.前記中心導電体手段は、前記フェライト性物体の内部を4度通過することを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の加熱装置。
- 10.前記電源周波数は、少なくとも約10MHzであることを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 11.前記電源は、前記中心導電体手段へ定電流を供給するために設けられてい ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 12.前記フェライト性物体は、フェライトビーズを含むことを特徴とする請求 項1に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 13.前記フェライト性物体は、フェライト粒子を含むことを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 14.前記フェライト粒子は、更に、熱伝導向上物質、バインダまたはフィルタ を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 15.前記粒子は、高損失性フェライト粒子及び非損失性フェライト粒子の組み 合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 16.前記粒子は、高損失性フェライト粒子及び非損失性フェライト粒子の組み 合わせを含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 17.前記フェライト性物体は、前記中心導電体手段の周囲に配置されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自己制御可能加熱装置。
- 18.前記フェライト性物体は、複数のフェライトディスク及び該各フェライト ディスク間に補間された複数の熱伝導性デイスクを含み、これによって前記フェ ライトデイスク内で生成された熱の装置により加熱される基板または物質への伝 導は熱伝導性デイスクによって向上されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自 己制御可能加熱装置。
- 19.自己制御可能ヒータ装置であって、高周波交流電流を搬送すると共に、そ の外部に磁界を生成する中心導電体手段と、 キュリー温度Tcを有し、前記中心導電体手段の磁界内に配置され、その温度を Tcへ上昇させるために前記磁界内の内部損失によって十分な熱を生成可能なよ うに十分に損失性の高いフェライト性物体と、内部損失によってフェライト性物 体を加熱させることの可能な高周波交流電流電源に前記中心導電体手段を電気接 続するために配設された接続手段とから成り、以て、前記ヒータ装置は、前記フ ェライト性物体を内部損失によってTcに加熱するのに十分な高周波数及び電力 の供給を前記電源より受けた際にTcに加熱し、Tcで自己制御することを特徴 とする自己制御可能ヒータ装置。
- 20.前記装置は、更に、前記フェライト性物体と熱接触すると共に、前記フェ ライト性物体によって生成された熱を前記フェライト性物体から前記装置によっ て加熱される対象物または物質へ伝導するための熱伝導面手段を含むことを特徴 とする請求項19に記載の自己制御可能ヒータ装置。
- 21.基板または物質に対する自己制御加熱方法であって、 キュリー温度Tcを有し、交流磁界内の内部損失によって熱を生成可能であり、 これによってフェライト性物体の温度をTcへ上昇させる前記フェライト性物体 内に配設された中心導電手段を有するフェライト性物体を含むヒータ装置を、前 記基板または物質に対して熱的に近接して前記ヒータ装置を位置決めするステッ プと、前記中心導電体手段の周囲に交流磁界を生成するために前記中心導電体手 段へ高周波交流電流を供給するステップにおいて、周波数および電力が、前記フ ェライト性物体が前記中心導電体手段の磁界内においてTcにまで加熱するのに 十分に高くなされているステップと、を含むことを特徴とする基板または物質の 自己制御加熱方法。
- 22.少なくとも約10MHzの周波数で電流を低電流電力として供給するステ ップを含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の自己制御加熱方法。
- 23.半田溶融用半田ごてチップであって、内部損失によって物体の加熱を生じ させるに十分な電力および高周波の磁界にさらされた際に十分な損失性を示し、 半田の溶融点より高い所定のキュリー温度をもつフェライト性物体から形成され た少なくとも一の加熱部材と、 前記フェライト性物体内に配置された中心導電体手段であって、該中心導電体手 段を介して前記高周波電流を供給するため電源に接続され、前記中心導電体周囲 に前記磁界を生成するとともに前記フェライト性物体をそのキュリー温度にまで 加熱する中心導電体手段と、を含むことを特徴とする半田溶融用半田ごてチップ 。
- 24.前記フェライト性物体の外面に半田と接触するための金属部材を含み、前 記中心導電体が金属部材に接続され、また前記中心導電体と金属部材に接続され 高周波電源へ接続されるコネクタ手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載 の半田ごてチップ。
- 25.前記金属部材は金属コーティングであることを特徴とする請求項24に記 載の半田ごてチップ。
- 26.前記中心導電体手段はU字状であり、前記フェライト性物体を2度通過す ることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の半田ごてチップ。
- 27.チップは集積回路チップキャリア上に配置するための工具と、チップ工具 の周囲で半田を溶融するための工具の周囲を加熱するために前記工具の周囲に配 置された前記フェライト性物体と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の 半田ごてチップ。
- 28.前記工具の外周は、溶融半田を収容するための半田ウィック手段を含むこ とを特徴とする請求項27に記載の半田ごてチップ。
- 29.前記中心導電体手段は、溶融半田を除去するための中空管を含むことを特 徴とする請求項23に記載の半田ごてチップ。
- 30.前記フェライト性物体は、複数のフェライトディスクと、該各フェライト ディスク間に挿入配置された熱伝導性ディスクを含み、これによって前記フェラ イトディスク内で生成された熱の装置によって溶融されるべき半田への伝導は、 熱伝導性ディスクによって向上されることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の半田 ごてチップ。
- 31.細長自己制御可能ヒータ装置であって、細長自己制御可能ヒータ装置の長 さに沿って伸長し、高周波交流電流を搬送するとともにその外部に磁界を生成す る細長中心導電体手段と、 キュリー温度Tcをもち、前記中心導電体手段の磁界内に配置され、フェライト 性物体の温度をTcにまで上昇させるに十分な熱を前記磁界内における内部損失 によって生成可能となるように十分に高損失性であるフェライト性物体と、 前記フェライト性物体の外側に配置され、熱をそこから加熱されるべき物質また は基板へ伝導するための細長面手段と、 前記中心導電体手段を、内部損失によってTcにまで前記フェライト性物体を加 熱可能な高周波交流電源へ電気接続するための導電体手段と、を含み、前記ヒー タ装置は、前記フェライト性物体を内部損失によってTcにまで加熱するに十分 な高周波および電力で前記電源によって電力供給された際にTcにまで加熱し、 且つ、Tcに自己制御することを特徴とする細長自己制御可能ヒータ装置。
- 32.前記細長中心導電体手段はU字状であり、前記フェライト性物体を2度通 過することを特徴とする請求項31に記載の細長自己制御可能ヒータ装置。
- 33.前記細長面手段は、金属ブレードを含むことを特徴とする請求項31に記 載の細長自己制御可能ヒータ。
- 34.前記細長面手段は、金属管を含むことを特徴とする請求項31に記載の細 長自己制御可能ヒータ。
- 35.前記細長面手段は導電性であり、細長中心導電体手段は、その先端が前記 細長面手段に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の細長自己制御 可能ヒータ。
- 36.前記フェライト性物体は前記細長中心導電体手段の周囲に配置されたフェ ライト物質を含有した細長ポリマー管を含み、該ポリマー管の表面が前記細長面 手段を形成することを特徴とする請求項31に記載の細長自己制御可能ヒータ。
- 37.前記細長中心導電体手段は、中空管を含むことを特徴とする請求項31に 記載の細長自己制御可能ヒータ。
- 38.前記フェライト性物体の少なくとも一部に対してDC電流バイアス磁界を 印加し、フェライト性物体の該部分における加熱を低減または排除することを特 徴とする請求項31に記載の細長自己制御可能ヒータ。
- 39.前記フェライト性物質で充填された空気誘電性空間の少なくとも一部を有 する空気誘電性同軸ケーブルの形態であることを特徴とする請求項31に記載の 細長自己制御可能ヒータ。
- 40.自己制御可能ヒータ装置であって、高周波交流電流を搬送すると共に、そ の外部に磁界を生成する中心導電体手段と、 キュリー温度Tcを有し、前記中心導電体手段の周囲の磁界内に配置され、フェ ライト性物体の温度をTcにまで上昇させるに十分な熱を前記磁界内の内部損失 によって生成可能なように十分高損失性であるフェライト性物体と、 前記中心導電体手段を、内部損失によって前記フェライト性物体をTcにまで加 熱可能な高周波交流電源に電気接続するためのコネクタ手段と、を含み、前記ヒ ータ装置は、内部損失によって前記フェライト性物体をTcにまで加熱するのに 十分な高周波および電力で前記電源により電力供給された際にTcにまで加熱す ると共にTcに自己制御し、 前記中心導電体手段は、加熱されるべき物質を受け入れるための中空管を含むこ とを特徴とする自己制御可能ヒータ装置。
- 41.前記フェライト性物体の少なくとも一部に対してDC電流バイアス磁界を 印加し、フェライト性物体の該部分における加熱を低減または排除するための手 段を含むことを特徴とする請求項23に記載の半田ごてチップ。
- 42.半田づけされた部品を有する電気装置上に前記ヒータ装置を配置するステ ップと、前記半田付けされた部品をそこから半田除去するために加熱するステッ プと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の方法。
