Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 1.ラクチドとε−カブロラクトンとを精製し、前記精製されたラクチドとε− カブロラクトンとを容器中に導入し、 前記精製されたラクチドとε−カブロラクトンとを約80℃〜160℃の温度で 共重合体を形成するために塊状合成によって反応させ、物品の中で共重合体を形 成する工程からなるラクチドとε−カブロラクトンとの共重合体から医療に応用 できる物品を製造する方法。
- 2.前記合成が80℃〜110℃で行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方 法。
- 3.前記合成がラクチドの融点以下で行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の 方法。
- 4.前記ラクチドとε−カブロラクトンとの単量体を10:90〜99.9:0 .1の比で反応させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 5.前記ラクチドとε−カプロラクトンとの単量体を45:55〜55:45の 比で反応させることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 6.前記精製物が1ppm以下の水酸基を含むものであることを特徴とする請求 項1記載の方法。
- 7.前記合成が、スズオクトエイト、三フッ化アンチモン、亜鉛粉末、酸化ジブ チルスズ、シユウ酸スズ、ビス−(2,2,−ジメチル−3,5−ヘプタンジオ ネイト−O,O′)−亜鉛およびビス−(2,2−ペンタジオネイト−O,O′ )−スズ(II)からなる群から選ばれた触媒の存在下で行われることを特徴と する請求項1記載の方法。
- 8.前記触媒が単量体の10モルに対し7〜3モルの範囲内で存在することを特 徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 9.前記合成が、反応混合物中に残る残留単量体の重量を0.1%以下になるま で続けることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 10.前記共重合体が繊維で補強されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記 載の方法。
