Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 1.逆反射物品であって、 少くとも一対の適合されたキューブコーナー逆反射要素を具備し、該逆反射要素 は、頂点において合する三つの互いにほぼ垂直をなす側面を有し、各要素の該互 いに垂直をなす側面はそれらの底部において、共通の底面内に位置する直線状の 縁にようて画定され、該要素の隣接する対は互いに関して180度回転されてお り、各逆反射要素は、底面に垂直をなす線に沿って底面から要素の頂点まで測ら れた高さ(h)を有し、hが約150μm以下であり、対をなす各要素の光軸が 、該共通の底面に垂直をなす線からその要素の一つの縁に向けて角度(α)で傾 けられており、αが約2°から7°である、 逆反射物品。
- 2.高さ(h)が約25μmから100μmである、請求項1に記載の逆反射物 品。
- 3.高さ(h)が約50μmから100μmである、請求項2に記載の逆反射物 品。
- 4.角度(α)が約2°から5°である、請求項3に記載の逆反射物品。
- 5.該要素の少くとも一つが、全体に亘ってランダムパターンで分布せしめられ た約20分またはそれ以下の半溝角誤差を有する、請求項1に記載の逆反射物品 。
- 6.該要素の少くとも一つが約5分またはそれ以下の誤差を有する、請求項5に 記載の逆反射物品。
- 7.上記対をなす要素が、行と列からなる配列状に配置される、請求項1に記載 の逆反射物品。
- 8.更に、裏材層を具備する、請求項1に記載の逆反射物品。
- 9.上記要素は約1.5の屈折率を有する高分子材料からなり、角度(α)が約 2°から5°であり、高さ(h)が約25μmから100μmである、請求項1 に記載の逆反射物品。
- 10.隣接する対におけるキューブコーナー逆反射要素の光軸が同一平面上にあ る、請求項1に記載の逆反射物品。
