Claims (7)
- 1.中心の電機および同心的なノズル端部を備えるアーク伝播用プラズマ生成器 であって、環状通路からプラズマガスを供給することが可能な環状間隙を電極と ノズル端部との間に備え、外壁、中央壁、内壁を備えた同心的なプラズマ生成器 外被を有し、ノズル端部とプラズマ生成器外被との間の端面側に環状通路を備え 、その内壁が、部分的に2つの部分を電気的に絶縁する管状絶縁装置を形成して いるアーク伝播用プラズマ生成器において、 プラズマガス用の環状通路(17)と端面側の環状通路(33)との間に、周囲 にわたって均等に分散した通路(43,44)があることを特徴とするアーク伝 播用プラズマ生成器。
- 2.通路(43,44)が、管状の絶縁装置(22,24)を通して端面側の通 路(33)に通じることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載のアーク伝播用 プラズマ生成器。
- 3.環状の絶縁装置(22,24)が、冷却回路によって囲まれ圧力密の絶縁材 料からなるリング(24)と、端面側の環状通路(33)の壁の一部を形成し高 い耐熱性の材料からなるリング(22)とからなり、通路(43,44)が高い 耐熱性のリング(22)を通して端面側通路(33)に通じることを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第2項に記載のアーク伝播用プラズマ生成器。
- 4.端面側の環状通路(33)の壁の一部を形成し高い耐熱性る材料からなるリ ング(22)が、軸方向および半径方向に遊び間隙をおいて支えられることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲第3項に記載のアーク伝播用プラズマ生成器。
- 5.端面側の環状通路(21)が、プラズマ生成器軸線(20)の方へ収斂可能 な開口部を有し、端面側における端面側通路(33)を形成するノズル外部(2 6,28,34)の内径が、管状絶縁装置(22,24)の外径より小さいこと を特徴とする、請求の範囲第2項ないし第4項のいずれかに記載のアーク伝播用 プラズマ生成器。
- 6.端面側の環状通路(33)を形成するノズル外部(26)の内壁(28)が 、ノズル内部(12,25)に滑りばめされたフランジ(29)を有することを 特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれかに記載のアーク伝播用プ ラズマ生成器。
- 7.端面側の環状通路(33)の内面および/または外面が、絶縁材料からなる か、または絶縁材料からなる被覆層を有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1 項ないし第6項のいずれかに記載のアーク伝播用プラズマ生成器。
