Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 缶カートン 技術分野 この発明は、複数の一次包装体を−まとめに包装する二次包装体１こ関し、特（ こ個々の一次包装体に施された価格表示を隠す機能を持つう１ツイータイブのカ ートノに関する。この発明によれば、カートノの表面に施された価格表示ζこよ り、カートノ内の一次包装体全体の価格が正確に表示される。
背景技術 １９８５年１０月８日に発行され、本願発明の譲受人によって所有される米国特 許第４，５４５，４７６号は、本願発明が解決しようとする問題と同じ問題を取 り扱っている。この米国特許第４，５４５，４７６号にお（１ては、各−次色装 体の上に表示された価格表示が露出していることに起因する問題、すなわち１個 の一次包装体の価格が二次包装体の中の全ての一次包装体の価格とみなわれると いう問題が取り扱われており、この問題を一次包装体を回転させる劃１こよって 解決している。
１９９０年５月２９日に出願され、この発明の譲受人によって所有されて０る米 国特許出１１＊５３０．１．６３号は、特別の形状の一次包装体の包装置こ便宜 な特殊形状のカートンを開示している。この特許出願のカートンの構造的特徴ｉ ！、本発明ｆこよって形成されたカートンのそれに類似して（Ａる。
発明の概要 この発明の１つの態様によれば、カートノは、複数の缶を包装するための迩−の ブランクから形成される。このカートノは、天板と、上縁を天板の両側縁（こそ れぞれ折曲げ可能に連結された一対の側壁と、上記側壁の下縁にそれぞれ折曲げ 可能に連結され、かつ重なり合うような関係で互いに連結されてカートンの底板 を形成する一対の底部パネルと、各側壁の各端部に折曲げ可能に連結され、隣接 する側壁の内面に面接触するように折り曲げられたアンカリング、ｆネルと、各 底部パネルの各端部に折曲げ可能に連結された遮蔽パネルと、一端部を各アンカ リングパネルの端部に折曲げ可能に連結され、かつ他端部を隣接する遮蔽パネル の端部に折曲げ可能に連結されたウェブ構造体とを有する。カートンの各端に配 された二枚の遮蔽パネルはそれらの内端部が互いに重なり合うように配置される 。
図面の簡単な説明 図１は、この発明の１つの態様に基づいて形成されたブランクの平面図である。
図２は、図１のブラックから形成されるカートンの組み立ての途中の状態を示す 斜視図であり、包装されるべき缶は簡明化のために省かれている。

図６は、図３と同様の図面で、図４のブランクから形成したカートンの一端部の 斜視図を示し、包装されるべき缶は簡明化のために省かれている。
発明を実施するための最良の態様 主として図１を＃照すると、符号１はカートンの天板を示す。天板ｌには、一対 の公知の指受は用の開口部２及び３が形成され、これらは、それぞれ折曲げ線６ ．７に沿って天Ｉｆ１に折曲げ可能に連結されたタブ４，５によって通常閉じら れている。
ａ壁８．９は、それぞれ非連続的な折曲げ１１１０．１１に沿って天板１に折曲 げ可能に連結されている。傾斜パネル１２は、側ｇ！８の頂部を形成し、＋ＩＮ ！８にこの発明の特徴に従って遮蔽パネル４０を起立状態に保持するために、ア ンカ次包装体の価格に相当する正しい価格表示は、例えば、底部パネル２２又は ２８ウ工ブ構造体！１３は、遮蔽パネル１０５に対して折曲げ線＋１４に沿って 折して作用する適当な機械要素によって締め付けられ、固定用タブ８９〜９２が 、保持用タブ９３〜９６によってそれぞれ形成される穴に押込まれる。このよう にしてカートンの底板が形成されると、遮蔽パネル１０７，１１１がウェブ１１ ３ａ、Ｊ］６ａの作用によって図６に示すような位置をとり、かつ遮蔽パネルの 内端が、図６１こ示すように互いに重なり合う。このようにして、遮蔽パネルが 、各市の外表面ｌこ施こされているような価格表示を覆い隠すので、例えば底部 パネル７９及び８１のようなカートン壁面に一施された正しい価格表示が使用さ れるようになる。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １．複数の缶を包装するための単一のブランクから形成されたカートンであって 、 天板と、 上縁をそれぞれ上記天板の両側縁に折曲げ可能に連結された一対の側壁と、上記 側壁の下縁にそれぞれ折曲げ可能に連結され、かつ、重なり合うような関係で互 いに連結されてカートンの底板を形成する一対の底部パネルと、各側壁の各端部 に折曲げ可能に連結され、かつ、隣接する側壁の内面に対して両接触するように 折り曲げられたアンカリングパネルと、上記各底部パネルの各端部に折曲げ可能 に連結された遮蔽パネルと、一端部が、各アンカリングパネルの端部に折曲げ可 能に連結され、かつ、他端部が、これと隣接する遮蔽パネルの端部に折曲げ可能 に連結されたウエブ構造体とを有し、 カートンの各端に配された二枚の遮蔽パネルは、それらの内端部が互いに重なり 合うように配置されているカートン。
  2. ２．上記ウエブ構造体は、これと隣接するアンカリングパネルに面接触するよう に配置されたほぼ三角形のパネルである請求の範囲第１項に記載のカートン。
  3. ３．ほぼ矩形のパネルを有し、この矩形のパネルの一端が、これと隣接する三角 パネルの端部に折曲げ可能に取付けられ、かつ、上記矩形のパネルの他端が、こ れと隣接する遮蔽パネルの端部に折曲げ可能に取付けられている請求の範囲第２ 項に記載のカートン。
  4. ４．上記三角形パネルが、それと隣接するアンカサングパネルの端部及びそれと 隣接する遮蔽パネルの端部に折曲げ可能に取付けられている請求の範囲第２項に 記載のカートン。
  5. ５．上記矩形のパネルが、カートンの近接する角部に跨がって配置され、近接す る缶の側壁と係合している請求の範囲第３項に記載のカートン。
  6. ６．上記矩形のパネルに隣接する底部パネルの角部が、上記矩形のパネルの下縁 に沿って斜に切り落とされている請求の範囲第５項に記載のカートン。
  7. ７．上記アンカリングパネルの下縁が、それと隣接する側壁の下縁とほぼ平行で ある請求の範囲第１項に記載のカートン。
