Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1、側壁及び底部を持つ容器内に配置するための組織又は細胞の成長装置におい て、 少なくとも一部が容器内に容器の側壁又は底部と接触しないように配置されるよ うに構成されたハンガーと、 側壁及び成長表面を有する保持要素とを有し、該保持要素はハンガーに取り外し 自在に固定されている、組織又は細胞の成長装置。 2.前記ハンガーはほぼ中空の円筒形部分及び周囲フランジを有し、該フランジ は、円筒形部分が容器内に容器の側壁又は底部と接触しないように位置決めされ るように、容器の周面と係合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の組織 又は細胞の成長装置。 3.前記ハンガーは、容器の周面と係合するように構成された周囲フランジを有 し、更に、フランジに取り付けられ且つフランジから延びる中空のほぼ円筒形の 側壁を有する、請求項1に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 4.前記ハンガーは、容器の周面と係合するように構成されたフランジを有し、 更に、フランジに取り付けられ且つフランジから延びる直径の減少する円錐形側 壁を有する、請求項1に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 5.前記ハンガーはほぼ漏斗形状である、請求項4に記載の組織又は細胞の成長 装置。 6.前記周囲フランジは、装置が周囲フランジで容器内に支持されているとき、 容器の底部に近づけるようにする開口部を有する、請求項2に記載の組織又は細 胞の成長装置。 7.前記保持要素はハンガーに摩擦嵌めで取り外し自在に固定されている、請求 項1に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 8.前記摩擦嵌めは、ハンガー及び保持要素のほぼ円筒形であるが僅かにテーパ した嵌まり合う表面によって行われる、請求項7に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装 置。 9.前記ハンガー及び前記保持要素は、摩擦嵌めが漏れ止め接合部を構成するよ うに構成されている、請求項7に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 10.前記保持要素はハンガーに吊り下げ嵌めで取り外し自在に固定されている 、請求項1に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 11.前記吊り下げ嵌めは、保持要素に設けた突出部とハンガーの壁とを相互係 合することによって行われる、請求項10に記載の組織文は細胞の成長装置。 12.ハンガーは、容器内でのハンガーの案内性及び芯出し性を高めるためのフ ィンを有する、請求項1に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 13.ハンガーは、容器内でのハンガーの案内性及び芯出し性を高めるように構 成されたフィンを有する、請求項7に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 14.ハンガーは、容器内でのハンガーの案内性及び芯出し性を嵩めるように構 成されたフィンを有する、請求項10に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 15.ハンガーに直接取り付けられた第2成長表面を更に有する、請求項1に記 載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 16.ハンガーに直接取り付けられた第2成長表面を更に有する、請求項7に記 載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 17.ハンガーに取り付けられた第2成長表面を更に有する、請求項10に記載 の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 18.保持要素は環状フランジを有する、請求項1に記載の組織又は細胞の成長 装置。 19.保持要素は環状フランジを有する、請求項7に記載の組織又は細胞の成長 装置。 20.クラスタ皿の、側壁及び底部を有する容器内に配置するための、組織又は 細胞の成長装置において、 ハンガーを有し、このハンガーは、ハンガーの少なくとも一部が容器内に容器の 側壁又は底部と接触しないように配置された状態でハンガーを支持するための手 段を有し、更に、 側壁及び成長表面を含む保持要素と、 保持要素をハンガーに取り外し自在に固定する、ハンガー及び保持要素と関連し た手段とを有する、組織又は細胞の成長装置。 21.細胞又は組織を支持し、これらの細胞又は組織を成長中に保持するための 組織及び細胞の保持要素において、 底面を持つ中空円筒形側壁と、 底面に取り付けられ且つ底面に亘された膜と、円筒形側壁の周囲の周りを延びる フランジと、を有する組織及び細胞の保持要素。 22.組織又は細胞の成長装置において、頂部及び底部と、頂部から延びる段付 き周囲フランジと、底部で延びるほぼ円筒形の壁とを持つ、漏斗形状ハンガーを 有する、組織又は細胞の成長装置。 23.細胞又は組織を保持するのに有用な装置において、複数の容器がトレーに 取り付けられたクラスタ皿と、容器のうちの少なくとも一つに配置された、請求 項1に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置とを有する、装置。 24.保持要素の円筒形嵌合表面がハンガーの円筒形嵌合表面上に嵌まっている 、請求項8に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 25.ハンガーの円筒形嵌合表面が保持要素の円筒形嵌合表面上に嵌まっている 、請求項8に記載の組織又は細胞の成長装置。 26.細胞又は組織を成長支持体の二つの側上で成長させるための方法において 、a)成長表面を持つ保持要素を提供し、この保持要素を第1ハンガーに取り外 し自在に固定する工程と、 b)細胞又は組織を成長支持体の第1の側で培養する工程と、c)保持要素を前 記第1ハンガーから外す工程と、d)保持要素を逆様にしてこれを第2ハンガー に取り付ける工程と、e)細胞又は組織を成長支持体の第1の側で培養する工程 と、を有する方法。
