Claims (5)
- 1.異なる縦方向応力が各格子を光学的に書き込む前にファイバに供給され、全 格子が書き込みの時に同じブラッグ状態を有することを特徴とする光ファイバ導 波体に2つ以上のブラッグ格子を形成する方法。
- 2.全格子がファイバを通る同じ波長の光信号を入射することによって書き込ま れる請求項1記載の方法。
- 3.応力がピエゾ電気伸張装置によってファイバに供給される請求項1および2 のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 4.ファイバが単一モードの硅素ゲルマニウム光ファイバである請求項1乃至3 のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 5.光信号が514.5nmの波長を有する請求項4記載の方法。
