Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 1.共重合体成分(a)及び粘着付与成分(b)を含んでなるホットメルト接着 剤組成物にして、 (a)は、エチレンと6〜30重量%(エチレンとコモノマーの合計重量を基準 )の炭素原子数3〜20のα−オレフィンコモノマーとの共重合体で、重量平均 分子量が2000〜100000である共重合体を含んでなるもので、かつ (b)は、粘着付与剤を含んでなるものであるホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 2.請求項1記載の組成物において、(b)が当該接着剤組成物の30乃至70 重量%を占めることを特徴とする組成物。
- 3.請求項1又は請求項2記載の組成物において、前記エチレン共重合体のMw が30000〜80000であることを特徴とする組成物。
- 4.請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の組成物において、前記エチレン 共重合体が10〜20重量%のコモノマーを含んでなることを特徴とする組成物 。
- 5.請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の組成物において、前記α−オレ フィンの炭素原子数が4〜8であり、好ましくはヘキセン−1であることを特徴 とする組成物。
- 6.請求項2記載の組成物において、前記(b)が、脂肪族樹脂、ポリテルペン 樹脂、水素添加環状樹脂及び脂肪族−芳香族混合樹脂から選択される、軟化点7 0〜130℃の固体粘着付与剤を含んでなることを特徴とする組成物。
- 7.請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載の組成物において、さらに、イソ ブチレン系液体共重合体をも含んでいることを特徴とする組成物。
- 8.請求項7記載の組成物において、前記イソブチレン系液体共重合体が、前記 (b)の10〜90重量%を占めることを特徴とする組成物。
- 9.請求項7又は請求項8記載の組成物において、前記イソブチレン系共重合体 が分子量900〜1000のイソブチレン−ブテン−1共重合体であることを特 徴とする組成物。
- 10.請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の組成物において、前記イソブ チレン系液体共重合体を10〜40重量%含有することを特徴とする組成物。
- 11.請求項1乃至請求項10のいずれか1項記載の組成物において、さらに、 Tmが40℃以上であるワックスをも含んでいることを特徴とする組成物。
- 12.請求項1記載の組成物において、前記α−オレフィン共重合体の炭素原子 数が4〜8であること、30〜70重量%の前記粘着付与成分(b)を含んでい ること、並びに前記成分(b)が、脂肪族樹脂、ポリテルペン樹脂、水素添加環 状樹脂及び脂肪族−芳香族混合樹脂から選択される軟化点70〜130℃の固体 粘着付与剤及び10〜90重重%の分子重900〜1000のイソブチレン−ブ テン−1液体共重合体を含んでいることを特徴とする組成物。
- 13.請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか1請求項記載の組成物において、前記 エチレン共重合体の分子量分布Mw/Mnが3未満であることを特徴とする組成 物。
- 14.請求項1乃至請求項13のいずれか1項記載の組成物において、前記エチ レン共重合体が、メタセロン触媒及び助触媒存在下におけるエチレンとα−オレ フィンとの重合生成物であることを特徴とする組成物。
- 15.請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか1項記載の組成物で接着された基材及 び任意成分としての非極性表面層を含んでなる積層構造体。
