Abstract
Description
Claims (22)
- 1.生体再吸収性ポリマーまたは生体再吸収性ポリマー類が、グリコール酸、乳 酸、カプロラクトン、炭酸トリメチレン、パラジオキサノンおよび1,5−ジオ キセパン−2−オンを含むモノマーの群から選択されるホモポリマー、コポリマ ーまたはその混合物からなり、可塑剤が、アセチル化または非アセチル化クエン 酸のエチル、ブチルおよびヘキシルエステル、2単位以上10単位以下の乳酸の エチル末端化オリゴマー、グリセロールの乳酸エステルを含むモノマーの群から 選択され、材料が、実質的に記憶力を有しないで該材料に可塑的展性を与えるた めに少なくとも50%の非晶質ポリマーまたはポリマー類からなることを特徴と する、生体再吸収性ポリマーまたは生体再吸収性ポリマー類および可塑剤の組成 物からなる医療用生体再吸収性材料。
- 2.可塑剤の量が実質的に5重量%〜実質的に25重量%の範囲である請求項1 記載の生体再吸収性材料。
- 3.ポリマーがポリ乳酸に基づき、可塑剤がクエン酸エステルに基づき、可塑剤 の割合が実質的に9重量%〜実質的に17重量%の範囲である請求項2記載の生 体再吸収性材料。
- 4.ポリマーがポリ乳酸に基づき、可塑剤がエチル末端化乳酸オリゴマーに基づ き、可塑剤が約2.0重量%までの量である請求項2記載の生体再吸収性材料。
- 5.ポリマーとして実質的に76重量%のポリ−d,1−ラクチドおよび10重 量%のポリ−1−ラクチド、ならびに可塑剤として14重量%のATBCからな る請求項2記載の生体再吸収性材料。
- 6.ポリマーとして実質的に75重量%のポリ−d,1−ラクチドおよび10重 量%のポリカプロラクトン、ならびに可塑剤として15重量%のATBCからな る請求項2記載の生体再吸収性材料。
- 7.ポリマーとして実質的に80重量%のポリ−d,1−ラクチド、および可塑 剤として20重量%の乳酸のエチル末端化オリゴマーからなる請求項2記載の生 体再吸収性材料。
- 8.ポリマーまたはポリマー類が多少の結晶性ポリマーを含む請求項1記載の生 体再吸収性材料。
- 9.結晶性ポリマーが5〜40重量%の範囲である請求項5記載の生体再吸収性 材料。
- 10.生体再吸収性ポリマーまたは生体再吸収性ポリマー類が、グリコール酸、 乳酸、カプロラクトン、炭酸トリメチレン、パラジオキサノンおよび1,5−ジ オキセパン−2−オンを含むモノマーの群から選択されるホモポリマー、コポリ マーまたはその混合物からなり、可塑剤が、アセチル化または非アセチル化クエ ン酸のエチル、ブチルおよびヘキシルエステル、2単位以上10単位以下の乳酸 のエチル末端化オリゴマー、グリセロールの乳酸エステルを含むモノマーの群か ら選択され、材料が、実質的に記憶力を有しないで該材料に可塑的展性を与える ために少なくとも50%の非晶質ポリマーまたはポリマー類からなることを特徴 とする、生体再吸収性ポリマーまたは生体再吸収性ポリマー類の組成物および可 塑剤からなる医療用製品。
- 11.可塑剤の量が実質的に5重量%〜実質的に25重量%の範囲である請求項 10記載の製品。
- 12.ポリマーがポリ乳酸に基づき、可塑剤がクエン酸エステルに基づき、可塑 剤の割合が実質的に9重量%〜実質的に17重量%の範囲である請求項11記載 の製品。
- 13.ポリマーがポリ乳酸に基づき、可塑剤がエチル末端化乳酸オリゴマーに基 づき、可塑剤が約20重量%までの量である請求項11記載の製品。
- 14.ポリマーとして実質的に76重量%のポリ−d,1−ラクチドおよび10 重量%のポリ−1−ラクチド、ならびに可塑剤として14重量%のATBCから なる請求項11記載の製品。
- 15.ポリマーとして実質的に75重量%のポリ−d,1−ラクチドおよび10 重量%のポリカプロラクトン、ならびに可塑剤として15重量%のATBCから なる請求項11記載の製品。
- 16.ポリマーとして実質的に80重量%のポリ−d,1−ラクチド、および可 塑剤として20重量%の乳酸のエチル末端化オリゴマーからなる請求項11記載 の製品。
- 17.ポリマーまたはポリマー類が多少の結晶性ポリマーを含む請求項10記載 の製品。
- 18.結晶性ポリマーが5〜40重量%の範囲である請求項14記載の製品。
- 19.製品が有孔素子からなる請求項10記載の製品。
- 20.穿孔の開口部が最小横断寸法10μmを有する請求項19記載の製品。
- 21.合計開口面積が少なくとも6%である請求項19または20記載の製品。
- 22.開口の中心間距離が実質的に700μm〜実質的に150μmの範囲離間 している請求項19〜21のいずれか1項記載の製品。
