Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1個のスクリーンユニット(9)を支持する少なくとも1個のス クリーン支持体(3)用のガイド機構を有し、スクリーン支持体が、運転位置と 洗浄位置とスクリーン交換位置との間でガイド機構内で往復運動自在であるハウ ジング(1)を備え、運転位置で、ろ過すべき流体が、少なくとも1個の供給通 路(5)を通じてスクリーンユニット(9)の上流側に供給され、スクリーンユ ニット(9)通過後のろ過済み流体を取り出せるように、少なくとも1個の取り 出し通路(7)が、スクリーンユニットの下流側に設けられ、洗浄位置では、供 給通路(5)は、スクリーン支持体(3)により閉塞され、少なくとも1個の洗 浄通路(9)が、運転位置での方向とは反対方向にスクリーンユニット(9)を 通って流れる流体と、これによりスクリーンユニット(9)から除去された不純 物とを運び去るために設けられ、スクリーン支持体(3)は、スクリーン交換位 置では、スグリーン交換作業のためにスクリーンユニット(9)にアクセスでき るように、ガイド機構からずっと突出する、ろ過すべき流体、特に、押し出し用 の熱可塑性合成プラスチック材料用のろ過装置において、貯蔵スペース(15) またはこれに至る通路(18)が、スクリーン支持体(3)内でスクリーンユニ ット(9)の下流側から分岐し、この貯蔵スペース(15)は、洗浄作業用の流 体を収容し、貯蔵スペース(15)に入る少なくとも1個のピストン(20)が 、洗浄作業中、スクリーンユニット(9)を通じて逆洗方向に流体を押しやるた めに設けられ、取り出し通路(7)も、スクリーン支持体の洗浄位置ではスクリ ーン支持体(3)により閉塞されることを特徴とするろ過装置。 2.請求項1の記載において、前記貯蔵スペース(15)は、全体が、スクリー ン支持体(3)内に配置されることを特徴とするろ過装置。 3.請求項1または2の記載において、前記ピストン(20)を移動するため、 スクリーン支持体(3)の移動とは独立した別個の駆動機構、好ましくは、加圧 媒体用のシリンダ(22)を設け、そのピストンロッド(21)が、前記貯蔵ス ペース(15)内に設けたピストン(20)と接続されることを特徴とするろ過 装置。 4.請求項3の記載において、前記駆動機構、特に、加圧媒体用複動式シリンダ (22)が、スクリーン支持体(3)に、特に、その前端で接続されることを特 徴とするろ過装置。 5.請求項3または4の記載において、前記駆動機構は、前記ピストンの移動に 影響を与える制御機構、好ましくは、前記加圧媒体シリンダ(22)の加圧媒体 供給ライン(23)に入れらる絞り逆止め弁(36)を備えることを特徴とする ろ過装置。 6.請求項1または2の記載において、前記貯蔵スペース(15)内に設けたピ ストン(20)は、そのピストンロッド(21)のストッパ(32)で、対応す るストッパ、好ましくは、ブリッジ(28)と接触し、このブリッジは、前記ハ ウジング(1)に好ましくは取り外し自在に接続され、ハウジング(1)に対し 相対的に静止状態にあることを特徴とするろ過装置。 7.請求項1ないし6のいずれか1の記載において、前記ピストン(20)の、 スクリーンユニット(9)に向かい合う前面(35)は、スクリーンユニット( 9)にもつとも近付いた位置で、流体の通常の流れ方向で見ると、スクリーンユ ニット(9)の後方に位置する室(19)の壁(37)と同一面をなすことを特 徴とするろ過装置。 8.請求項7の記載において、前記壁(37)は、下流側に向かって収束するこ とを特徴とするろ過装置。 9.請求項1ないし8のいずれか1の記載において、前記貯蔵スペース(15) は、スクリーン支持体(3)の前端(26)までのびるスクリーン支持体(3) の軸線方向内孔(17)により構成されることを特徴とするろ過装置。
