Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 1.空気により囲まれるパッケージであって、(1)0℃と40℃の間の温度で 形状を保持する容器、および
- (2)該容器内にあり、活性的に呼吸し、食品および花から選択される生物関連 商品からなり、前記容器が、空気からの酸素、二酸化炭素および水蒸気が該容器 に進入するかまたは該容器から排出されるただ1つの手段を提供する1つ以上の 制御部分を含み、少なくとも該制御部分のうちの1つが (a)−10℃から40℃、好ましくは0から35℃、例えば10から25℃の 最初の状態の転移点Tmおよび少なくとも5J/g、好ましくは少なくとも20 J/gの融解熱を有する結晶性重合体を含む重合物質からなり、(b)酸素、二 酸化炭素および水蒸気が通過し、(c)0℃から40℃の温度範囲に亘り、少な くとも2.5、好ましくは少なくとも3、最も好ましくは少なくとも5の係数に より増加する酸素と二酸化炭素のうちの少なくとも1つへの透過性を有する第1 の制御部分であることを特徴とするパッケージ。 2.前記第1の制御部分が、少なくとも1,000m1・ミル/m2・日・気圧 の25℃での酸素の透過性を有し、好ましくは少なくとも5,000m1・ミル /m2・日・気圧のTmでの酸素の透過性を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項記載のパッケージ。
- 3.前記第1の制御部分が、(a)0℃でxm1・ミル/m2・日・気圧である 酸素の透過性を有し、0℃から40℃の温度範囲において1℃上昇するごとに少 なくとも0.07x倍増加し、および/または(b)0℃でym1・ミル/m2 ・日・気圧である水蒸気の透過性を有し、0℃から40℃の温度範囲において1 ℃上昇するごとに少なくとも0.07y倍増加することを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項記載のパッケージ。
- 4.前記結晶性重合体が側頭結晶化可能重合体であることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載のパッケージ。
- 5.前記結晶性重合体が温度To℃で融解し始め、温度Tf℃で融解を完了し、 To−Tfが10℃より少なく、好ましくは5℃より少ないことを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載のパッケージ。
- 6.前記結晶性重合体が、Tm以上の温度で物理的力により該重合体を固定化す る支持体と架橋または結合していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項、第2項 または第3項記載のパッケージ。
- 7.前記容器が、 (a)前記重合体物質から実質的になるシートまたは袋であり、 (b)(i)実質的に酸素と二酸化炭素に不透過性である物質、および(ii) 1つの第1の制御部分から実質的になり、または (c)(i)実質的に酸素と二酸化炭素に不透過性である物質、(ii)1つの 第1の制御部分、および(iii)0℃から40℃の範囲に結晶性融点を有さな い重合体からなる少なくとも1つの第2の制御部分から実質的になることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載のパッケージ。
- 8.活性的に呼吸し、食品と花から選択される生物関連商品を貯蔵する方法であ って、 (a)前記生物関連商品を請求の範囲第1項、第2項または第3項記載の容器の 内部に配し、(b)前記生物関連商品を前記容器の内部に入れたまま、少なくと も0℃から40℃未満である第1の温度T1で、該容器を空気中に貯蔵し、 (c)前記生物関連商品を前記容器の内部に入れたまま、せいぜい40℃である 第2の温度T2、および少なくとも酸素と二酸化炭素のうちの1つの前記第1の 制御部分の透過性がT2での透過性の少なくとも2.5倍である温度で貯蔵する 各工程からなることを特徴とする方法。
- 9.前記容器がT1で、次いでT2で貯蔵されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 3項記載の方法。
- 10.活性的に呼吸し、空気により覆われた食品であって、 (a)0℃から40℃、好ましくは0から35℃、例えば10から25℃の融点 Tmおよび少なくとも5J/g、好ましくは少なくとも20J/gの融解熱を有 する結晶性重合体からなり、 (b)0℃から40℃の温度範囲に亘り、少なくとも2.5、好ましくは少なく とも3、量も好ましくは少なくとも5の係数により増加する酸素と二酸化炭素の うちの少なくとも1つへの透過性を有する重合体物質による被覆を有することを 特徴とする食品。
