Description
Claims (18)
- 1.エーロゾルスプレー射出用のエーロゾル噴霧弁、および上記弁に結合し、圧 縮ガスエーロゾル噴霧システム内に伸びている浸漬管からなり、上記浸漬管はa 噴霧システム内で初期液体水準の上方に連続外面をもつ上部分と、b初期液体水 準の下方に伸びている下部分とを有し、上記下部分は液入口孔を有し上記液入口 孔の上方の蒸気タップ孔を特徴として有し、上記蒸気タップ孔は液体水準が蒸気 タップ孔より低くなったとき圧縮ガスを上記浸漬管に入れて浸漬管内の液と混合 させてエーロゾルスプレーの噴霧特性を実質上更新する、 圧縮ガスエーロゾル噴霧システム用のエーロゾル噴霧装置。
- 2.蒸気タップ孔が出口オリフィスの直径および浸漬管の内径よりりも小さな直 径をもつ請求項1の装置。
- 3.エーロゾル噴霧弁が、蒸気タップ孔よりも直径が実質上大きくかつ浸漬管の 内径よりも直径が実質上小さい出口オリフィスをもつ請求項1の装置。
- 4.エーロゾル噴霧弁が0.005′′〜0.100′′(00127cm〜0 .254cm)の出口オリフィスをもつ請求項3の装置。
- 5.蒸気タップ孔が0.002′′〜0.030′′(0.005cm〜0.0 76cm)の直径をもつ請求項2の装置。
- 6.浸漬管が0.04′′〜0.25′′(0.1cm〜0.64cm)の内径 をもつ請求項1の装置。
- 7.圧縮ガスが室温で実質上非液化性である請求項1の装置。
- 8.蒸気タップ孔が初期液体水準の実質上10〜90%以下の水準で浸漬管に位 置している請求項1の装置。
- 9.噴霧特性が噴霧弁すい角、噴霧粒径、噴霧パターン形状、噴霧粒子分散の少 なくとも一つを含む請求項1の装置。
- 10.液体および予め決めた圧力下の圧縮ガスを保持するための容器、上記容器 の頂部に結合しエーロゾルスプレー射出用の出口オリフィスをもつエーロゾル噴 霧弁、 液体を上記弁に送るために上記弁に結合し、圧縮ガスを通し液体内に上記容器の 底方向に伸びており、初期液体水準の上方に伸びている部分が実質上気密である 浸漬管からなり、初期液体水準が予め決めた水準より低いとき圧縮ガスを上記浸 漬管に入れてエーロゾルスプレーの噴霧特性を実質上更新させるため上記浸漬管 内の蒸気タップ孔を特徴として有する、圧縮ガスを使い有効なエーロゾルスプレ ーを生成し保持するためのエーロゾル噴霧システム。
- 11.蒸気タップ孔が十分な大きさを有し、予め決めた圧力の実質上1/3に少 なくとも等しい容器終圧を生じるように配置されている請求項10のシステム。
- 12.浸漬管がその底部に液入口孔を有し、上記液入口孔が弁出口オリフィスお よび蒸気タップ孔の直径より大きい直径をもつ請求項10のシステム。
- 13.圧縮ガスが窒素、空気、二酸化炭素、亜酸化窒素、アルゴン、ヘリウム、 酸素、およびその混合物からなる群から選ばれる請求項10のシステム。
- 14.(i)加圧容器内の液体および圧縮ガス、(ii)エーロゾルスプレーを 射出するためのエーロゾル噴霧弁、(iii)上記液体を受け取るため上記噴霧 弁に結合し、上記液体内に伸びている浸漬管を含み、上記浸漬管は初期液体水準 の上方の上部分と初期液体水準の下方の下部分を有し、上記下部分は液入口孔を 有する圧縮ガスエーロゾル噴霧システムにおけるエーロゾルスプレーの増加方法 において、(a)上記容器内の圧縮ガスと上記浸漬管内の液体との間に上記浸漬 管内の蒸気タップ孔を通して流体連絡を与え、上記蒸気タップ孔は液入口孔の上 方で容器内の初期液体水準の下方に配置される工程、及び (b)容器内の液体水準が蒸気タップ孔以下になったとき、上記圧縮ガスの一部 分を蒸気タップ孔を通して上記浸漬管内に入れて浸漬管内の液体と混合させて有 効エーロゾルスプレーを与えることにより噴霧特性を更新することにより当該エ ーロゾルスプレーを増加する工程を特徴とする上記方法。
- 15.窒素、空気、二酸化炭素、亜酸化窒素、アルゴン、ヘリウム、酸素、およ びその混合物からなる群から選ばれる圧縮ガスを使う工程を含む請求項14の方 法。
- 16.浸漬管の上部分を気密に保つ工程を含む請求項14の方法。
- 17.噴霧特性が噴霧弁すい角、噴霧粒径、噴霧パターン形状、噴霧粒子分散の 少なくとも一つを含む請求項14の方法。
- 18.容器終圧を容器初圧の実質上1/3に少なくとも等しくさせるように、蒸 気タップ孔を配置し、その寸法を決める工程を含む請求項14の方法。
