Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.軸方向の貫通孔(6)を有するほぼ円筋形のダンパー本体(1)と、前記貫 通孔(6)に挿通されたパイプ(3)とからなり、前記ダンパー本体は、好まし くない振動が発生しやすい中ぐり棒、工具支持棒、機械要素、平板状工具等の部 材(9)の内部あるいは外部に取り付けられており、前記パイプ(3)は前記部 材(9}に固着されている、前記部材(9)の振動を減衰させるためのダンパー 手段であって; 前記ダンパー本体(1)は、その兩端に設けた切欠きにはめ込まれた弾性を有す るばね部材(2)を介してパイプ(3)に接続されており、前記弾性ばね部材( 2)はその外側に設けた座金(5,5a)によって所定の位置に保持されており 、前記パイプ(3)の外周面と貫通孔(6)の間にダンパーオイル(4)を注入 するための小さな隙間が形成されていることを特徴とするダンパー手段。 2.前記弾性はね部材(2)がリング形であり、前記貫通孔(6)に隣接する位 置に設けたりング形の切欠きにはめ込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1記載 のダンパー手段。 3.前記座金の少なくとも一方(5a,5b)に、対応するばね部材(2)の膨 張の程度を調節することによって、前記ダンパー本体(1)の固有振動数を調節 するための手段(5a,7)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載 のダンパー手段。 4.前記少なくとも一方の座金(5a,5b)が二つの部品からなり、外側の部 品(5b)は前記パイプ(3)に固着されるとともに、皿頭調節ねじ(7)を備 え、このネジ(7)を回転させて、前記座金の内側部品(5a)を、前記パイプ (3)に沿って軸線方向に変位させることによって、対応するばね部材(2)に 押圧できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3記載のダンパー手段。 5.前記ばね部材(2)が、ゴム製またはプラスチック材料製のリング状部材で あり、内部に気体が封入されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の ダンパー手段。 6.前記ばね部材(2)の少なくとも一方に、ガス圧を調節して前記ダンパー本 体(1)の固有振動数を調節するためのニップル(8)を設けたことを特徴とす る請求項5記載のダンパー手段。
