Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 1.蒸気分配端部を有する細長い形状の多孔質、毛管ユニット、上記毛管ユニッ トと接触する電極、 上記電極を高電圧直流電流(DC)電源へ連結するための上記電極上の電気接触 手段、および 上記毛管ユニットへ液体を供給する手段から成り、それにより液体は上記電極の 近傍で上記多孔質毛管ユニットを通って静電的に帯電して上記毛管ユニットの分 配端部から蒸気またはエーロゾルとして分配されることを特徴とする静電的に帯 電したエーロゾルおよび蒸気を発生させる装置。
- 2.上記多孔質、毛管ユニットは管状形状に配設された複数の繊維フィラメント で構成される、請求項1の装置。
- 3.上記繊維フィラメントは毛管束へ編製されていて、上記毛管ユニットの分配 端部でその末端は開放しかつ編組が解かれて自由に延びるフィラメント先端部を 有する、請求項2の装置。
- 4.上記毛管ユニットは更に液体が通過できる複数の半導体毛管で形成された細 長い中心コアを有し、上記中心コアは上記電極と導電関係で上記管状繊維フィラ メントの内側に位置決めされている、請求項2の装置。
- 5.上記毛管の各々は導電線を埋蔵した繊維束から成る、請求項4の装置。
- 6.上記電極は細長くかつ少なくとも部分的に上記コアの実質的中心へ延びてい る、請求項5の装置。
- 7.上記毛管ユニットは供給液体を収容する液体不透過性外容器内に含まれかつ 上記毛管ユニットへ液体を供給するための手段を含む、請求項2の装置。
- 8.上記繊維フィラメントは上記容器内の液体へ延びる端セグメントの下端部で 終端している、請求項7の装置。
- 9.蒸気分配用のために上記容器を着脱自在に受ける上方へ開放する凹部を有す る電気的絶縁ホルダを更に含み、上記ホルダは上記電極上の上記電気接触手段を 電力供給線へ連結するための電気コネクタ手段を有する、請求項7の装置。
- 10.上記毛管ユニットは液体不透過性外管状部材内に収容かつ保護されている 、請求項4の装置。
- 11.上記毛管ユニットをその中に位置決めするための管状通路、および上記毛 管ユニット上を流れかつ上記毛管ユニットから放出される蒸気を除去するために 加圧空気流を上記管状通路へ送る手段を更に含み、 上記液体供給手段は上記毛管ユニットへ連結された液体供給ラインから成る、請 求項2の装置。
- 12.上記加圧空気流を送る手段は上記管状通路の1端部へ結合された送風機ハ ウジングから成り、上記管状通路の反対端部は建物空気処理系のダクトへ連結さ れ、それにより芳香エッセンス、デオドラント、消毒剤、燻蒸剤、殺菌剤、防虫 剤または静菌物置を上記液体として供給することにより史気の質を向上するため に上記建物内の空間の空気調節がされる、請求項11の装置。
- 13.上記毛管ユニットは管状に配設された複数の繊維フィラメント、および液 体が通過する複数の半導体毛管で形成された細長い中心コアから成り、上記コア は上記電極と導電関係で上記管状の繊維フィラメントの内側に位置決めされてい る、請求項11の装置。
- 14.上記毛管の各々は導電線が埋蔵された繊維束から成る、請求項13の装置 。
- 15.複数のフィラメントで終端する蒸気分配端部を有する細長い形状の多孔質 、毛管ユニット、 上記毛管ユニットと接触する電極、 上記電極を高電圧直流電流(DC)電源へ連結するための上記電極上の電気接触 手段、および 上記毛管ユニットへ液体を供給する手段、それにより液体は上記電極の近傍で上 記多孔質毛管ユニットを通って静電的に帯電して上記毛管ユニットの分配端部か ら蒸気またはエーロゾルとして分配され、上記液体供給手段は供給液体を収容す る液体不透過性外容器から成る、および蒸気分配作用のために上記容器を着脱自 在に受ける上方へ開放する凹部を有する電気絶縁ホルダから成る、ことを特徴と する静電的に帯電したエーロゾルおよび蒸気を部屋へ開放するために発生させる 装置。
- 16.上記毛管ユニットは管状形状に配設された複数の繊維フィラメントで構成 されている、請求項15の装置。
- 17.上記毛管ユニットは更に液体が通過できる複数の半導体毛管で形成された 細長い中心コアを有し、上記中心コアは上記電極と導電関係で上記管状繊維フィ ラメントの内側に位置決めされている、請求項16の装置。
- 18.建物の空気処理系と連絡する空気流に蒸気分配端部を有する蒸気エミッタ を設置し、上記蒸気エミッタは液体通路手段、上記液体通路手段へ液体を供給す るための手段、上記エミッタ内で液体を静電的に帯電させる手段、および上記液 体通路手段へ並設された流体流内の空気流通路から成る、 液体の加圧流を上記液体供給手段から上記液体通路手段へ誘導し、上記液体は芳 香エッセンス、デオドラント、消毒剤、燻蒸剤、殺菌剤、防虫剤、および静菌剤 から成る空気質向上物質の群から選択される、 上記エミッタ内の液体を静電的に帯電して蒸気またはエーロゾルを発生させ、か つ 上記空気流通路へ加圧空気流を送り、それにより上記空気流内の静電的に帯電し た蒸気を選択し、かつ次いで上記空気処理系へ上記加圧空気流を誘導する、こと を特徴とする空気質を向上させる蒸気またはエーロゾルを発生させて建物の空気 処理系へ分配する方法。
