Claims (14)
- 1.その改良がアラミド表面を形成する物質として70ないし98重量パーセン トのアラミドと2ないし30重量パーセントのポリビニルピロリドン(PVP) とを含有する組成物を準備することを特徴とする、a)アラミド構造体の表面を 活性化用の金属カチオンの水溶液と接触させて活性化用のカチオンをアラミド構 造体の表面に接着させ;b)上記のアラミド構造体の表面を洗浄して非接着性の 活性化用金属カチオンを除去し; c)上記の洗浄したアラミド表面をメッキする金属カチオンの水溶液中に浸漬し ; d)上記の金属カチオンの水溶液に還元剤を添加し;金属カチオンを金属に還元 して上記のアラミド表面にメッキする各段階を含んでなる、強力に接着した金属 被覆でアラミドの表面をメッキする方法。
- 2.上記の活性化用の金属カチオンがスズ(II)イオンであることを特徴とす る請求の範囲1記載の方法。
- 3.上記のアラミド表面が繊維であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の方法 。
- 4.上記のメッキする金属カチオンが銀、銅およびニッケルよりなるグループか ら選択したものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の方法。
- 5.上記の還元剤ホルムアルデヒドであり、水酸化アンモニウムがpH調節用の 物質であることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載の方法。
- 6.上記のPVPが10,000ないし40,000の分子量を有することを特 徴とする請求の範囲1記載の方法。
- 7.上記のアラミドがパラ−アラミドであることを特徴とする請求の範囲1記載 の方法。
- 8.上記のパラ−アラミドがポリー(p−フェニレンテレフタラミド)であるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲7記載の方法。
- 9.アラミド物品の表面を形成する物質が70ないし98重量パーセントのアラ ミドと2ないし30重量パーセントのポリビニルピロリドンとよりなるものであ ることを特徴とする、強力に接着した金属被覆を有するアラミド物品。
- 10.繊維の形状の請求の範囲9記載の物品。
- 11.上記の金属被覆の金属が銀、銅およびニッケルよりなるグループから選択 したものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲9記載の物品。
- 12.上記のアラミドがポリー(p−フェニレンテレフタラミド)であることを 特徴とする請求の範囲9記載の物品。
- 13.上記の金属が銀であることを特徴とする請求の範囲12記載の物品。
- 14.上記の金属が銀であることを特徴とする請求の範囲9記載の物品。
